Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stove including a battery case that houses a dry battery as a power source for an ignition device, a control device, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-250088 [Patent Document 2]
Registered utility model No. 3009434 gazette Conventionally, a battery case is provided on the front side of a gas combustion appliance such as a gas stove, and the battery can be replaced from the front side of the appliance. The front surface of the operation panel is almost vertical, and a battery box with a lid is provided horizontally with respect to the operation panel surface. When the battery case with a lid is stored in a predetermined position in the battery box, the battery case with a lid has a restoring force. In the dry battery case disclosed in Patent Document 2, the battery case itself is inclined and provided on the outlet side of the dry battery case. In addition, a configuration has been proposed in which a lid that also serves as a support for a dry battery and a stopper that receives the dry battery itself are provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above-described dry battery case of Patent Document 1, since the operation panel surface of the stove is substantially vertical and the battery case is provided horizontally, the battery case must be pulled out by hand when replacing the battery. If stopped, the battery will not be exposed, so it may be difficult to replace the battery.
In addition, in order to slide the battery case horizontally, the battery box that houses the battery case must be installed horizontally, but the grill, ignition device, piping, etc. are built inside the stove. There are cases where the battery box cannot be installed due to the narrow depth of installation.
Further, in the case of the above-described dry battery case of Patent Document 2, the dry battery case itself is fixed inside the instrument. When the lid is opened, the dry battery in the dry battery case slides to the outlet side by its own weight, and the case exit. Or it is received by a stopper on the lid, but most of the battery in front is exposed and most of it is in the case, so it is difficult to remove the battery by hand. It is difficult to understand, and it is difficult to insert the battery because it has a narrow opening. Also, the battery in the back is received by the stopper at the outlet, but there is a risk that the battery slips over the stopper and falls off.
In addition, since the dry battery case of Patent Document 2 is provided so that the dry cell case is also inclined upward and backward with respect to the stove operation panel surface inclined slightly upward, the removal direction of the dry battery is orthogonal to the operation panel surface. Therefore, an extra storage space in the direction of taking out the dry battery is required.
[0004]
The present invention solves the above-described problem, and when the battery case is unlocked when replacing the battery, the battery case is exposed from the front surface of the lower inclined surface of the operation panel to the final position on the near side where at least one battery is exposed. The purpose is to provide a stove that can be easily stored and replaced by sliding.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The stove according to claim 1 of the present invention has an operation in which the lower part of the front operation panel surface is inclined downward and a battery case outlet is provided on the inclined surface, communicated with and inclined to the battery case outlet on the operation panel surface. A battery case housing frame is provided obliquely upward in the back direction with respect to the panel surface, and a battery case for housing one or a plurality of batteries in the battery case housing frame is provided on the operation panel surface. The battery case can be held in a final position where at least one battery can be exposed from the front operation panel surface, and can be locked in a storage position stored in the front operation panel surface.
[0006]
The gist of the invention of claim 2 is that, in claim 1, the inclination of the battery case housing frame is such that the battery case slides by its own weight.
[0007]

In order to install the battery case housing frame 10 so as to be inclined with respect to the inclined surface 5a of the operation panel surface 5 described above, the lower surface of the housing frame 10 has a substantially horizontal screwing seat 40 and the gas of the instrument. A mounting seat 42 having a hooking recess 41 that can be hooked on the tube is provided.
[0017]
The stopper means 12 that can stop the battery case 20 at the final position where at least one battery is exposed from the front surface of the battery case outlet 9 of the inclined surface 5a of the operation panel surface 5 will be described. A cut and raised piece is integrally formed as a receiving portion 17 at the front end, and the battery case 20 is inclined with respect to the operation panel surface 5 when the engagement protrusion 27 provided at the rear portion of the battery case is received by the cut and raised piece 17. The battery 5 is received at the final position where at least one battery is exposed from the front surface of the battery case outlet 9 on the surface 5a so that the battery can be taken out from the upper part of the case. In addition, although the said stopper means was provided in one side, it is not restricted to this, It is also possible to provide in both sides.
[0018]
7 to 9, reference numeral 20 denotes a battery case with a lid made of synthetic resin or the like, which is a box-shaped case main body 21 having a length capable of accommodating one or a plurality of batteries and having an open upper surface. In order to stably support A, a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions 22 that can substantially match the outer diameter of the battery are formed at intervals, and a metal terminal board that contacts the positive side of the dry battery A toward the front 23 is provided with a convex wall 24 to which the front panel 2 of the instrument is fitted with a lid body 25 that fits into the outlet 9, and the locking projection of the locking means 11 is formed on the front surface of the bottom wall. 33, and the rear end of the side wall is provided with an engaging protrusion 27 of the stopper means 12. Further, the rear part of the battery case 20 is opened so that the tip of the terminal spring 14 of the rear wall 31 of the battery case housing frame 10 enters the battery case 20 when the case is in the retracted position (storing position). Thus, the negative side of the dry battery A of the battery case can be brought into contact with the terminal spring 14 in a compressed state. Since the battery case 20 is placed on the bottom surface of the inclined battery case housing frame 10, the battery case 20 is pushed or advanced along the inclined bottom surface. Further, the engagement protrusion 27 on the side surface of the case main body 21 is positioned above the upper end of the opening 15 on one side of the battery case housing frame 10 so that the engagement protrusion 27 is in the opening when the battery case 20 is advanced or retracted. It is possible to move along the upper end.
[0019]
Thus, when the battery case 20 with the lid is pulled out for a certain stroke L, the withdrawal is received by the stopper means 12. Since the battery case is received by the stopper means, there is no risk of the battery case or the battery dropping off. An engagement protrusion 27 is formed at the rear end of the side wall of the battery case 20 so as to be able to engage with the cut and raised piece 17 provided at the front end of the side wall of the battery case housing frame 10. Is engaged when the battery case 20 is pulled out by a certain stroke, and its drawing is restricted. The battery case 20 is advanced from the front surface of the operation panel surface 5 so that at least one battery is exposed at the pulled-out position so that the battery can be taken out from the upper part of the battery case. When one battery is taken out, the battery at the back can be taken out by sliding the case to the exposed position.
The terminal plate 23 is formed integrally with the terminal piece 28 at the rear end portion via a connecting piece 29 provided on one side surface of the inner surface of the battery case 20. The terminal piece 28 at the rear end is provided so as to protrude from the upper surface of the battery case 20, and a wiring connector is provided freely. The connecting piece 29 is inserted into a gap between the side surface of the battery case 20 and the protrusion 22. The rear end terminal piece 28 is configured to be able to move within the opening 15 on the side surface and the upper surface of the battery case housing frame 10.
In the embodiment, two batteries can be accommodated, and one battery and a part of the next battery can be exposed when the battery case is advanced to the final position. When the battery is taken out, the battery in the back slides and is exposed forward so that it can be taken out. Two batteries can be exposed at the final position.
[0020]
Reference numeral 11 denotes a lock means, and two cut grooves 31 are inserted into the opening 30 formed in the lower part of the lid 25 of the battery case 20 with a predetermined width from the front end so as to be integrated with the bottom surface of the case. A plate-like body having a force is formed, and an operation knob 32 is provided at the front end, and a locking protrusion 33 that engages and disengages from the locking hole 18 of the battery case housing frame 10 on the lower surface near the front of the operation knob 32. Is formed. The operation knob 32 at the front end of the stopper means 12 is positioned on the lower surface of the lid body 25 in the opening 30 so that the operation knob can be easily pushed up by inserting a finger into the opening from the front of the instrument. . Further, the latching protrusion 33 is formed in an inverted triangular shape, and when latched, the operation knob 32 is pushed upward using elasticity and pushed into the back, whereby the latching protrusion 33 is temporarily attached to the bottom surface of the battery case housing frame 10. The locking projections 33 are automatically lowered and locked by the restoring force in the locking holes 18 and locked.
In order to release the lock when the battery is stored and replaced, the locking protrusion 33 easily escapes from the locking hole 18 by lifting the operation knob 32 against the reaction force, and the battery is unlocked. When the case is removed from the battery case housing frame, it is configured to advance by its own weight. The locking means 11 is formed integrally with the case. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a plate-like body having a separate locking protrusion can be attached to the front surface of the bottom wall of the battery case.
[0021]
In the above configuration, when the battery case 20 of the present invention is mounted and installed in the battery storage part on the one side of the front surface of the table stove, the battery case storage frame 10 is attached to the nearby gas pipe with the hooking recess 42 of the mounting seat 40. After fitting and supporting the hook, the seat 41 for screwing is screwed to, for example, a horizontal mounting plate 43 on the container side, so that the battery case housing frame 10 can be installed in a slanted manner at a predetermined position. By making the battery case housing frame 10 into an inclined shape, the depth can be shortened, and the battery case housing frame 10 can be installed using a narrow space inside the stove. Further, since the front operation panel surface 5 is inclined downward at the bottom, and the battery case housing frame is provided obliquely on the operation panel surface, there is no useless space between the operation panel surface and the housing frame. .
[0022]
Next, when the battery case 20 with a lid is pulled out with the table stove of the present invention when the battery is replaced, when the operation knob 32 provided in the lock means 11 is lifted against the restoring force from the front of the instrument, The protrusion 33 is removed from the locking hole 18. When the locking projection 33 is removed from the locking hole 18, the lidded battery case 20 slides forward in the battery case housing frame 10 due to the weight of the case and the two dry batteries, and the inclined surface of the operation panel surface 5. It is received and held by the stopper means 12 at the final position where only one half of the battery is exposed in front of the front surface of 5a. The battery is also pushed by the action of the terminal spring 14 on the rear wall 12 of the battery case housing frame 10 to slide the case forward. Thus, since the battery case 20 with the lid is exposed by approximately one and a half batteries forward from the front surface of the inclined surface 5a of the operation panel surface 5, the battery in front of the case can be easily taken out by hand. Further, when one battery is taken out from the upper surface, the battery housed in the back moves forward with an inclination and is exposed and can be taken out in the same manner.
[0023]
The case where the battery is put in the battery case and stored will be described. Since the battery case 20 is widely exposed at the final position by approximately one and a half, the two dry batteries A are sequentially placed in the case main body 21 and arranged in series. The battery case 20 with the lid is inserted into the inclined battery case housing frame 10 through the battery case outlet 9 of the operation panel surface 5, and the terminal spring 14 in contact with the negative side of the dry battery A is compressed and stored in a predetermined manner. When reaching the position, the locking protrusion 33 of the locking means 11 is automatically and securely locked in the locking hole 18 of the battery case housing frame 10 by the reaction force, and the lid 25 of the battery case 20 is operated by the operation panel. The take-out port 3 of the surface 5 is closed, and the front surface of the lid of the battery case and the front surface of the operation panel surface are stored in substantially the same plane. Therefore, the dry battery A is in a predetermined position, and positive contact with the terminal plate 23 and negative contact with the terminal spring 14 are stably performed.
[0024]
Therefore, after the old dry battery is taken out from the case main body 21 of the battery case 20 with the lid, a new battery is installed, and then the battery case 20 with the lid is inserted and set in the battery case housing frame 10 according to the above-described reason, the battery replacement is completed. To do.
[0025]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention. Although this invention showed the Example applied to the table gas stove, it is not restricted to this, It can apply to various stoves. Moreover, although an Example has arrange | positioned two dry batteries in series, it is applicable also in the case of one dry battery. Although the battery case housing frame 10 is made of metal and the battery case 20 with lid is made of synthetic resin, the frame can be made of synthetic resin or the like.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
According to the stove of the present invention, the battery case housing frame is provided at an inclination in the battery case depth direction at the battery case outlet provided on the downward inclined surface of the lower part of the front operation panel surface, and the battery case is operated as described above. Because the battery case is automatically slid and held from the front operation panel surface to the final position where the battery can be exposed, the battery case is widely exposed. Since the battery is taken out from it, it is easy to replace the battery. When the battery in front of the battery case is taken out and opened, the battery placed in the back can be slid forward with an inclination. The battery case can be locked by being pushed into the storage position, and the battery case outlet on the operation panel surface can be closed with the lid of the battery case. Moreover, a useless space cannot be formed between the operation panel surface and the battery case housing frame.
[0027]
According to the stove of the present invention, since the inclination of the battery case housing frame is set to such an extent that the battery case slides by its own weight, the battery case automatically advances from the battery case outlet, and the battery is replaced. Easy to do.
[0028]
According to the stove of the present invention, the battery case housing frame and the battery case are provided with stopper means for receiving and holding the battery case at a final position where at least one battery can be exposed from the front operation panel surface. The case can be securely received and held in a state where at least one battery is exposed from the front surface of the operation panel surface from the battery case outlet, and there is no risk of the battery case and the battery falling off.
