本発明は、住宅やオフィス等に設置される床下収納耐火庫の設置構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、耐火庫である金庫の床下収納システムとして、床板の収納口下に格納室を形成し、この格納室に金庫本体とこれをX形に交叉する各一対のリンクを介して上下方向に平行移動させる電動昇降装置とを収容したシステムが提案されている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。また、同じく金庫の床下収納システムとして、床下の収納庫内に金庫を頑丈に取付ける取付構造が提案されている(例えば、特許文献2参照。)。

上記特許文献1記載の床下収納システムは、床上位置に上昇させた金庫扉を開けて物品を出し入れするものであるが、金庫を上昇させる電動昇降装置が別途必要であり、床下に充分な高さのスペースが必要であり、設備、施工のコストが増大することとなる。また、特許文献2記載の床下収納システムは、単に収納口下に金庫を取付けるものであり、収納口真下の空間のみ利用するものであって他の床下スペースを有効活用することができない。

これに対し、本出願人は既に、限られた床下収納スペースであっても、該スペースを有効活用して筐体内部に充分な収納スペースを確保できる床下収納耐火庫及び床下収納システムを提案している(先行出願1参照)。
しかし、この床下収納耐火庫は基礎面上を所定位置まで移動する複数の車輪を設け、当該耐火庫を自立走行させることで所定位置に収納した後、アンカーボルト等で基礎面上に固定するものであるため、施工上、当該耐火庫の位置決めが困難となることが予想される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明が前述の状況に鑑み、解決しようとするところは、マンション等の集合住宅や戸建て住宅の二階以上の部屋のように高さが限られた床下スペースであっても、当該スペースを有効活用して筐体内部に充分な収納スペースを確保した耐火庫を配置できるとともに、その設置の際の位置決めを容易に行うことができ、施工の手間及びコストをより低減できる床下収納耐火庫の設置構造を提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前述の課題解決のために、基礎面の上方に所定高さの隙間を介して敷設される床板に収納口を設け、該収納口下の取出空間に側方より臨む床下所定の位置に床下収納耐火庫を設置してなる床下収納システムにおいて、前記床下収納耐火庫の耐火壁で囲まれた筐体内に、前記取出空間に対して進退自在に突出する収納トレーを設け、前記筐体を吊下支持して前記所定位置まで移動させる案内手段を設けるとともに、前記所定位置に移動した筐体を固定するための固定手段を設け、前記固定手段として、前記所定位置において筐体の前後移動を阻止するための固定部材を構成し、前記収納トレーを開けた状態或いは外した状態において前記床下構成部材に固定した固定部材を、当該収納トレーが閉じた状態において取り外し不能とする床下収納耐火庫の設置構造であって、前記収納トレーの前面パネルが、前記床下収納耐火庫の前壁を構成するとともに、前記固定部材を床下構成部材に取り付ける取付ネジの挿通部が、閉じた状態とされた前記収納トレーの前面パネル側端部に対向する位置に開口してなることを特徴とする床下収納耐火庫の設置構造を構成した。

以下、本発明の構造を更に詳細に説明する。

本発明の床下収納耐火庫の設置構造Aは、上記のような床下収納システム1において、前記床下収納耐火庫2の耐火壁で囲まれた筐体20内に、前記取出空間に対して進退自在に突出する収納トレー5を設け、前記筐体20を吊下支持して前記所定位置P1まで移動させる案内手段3を設けるとともに、前記所定位置P1に移動した筐体20を固定するための固定手段4を設けたことを要旨としている。

特に、図2に示すように、前記収納トレー5の前面パネル54により、前記床下収納耐火庫の前壁21が構成されるとともに、所定位置P1において筐体20の前後移動を阻止する固定手段4として固定部材40が構成され、該固定部材40は、図5に示すように、床下構成部材である梁部材13に取り付けるための取付ネジ41の挿通部40aが、図示の如く閉じた状態とされた前記収納トレー5の前面パネル側端部54bに対向する位置に開口している。
したがって、当該収納トレー5を開けた状態或いは外した状態において、ドライバー等を用いて前記取付ネジ41により固定された固定部材40は、当該収納トレー5が閉じた状態においては、ドライバー等の使用空間が当該収納トレー5の前面パネル54により閉塞され、梁部材13から取り外し不能とされている。

前記筐体2は、正方形状の上記収納口11aを通じて当該耐火庫2を床下空間に取り入れることが可能な平面視矩形状の立方体形状を有しており、その前壁21を構成する前記収納トレー5が前方に引出し可能に設けられている。前記収納トレー5は、複動式のレール装置50により支持されて前後に引き出される引出し部で、符号55は取っ手、56は鍵部であり、物品等を収納或いは取り出す際にはこの収納トレー5を取出空間Sに引き出して行うことになる。前記レール装置50は、図4に示すように、筐体内側面に固定された本体レール51と、前記収納トレー5の側面に固定された移動レール52と、両者に対してスライド自在に装着された中間レール53とよりなり、本体レール51から突出する中間レール53で移動レール52を支持することにより、取出空間Sに対し当該収納トレー5を大きく引き出すことが可能とされている。

前記収納トレー5には、図2に示すように、上面を閉塞する蓋9が設けられており、収納トレー5を引出した後、図7に示すように当該蓋9を開けることで物品等の収納或いは取出しが為される。この蓋9は、より詳しくは図8(a)(b)にも示すように、収納トレー5の上面奥部に固定される固定板91と該固定板91に対して蝶番90、90を介して開閉自在に連結された開閉板92とより構成され、前記固定板91は、左右縁部に穿設された通孔94に図示しない取付ネジを装着して前記収納トレー5の上端部に固定され、開閉板92の先端側には、指を掛けて上方に持ち上げるための挿通穴93が設けられている。

このような蓋9によれば、前記固定板91により収納トレー5の上面奥部が閉塞され、収納の際、書類等がトレー奥側に落ちてしまうといった不測の事態が未然に回避されるのであり、これら固定板91及び開閉板92を連結する蝶番90の位置は、図7に示すように、好ましくは収納トレー5を引き出して開閉板92を持ち上げた後、該開閉板92が30〜80度程度の安定した角度で収納口11aの縁部に保持される位置に設定させる。
このような蓋は必ずしも必要ではないが、設けておけば蓋9を閉じない限り蓋体16を閉められないこととなって収納トレー5の閉め忘れを防止できるとともに、特に蓋9を耐火性を備えた部材で構成することにより、当該床下収納耐火庫自体の耐火性能が向上することとなる。

本例では、前記引出し部を構成する収納トレー5を一つのみ設けているが、同様の収納トレーを複数設けたものも好ましく、また、引出しを構成するのではなく、前面に設けた扉を開いて内部の収納トレーを引出し、物品等を出入するものであってもよい。
また、本例では、収納トレー5に金品その他の貴重品を収納する金庫を構成しているが、本発明の床下収納耐火庫は特に金庫に限定されない。

筐体20を吊下支持する上記案内手段3は、図2及び図3に示すように、前記所定位置P1の左右に設けられた前後方向に延びるガイドレール30、30と、前記筐体20の左右側壁22に設けられ、前記ガイドレール30上を転動する複数の車輪31、・・・とより構成されている。前記ガイドレール30は、筐体20の左右側面の上端付近に対向する各梁部材13の側面に付設され、当該筐体20の上端近傍には、前記ガイドレール上を転動する車輪3、・・・が軸支されている。そして、当該床下収納耐火庫2を所定位置P1に設置する際には、ガイドレール30上を転動することにより当該床下収納耐火庫2を吊り下げた状態で前記所定位置P1まで容易に移動させることができる。
尚、本発明の案内手段3は、このようなガイドレールと車輪からなる構造に限定されず、例えば上記収納トレー5と同様のレール装置を構成し、該レール装置により当該筐体を吊り下げ状態で前記所定位置P1まで移動させることものや、筐体側にレールを設け、各梁部材13の側面に軸支した車輪により該レールを介して筐体を支持するものも可能である。

前記固定部材40は、図5に示すように、前記車輪31の軸部31aに係止される凹部42bを有する係止片42と、取付ネジ41により梁部材13に固定され、前端部に前記取付ネジ41の頭部を前方から隠蔽する鉤状部を備えた断面視略コ字状の固定片43とを連続的に屈曲形成した板状部材より構成されており、当該筺体20を前記所定位置P1まで移動させる際には、前記軸部31aに係止片42を係止させることで前記車輪31とともにガイドレール30内に挿通され、前記収納トレー5を開けた状態或いは外した状態において前記固定片43を当該ガイドレール30を介し梁部材13に固定することで、当該固定部材40により前記軸部31aを介して筺体20の前後移動が阻止されることになる。尚、前記固定部材40は、このような構造に何ら限定されず、例えば図6に示すように、前記固定片43を断面視略コ字状にする代りに、取付ネジ及びドライバーを挿入する穴43aを設けた筒状に構成してもよく、また、係止片42は軸部31aに係止されているが、その他、筐体20の側壁22に直接ネジ止めすることも可能である。

前記筺体側壁22の後端部には、図7に示すように、前記ガイドレール30の下面側に臨む当止部材7が突設されており、該当止部材7をガイドレール下面に係止させることで、収納トレー5を開いた際の当該筺体20の前方への傾きが防止されている。より詳しくは、前記当止部材7は同じく側壁22に軸止された車輪31下部との間にガイドレール30の厚み以上の高低差を有し、当該筐体20を後方へ移動させる際には、ガイドレール30下面との間に所定の隙間を維持し、該筐体20が所定位置P1に移動したときには、後端が下方に傾斜している前記ガイドレール30の下面に当接するように構成されており、当該筐体を後方へ移動させる際には多少の傾動を許容するとともに、所定位置P1においては前方への傾動が殆ど生じないように設定されているのである。

また、筐体20の下面前端部には、左右一対のアジャスター脚8が設けられており、このアジャスター脚8は、施工の際に、前記車輪31をガイドレール30に載せてゆく際に当該筐体20を略水平に保つ機能を有し、所定位置P1に配した状態では、当該筐体20を基礎面10上に自立させ、当該位置に安定保持させる機能を有している。尚、アジャスター脚の代りに車輪を設けることでも略水平に保つことができ、該車輪の回転をロックする機構を備えれば、所定位置P1において安定保持させることも可能である。

本実施形態の床下収納耐火庫2は、図9及び図10に示すように、施工の際、床板11を敷設した後に前記床板の収納口11aを通じて床下の取出空間Sにまず収納され、後端の車輪31と上記当止部材7との間にガイドレール30の前端を差込み、当該後端の車輪31から順に複数の車輪31をガイドレール30に載せ、これら車輪3により当該筐体20を吊下支持した状態で、ガイドレール30上を前記所定位置P1まで移動させた後、上述の固定部材40により軸部31aを介して前後移動を阻止し、前記アジャスター脚8を接地されることで当該位置に安定保持されるのである。固定手段4による固定後、筐体20が移動することはなく、したがって車輪31は基本的には使用されないが、他の床下収納庫に変更する場合など当該床下収納耐火庫2を取り出す際には、再び車輪3が使用されることになる。

以上のように、本発明の床下収納耐火庫の設置構造によれば、案内手段により筐体を吊下支持して所定位置まで移動させた上で固定するため、位置決めを容易に行うことができ、施工の手間及びコストをより低減できる。
