【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、各種の物品に備えられる絞り紐や引き締め紐などの紐状体に対し、こうした紐状体におけるこうした紐状体が備えられた各種物品から引き出された部分に、その長さ方向に沿って移動可能で、かつ、所望の移動位置でこの紐状体に留め付くように取り付けられて用いられる留め具の改良、および、かかる留め具を含んで構成されるかかる紐状体の留め付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
シリンダー状部と、ピストン状部と、このピストン状部を付勢するバネとを備え、バネの付勢に抗してピストン状部を押し込んだ状態において連通し合うシリンダー状部の透孔とピストン状部の貫通孔とに挿し通された締ひもにこの押し込みを解くことによってバネの付勢力により留め付く係止装置として、特許文献1に示されるものがある。

かかる係止装置にあってはまた、ピストン状部の下部辺に突出片が形成されていると共に、この突出片に引ひもの係合孔が設けられており、この係合孔に引ひもの一端を挿通した突出片をバネ内に入れ込ませた後、これをシリンダー状部内に挿入するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、特許文献1記載の係止装置にあっては、かかる装置の使用される物品の製造の現場において、この装置自体のアッセンブリーもせざるを得ないものであった。すなわち、かかる装置は、前記係合孔に引ひもの一端を挿通した突出片をバネ内に入れ込ませた後、これをシリンダー状部内に挿入することによって初めてアッセンブリーができるものであるため、かかる装置の使用される物品の製造者などのユーザーにかかる装置のアッセンブリーも委ねざるを得ないものであり、こうしたユーザーに完成品としてかかる装置を提供することができないものであった。

また、かかる装置にあっては、前記引ひもの一端が挿通される突出片が前記バネ内に入れ込まれる構造を採用しているため、かかるバネを小径化し難いものであり、このため装置自体のコンパクト化に限界を有するものであった。

そこでこの発明は、この種の紐状体の留め具、および、この留め具を含んで構成される紐状体の留め付け構造において、留め具を構成する各部材を予め組み合わせた状態から、この留め具を構成する雄部材に対し、緊張させることによりこの雄部材を雌部材内に引き込む向きに移動させて紐状体(特許文献1における締ひもに相当する。)への留め付けを解除させる易操作用紐状体(特許文献1における引ひもに相当する。)を容易かつ適切に接続できるようにすると共に、かかる留め具をできる限りコンパクトに構成できるようにすることを主たる目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明あっては、紐状体の留め具が以下の(1)〜(8)の構成を備えたものとした。
(1)筒状をなす雌部材と、
(2)この雌部材の筒軸方向に沿って移動可能な状態でこの雌部材内に入れ込まれた雄部材と、
(3)雄部材を、雌部材の開放された筒一端からこの雄部材の操作頭部を突き出させる向きに付勢する付勢部材とを備えていると共に、
(4)雌部材と雄部材とには、付勢部材の付勢に抗した雄部材の所定の押し込み位置において連通し合って、紐状体を雌部材の筒軸方向に交叉する向きにして通し抜けさせる通し穴が設けられており、
(5)このように紐状体を通し抜けさせた状態から雄部材の押し込みを解くことによって付勢部材の付勢により紐状体に留め付け力を作用させる留め具であって、
(6)雄部材は、操作頭部に続いて通し穴の形成された中間部を有し、この中間部に続き筒状をなす付勢部材の収納部を有し、さらに、この収納部の開放端部に左右一対の脚部を有しており、
(7)雌部材には、雄部材の一対の脚部間に位置して雄部材の収納部の内奥部との間で付勢部材を挟み込むこの付勢部材の支持部が形成されており、
(8)しかも、雄部材の一対の脚部にそれぞれ、留め具を使用対象物に係留させるようにこの使用対象物に備え付けられる易操作用紐状体の挿通穴が形成してある。

かかる構成によれば、雄部材の操作頭部側が付勢部材の付勢によって雌部材の筒一端からもっとも突き出されている状態から、この付勢に抗して操作頭部を利用して雄部材を雌部材内に押し込むことにより、雌部材の通し穴と雄部材の通し穴とが紐状体を抵抗なく通し抜け出きるように連通し合った状態を作り出すことができる。そして、この雄部材の押し込み状態において連通し合った雌部材の通し穴と雄部材の通し穴とに紐状体を挿通させることにより、紐状体を雌部材の筒軸方向に交叉する向きして留め具に挿し通すことができる。

このように留め具に紐状体を挿し通した後、雄部材の押し込み操作を止めると、付勢部材の付勢によって雄部材はその通し穴を雌部材の通し穴と連通させ合わせないように、つまり雄部材の通し穴と雌部材の通し穴とを段違いとするように移動されることから、前記のように挿し通された紐状体は段違いとなった通し穴の穴縁部で挟み付けられ、紐状体に対して留め具が留め付けられる。

このように紐状体に留め具が留め付けられた状態は、操作頭部を利用して雄部材を雌部材内に押し込むことにより再び解かれ、このように操作頭部を押し込ませた状態において、紐状体の長さ方向に沿って所望の位置まで留め具を移動させることが可能とされる。所望の位置まで留め具を移動させた後、再び雄部材の押し込み操作を止めることにより、この所望の位置において再び紐状体に留め具を留め付けさせることができる。

また、かかる留め具にあっては、易操作用紐状体の挿通穴が雄部材の脚部に形成されていることから、留め具の使用対象物に備え付けられた易操作用紐状体をこの挿通穴を利用して雄部材に取り付けることができ、この易操作用紐状体の取り付けによってこの易操作用紐状体を介して留め具を使用対象物に係留させるようにすることができる。

かかる留め具にあっては、付勢部材が雄部材の収納部の内奥部と雌部材の支持部との間に挟み込み状に納められており、易操作用紐状体はこの支持部を間に納めてこの支持部の先に入り込むようになっている雄部材の一対の脚部に形成されている挿通穴に通されるようになっていることから、留め具をアッセンブリーした後に、この留め具を構成する雄部材に易操作用紐状体を適切に取り付けることができる。また、付勢部材の納められている箇所にはこの易操作用紐状体は入り込まないことから、付勢部材をコンパクト化することができ、これにより、留め具全体をコンパクトに構成させることができる。

また、請求項2記載の発明にあっては、請求項1記載の紐状体の留め具における雌部材の支持部によって雌部材の内部空間が二つに仕切られたようになっていると共に、

雄部材2の操作頭部20側が付勢部材3の付勢によって雌部材1の筒一端10からもっとも突き出されている状態(図5、図6)から、この付勢に抗して操作頭部20を利用して雄部材2を雌部材1内に押し込むことにより、雌部材1の通し穴15と雄部材2の通し穴24とが紐状体Wを抵抗なく通し抜け出きるように連通し合った状態を作り出すことができる。(図4)そして、この雄部材2の押し込み状態において連通し合った雌部材1の通し穴15と雄部材2の通し穴24とに紐状体Wを挿通させることにより、紐状体Wを雌部材1の筒軸方向に交叉する向きして留め具Tに挿し通すことができる。

このように留め具Tに紐状体Wを挿し通した後、雄部材2の押し込み操作を止めると、付勢部材3の付勢によって雄部材2はその通し穴24を雌部材1の通し穴15と連通させ合わせないように、つまり雄部材2の通し穴24と雌部材1の通し穴15とを段違いとするように移動されることから、前記のように挿し通された紐状体Wは段違いとなった通し穴15、24の穴縁部で挟み付けられ、紐状体Wに対して留め具Tが留め付けられる。(図3)
