The present invention relates to a folding seat that is installed on an object to be installed such as a vehicle such as a bus or a railway vehicle, a theater, or a stadium, and more specifically, the backrest portion is inclined in conjunction with the displacement of the seat portion to the deployed state. The present invention relates to a folding seat that is displaced to a state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a route bus, it is a general practice to secure a wider boarding space by installing a folding seat in a vehicle and folding a seat portion in an unfolded state when it is congested. Also, in theaters, stadiums, and the like, it is common to secure a space as a passage in front of the seat by installing a folding seat and folding the seat when the seat is not in use. Here, the folding seat has been devised in which not only the seat portion is unfolded during use but also the seating comfort is improved by displacing the backrest portion in an inclined state. Such a folding seat requires a complicated link mechanism that displaces the backrest portion in conjunction with the displacement of the seat portion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when installing a folding seat on an object to be installed such as a bus, a leg portion is not provided on the lower side of the seat portion and the seat portion is supported by the leg portion, but it is in a standing state with respect to the floor surface. It is possible to effectively utilize the space below the folding seat by, for example, arranging a heating pipe on the lower side of the seat by supporting the seat together with the backrest on a standing wall such as a wall surface. Conceivable. Here, in the folding seat, the unfolded seat constitutes the lowermost member among the members necessary for use. Therefore, the space below the seat in the unfolded state is a space that is not necessary for the use of the folding seat, and it is desired to effectively utilize this space.
[0004]
However, simply by supporting the seat portion together with the backrest portion on the standing portion, the seat portion in the folded state is displaced downward from the seat portion in the unfolded state, and the seat portion in the folded state Therefore, it is necessary to secure a permissible space corresponding to the displacement of the lower portion, and there is a possibility that the space below the seat portion cannot be fully utilized. In addition, in the folding seat in which the backrest portion is displaced in conjunction with the displacement of the seat portion, a complicated link mechanism is necessary as described above, so the link mechanism protrudes uselessly below the seat portion in the unfolded state, This link mechanism becomes an obstacle, and there is a possibility of causing a problem that the space under the seat cannot be fully utilized.
[0005]
Each of the present inventions has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a folding seat in which the backrest portion is displaced in an inclined state in conjunction with the displacement of the seat portion to the expanded state, and the lower space of the seat portion in the expanded state It is an issue to be able to effectively utilize.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The folding seat which concerns on invention of Claim 1 is attached to the standing member in the standing state with respect to the floor surface of an installation target object, and this mounting member Directly through the spindle, It is supported rotatably , It has a backrest portion that is substantially vertical or inclined, and an arm portion that extends upward at the rear, and the arm portion is connected to the backrest portion. Directly through the spindle, It is supported rotatably , The seat in the folded or unfolded state and one end side are closer to the bottom side than the support portion of the seat with the backrest Directly through the spindle, The other end is a part of the mounting member that is rotatably supported and is located above the support part between the one end and the seat in the deployed state of the seat. Directly through the spindle, A link mechanism that is rotatably supported and that displaces the backrest portion in an inclined state in conjunction with the displacement of the seat portion into the deployed state.
[0007]
Here, the “installation object” refers to a wide range of objects such as buses, railway vehicles, and the like on which folding seats are installed, theaters, and stadiums. In addition, for vehicles such as so-called low-floor buses and railcars where the floor inside the car is formed without any step from the entrance, the seats can be folded when a wheelchair user gets in or gets crowded to secure a wider boarding space. Since there is an urgent need to do this, it is preferable to use the vehicle as described above as the installation object.
[0008]
In addition, the “standing part” stands on the floor, such as the walls that make up the interior space of vehicles such as buses, and the pillars that stand on the floor in spectator seats such as theaters and stadiums. It refers to the wide range of members in In addition, as a member which comprises a standing part, it is not restricted to the member directly standing on the floor surface like the said support | pillar etc., Although it is not standingly standing directly on the floor surface, it is folded. Any member may be used as long as it is erected with respect to the floor surface when the seat is installed.
[0009]
In addition, the “mounting member” is not limited to one in which the portion that supports the backrest portion and the portion that supports the other end side of the link mechanism are formed by an integral member, and the portion that supports the backrest portion and the link mechanism The portion supporting the other end of each may be formed individually by separate members, and the members may be combined to form an “attachment member”. Alternatively, a portion that supports the right side and a portion that supports the left side may be individually formed by separate members, and each member may be combined to form an “attachment member”. However, if the part that supports the backrest part and the part that supports the other end of the link mechanism are formed of an integral member, there is no need to align separate members with each other when installing the folding seat, Is preferred.
[0010]
Furthermore, “support between mounting member and backrest”, “support between backrest and seat”, “support between seat and one end of link mechanism” or “other end of link mechanism and mounting member” With respect to the "support with", the mutual members may be supported only for rotation by inserting a support shaft into the circular hole-shaped bearing or the like. It may be supported so as to be rotatable and slidable by inserting a support shaft or the like.
[0011]
In the present invention, the seat part is supported by the backrest part by the arm part that extends upward at the rear part, and is secured between the upper surface of the seat part and the tip part of the arm part when the seat part is folded. The seat portion is accommodated in front of the backrest portion so that the backrest portion is accommodated in the space. At this time, the seat part as a whole, including the arm part, rotates around the support part with the backrest part and moves upward. For this reason, it is not necessary to ensure the space for permitting the displacement of the seat part in the folded state below the seat part in the deployed state.
[0012]
Moreover, in the state which expand | deployed the seat part, the support part of the other end side and attachment member of a link mechanism is located above the support site | part with the one end side of the link mechanism in a seat part. Therefore, in this state, the link mechanism does not unnecessarily protrude below the seat portion in the deployed state.
[0013]
In the present invention, the support portion between the other end side of the link mechanism and the attachment member is configured to be positioned below the support portion between the one end side of the link mechanism and the seat portion when the seat portion is folded. The one end side of the link mechanism can be greatly displaced with respect to the other end side. Therefore, if comprised in this way, the rotation angle of expansion | deployment / folding of a seat part can be set large, and it is suitable.
[0014]
A folding seat according to a second aspect of the present invention is the folding seat according to the first aspect, comprising urging means for urging the seat portion in a folding direction.
[0015]
Here, examples of the “biasing means” include those using an elastic member such as a spring or rubber, and as a specific mode for biasing the seat portion in the folding direction by the biasing means. Is a mode in which the seat portion is biased in the folding direction by biasing the link mechanism, a mode in which the seat portion is biased in the folding direction by biasing the backrest portion, and the seat portion itself is biased in the folding direction. The mode etc. to perform can be illustrated.
[0016]
When the seat part is manually folded, the seat part must be pivoted upwards around the support part with the backrest part. Therefore, the operating force is greater than the downward turning force generated by the weight of the seat part. Is required. Therefore, the folding operation of the seat becomes difficult for a weak person such as an elderly person, a woman, or a child. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the seat is urged in the folding direction by the urging means, it is possible to fold the seat with a smaller operating force than the downward turning force generated by the weight of the seat. It becomes.
[0017]
In addition, when the seat is located on the folding side, with the intermediate state of the deployment / folding of the seat as a boundary, the biasing force is greater than the rotational force due to the weight of the seat, and the seat is located on the deployment side If the urging force of the urging means is set so that the urging force is smaller than the rotational force due to the weight of the seat part, the seat part in the expanded state or the folded state is held as it is, and the seat part is inadvertently folded or expanded. Is prevented. Therefore, it is preferable to configure the urging means in this way.
[0018]
A folding seat according to a third aspect of the present invention is the folding seat according to any one of the first or second aspects, wherein the backrest portion is in contact with the seat portion and the seat portion extends beyond the use state. It is provided with a stopper for regulating the above.
[0019]
For folding seats, a stopper is required to restrict the deployment of the seat so that the seat does not expand beyond the usage state. If this stopper is provided separately from the backrest, seat, or link mechanism, The structure becomes complicated. On the other hand, in this invention, a stopper will be arrange | positioned collectively with a backrest part, and simplification of the whole structure is possible.
[0020]
A folding seat according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the folding seat according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the backrest portion includes a backrest frame constituting a skeleton and the backrest frame. And a backrest sheet member that is detachably attached to the backrest surface and covers the attachment member.
[0021]
The attachment member is attached to the standing portion by attachment means such as a bolt. If the attachment member is covered by the backrest portion, the attachment operation of the attachment member becomes complicated. On the other hand, if the mounting member is exposed from the backrest portion in order to improve the mounting workability of the mounting member, the mounting member is unnecessarily exposed from the backrest portion and the aesthetic appearance is impaired. On the other hand, in this invention, since a backrest part covers an attachment member, useless exposure of an attachment member is prevented. In addition, since the backrest seat member constituting the backrest surface can be attached to and detached from the backrest frame, when attaching the attachment member, if the backrest seat member is removed leaving the backrest frame constituting the framework, the attachment member Most of this is exposed, and the mounting work of the mounting member becomes easy. It should be noted that the backrest portion only needs to cover a portion that does not impair the aesthetic appearance when exposed, such as a portion provided with a mounting means such as a bolt, and the portion that does not impair the aesthetic appearance is exposed. May be.

For example, in the folding seat described above, the armrest is provided on one side, but the armrest may be provided on both sides, or the armrest may not be provided. In addition, a folding seat having an armrest on one side of the left and right and a folding seat without an armrest, for example, a type of folding that has an armrest on the side of the folding seat adjacent to the folding seat without the armrest. When various types of folding seats, such as providing a seat, are connected in an appropriate combination, an armrest can be provided at a desired site with a plurality of folding seats connected in series.
[0046]
Further, although the one-seat folding seat is illustrated as an example, the folding seat may be a two-seat, three-seat, or four or more multi-seat folding seat.
[0047]
Furthermore, when a vehicle such as a bus or a railway vehicle is set as an installation target, a grip is provided on the back surface of the seat so that the grip protrudes into a space in front of the folding seat secured by folding the seat. Good. By providing the grip in this manner, a wheelchair user or the like who uses the space can hold the grip and stabilize the body. In addition, when providing a grip in the back surface of a seat part in this way, it is desirable to provide the fixing means which fixes a seat part in the folded state so that the seat part in the folded state may not unintentionally expand.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present inventions, the following effects can be obtained.
[0049]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is not necessary to secure a space for allowing the displacement of the seat portion below the deployed seat portion, and the link mechanism is provided below the deployed seat portion. Since it does not protrude unnecessarily, the lower space of the seat portion in the deployed state can be used effectively.
[0050]
According to the invention described in claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 1, it is possible to fold the seat with an operating force smaller than the downward turning force generated by the weight of the seat.
