Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a beverage container for containing a beverage such as alcohol.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a beverage container including a glass cup-shaped container body and an aluminum lid that closes an upper opening of the container body is known as a container for storing, for example, about 200 cc of beverage. This type of beverage container is convenient because the container body can be used as a cup instead if the lid is removed when drinking the beverage inside.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned conventional beverage containers can be used as a substitute for cups at most after drinking, and since there is almost no use after drinking, most of them must be discarded, from the viewpoint of garbage problems or resource saving There was room for improvement.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a beverage container that can increase the utility value of the container body after drinking and promote the reuse after drinking.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The beverage container of the present invention for achieving the above object is as described in claim 1. As the material of the partition member, for example, a material that can be perforated with a stick or the like from the outside of the container, such as an aluminum foil or a liquid blocking synthetic resin film, is used. As an article to be stored in the auxiliary space, for example, a highly water-absorbing polymer that substitutes for soil (small volume before water absorption) can be used easily as a flower pot if plant seeds are put in if necessary. It becomes possible to do. This container body has a recess between the upright part and the peripheral wall part, and can store a certain amount of water in the recess, thus preventing depletion of the water supplied into the container body and providing appropriate moisture. Can be included in the superabsorbent polymer.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
A beverage container 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a cup-shaped glass container body 11 having an upper opening, and a lid member 13 that closes the upper opening 12 of the container body 11. The lid member 13 has a structure that can be opened with fingers such as a known pull-top type mainly composed of aluminum or the like, and the upper end opening of the container body 11 is opened by a sealing material 14 provided on the edge 13a of the lid member 13. The edge 12a can be sealed.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 2, the container body 11 includes a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 15, a bottom wall 17 that is located on the bottom side of the peripheral wall portion 15 and has a circular hole 16 formed in the center, and an inner peripheral edge of the hole 16. It has a short cylindrical upright portion 18 rising from the periphery.
[0007]
The upper end of the upright portion 18 is open, and a partition member 21 is provided to close the upper end opening 20. The partition member 21 is made of a material that does not allow liquid to pass therethrough and can be opened with a rod or the like, such as an aluminum foil (aluminum foil) or a relatively thin liquid blocking synthetic resin sheet. The part (gluing part including the end surface of the opening edge 20a) which affixes the partition member 21 to the upright part 18 is liquid-tightly bonded by appropriate bonding means over the entire periphery of the opening edge 20a.
[0008]
A desired beverage 26 such as liquor is accommodated in an internal space of the container body 11, that is, a container inner space 25 surrounded by the peripheral wall portion 15, the bottom wall 17, and the partition member 21, and the container inner space 25 is sealed by the lid member 13. The
[0009]
Moreover, in the auxiliary space 30 enclosed by the inner surface of the upright part 18 and the lower surface of the partition member 21, as an example of articles 31 other than beverages, a superabsorbent polymer (superabsorbent polymer) that can be used in place of soil for plant cultivation. Resin 32) is stored in a small volume before water absorption. The highly water-absorbing polymer 32 is mainly composed of, for example, polyethylene oxide, acrylic acid or alcohol copolymer, and is a gel-like (agar-like) resin having a water absorption rate of several tens to several hundred times.
[0010]
In the auxiliary space 30, plant seeds and fertilizers may be accommodated together with the superabsorbent polymer 32 as necessary. The hole 16 on the lower surface side of the auxiliary space 30 that accommodates these cultivation articles 31 is closed with a back sealing material 36 such as paper or a synthetic resin film as necessary, and the article 31 is taken out from the auxiliary space 30. The back sealing material 36 may be broken.
[0011]
The beverage container 10 having the above configuration takes out the cultivation article 31 such as the superabsorbent polymer 32 from the auxiliary space 30 of the container body 11 after drinking, and the superabsorbent polymer 32 is put into the container space 25 as shown in FIG. Change. Further, a hole 38 having an appropriate size is opened in at least one place (preferably a plurality of places) in the partition member 21 using a pointed stick such as a pencil or skewer.
[0012]
And water is inject | poured into the space 25 in a container, and water is included in the super absorbent polymer 32. FIG. For example, in the case of a highly water-absorbing polymer based on polyethylene oxide, the volume after water absorption swells about 30 to 50 times. For this reason, even if it is a small amount of highly water-absorbing polymer 32 that can be accommodated in a narrow auxiliary space 30 of 10 CC or less, the amount is sufficient to fill the container body 11 after water absorption.
[0013]
If plant seeds S and fertilizer are put in the container body 11 together with the superabsorbent polymer 32 and cultivated, it can be used as a flower pot. The container body 11 has a recess 40 between the upright portion 18 and the peripheral wall portion 15, and can store a certain amount of water in the recess 40, thereby preventing depletion of water in the container body 11. Appropriate moisture can be included in the superabsorbent polymer 32.
[0014]
Note that articles other than the superabsorbent polymer 32 may be accommodated in the auxiliary space 30. Needless to say, the shape of the container main body 11, the lid member 13 or the upright portion 18 can be changed as appropriate without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the structure of this invention described in Claim 1, the utility value of the container main body after drinking increases and the reuse of a container main body can be accelerated | stimulated. In addition, if the superabsorbent polymer is stored in the auxiliary space, transferred to an empty container body after drinking, water is given to absorb water, and a hole is formed in the partition member, the container body can be easily used for a flower pot. And the utility value of the container body after drinking is further enhanced.
