Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint fitting interposed between two timbers so that the end surfaces of horizontal timbers (beams) abut each other on a side surface of one vertical timber (column) and are relatively fixed so that they cannot be displaced. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For joining columns and beams in wooden houses, traditionally, tenon processing has been used, and generally no metal fittings have been used. However, this has a problem in that the bonding strength tends to be insufficient, and a considerable amount of labor is required for processing the tenon. Therefore, various metal fittings such as bolts and nuts have been developed, and a method of using them together with the hozo is often used.
[0003]
In addition, in order to further simplify the wood joining work and shorten the time, in recent years, various types of joining fittings including plate-like fittings, pins, bolts, and the like have been proposed along with omission of the tenon.
[0004]
FIG. 8 shows an example of this, which is formed into a U shape by pressing a thin steel plate, can be inserted into two grooves M formed at the end of the horizontal timber 20, and is notched in the upper side. 61, 61 and insertion holes 62, 62 for inserting pins P, opposed parallel insertion portions I, I, and a joint portion J fixed to the side surface of the vertical wood 10 with bolts and nuts BN, It becomes more. Such joining metal fittings are widely used because they can join woods that have been processed in advance in a factory like joining steel frames.
[0005]
However, the various metal fittings including these plate-like metal fittings and pins, bolts, etc. are (1) easily damaged when attached to the vertical wood 10, and (2) labor and time for attachment to the vertical wood 10. Such a problem is that (3) it is difficult to transport the vertical lumber 10 with the joint fittings attached.
[0006]
The inventor of the present invention invented a joint fitting for solving such a problem and filed an application earlier (Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-274965).
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The joint metal fitting filed earlier is an insertion part that is coupled to horizontal wood, a plate-like joint part that is integrally coupled perpendicularly to one end of the insertion part, and has a surface facing the side surface of vertical wood, and a vertical part. A flat joint that is fixed in advance to the side of the wood, and after the plate joint is positioned with respect to the joint, it is moved parallel to the side of the vertical wood, Or it is comprised so that joining to a connector may be performed by one touch by rotating.
[0008]
Therefore, the structure is simple and the joining is easy, and the joining work time between the woods at the construction site can be remarkably shortened, and all the above-mentioned problems can be solved.
[0009]
And the joining metal fitting which concerns on this previous application has shown the thing which formed the latching member (detachment prevention piece) in the upper part of the joining tool in the embodiment. This locking member prevents the plate-like joint portion assembled to the joint from moving or coming out by receiving an unexpected force, and is a member that plays an important role in the joint fitting. .
[0010]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a joining metal fitting that can further improve the locking member and prevent the plate-like joining portion assembled to the joint from shifting or coming off. There is to do.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the joining metal fitting according to claim 1 of the present invention, the end surface of one horizontal timber (20) is abutted against the side surface of one vertical timber (10), and both are relative to each other. In addition, since the locking member is formed of a guide cylinder, a coil spring, and a projection material, it can be easily manufactured and the cost can be reduced.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
With reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the joining metal fitting which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 1 shows the joint fitting, wherein (a) is a perspective view showing an assembling procedure, and (b) is a cross-sectional view showing a state after assembling. 2 shows the locking member 70 provided in the connector K shown in FIG. 1, wherein (a) is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a normal state, and (b) is a state of being retracted due to elastic deformation. (C) is an enlarged front view in a normal state. In addition, the same code | symbol was attached | subjected to the same part as what was shown in the prior art example.
[0021]
In the joining metal fitting according to the embodiment of the present invention, the end surface of one horizontal wood 20 is abutted against the side surface of one vertical wood 10, and the two are fixed so that they are relatively undisplaceable. It is interposed and includes an insertion portion I, a plate-like joint portion J, a joint tool K, and a locking member 70.
[0022]
The insertion portion I is inserted into a longitudinal groove M formed on the end surface of the horizontal wood 20 and has a hole 62, and a pin P inserted from the side surface of the horizontal wood 20 penetrates the hole 62 so that the horizontal wood is inserted. 20 is a member coupled to the
[0023]
The plate-like joint portion J is integrally coupled vertically to one end of the insertion portion I and has a surface facing the side surface of the vertical wood 10.
[0024]
The connector K is a flat plate member that is fixed in advance to the side surface of the vertical wood 10.
[0025]
Further, after the plate-like joining portion J is positioned with respect to the joining tool K, the plate-like joining portion J is moved downward in parallel with the side surface of the vertical wood 10 so that joining to the joining tool K is performed with one touch. It is configured.
[0026]
Then, when the plate-like joint portion J is moved downward in parallel to the upper portion of the connector K, the locking member 70 comes into contact with the back surface of the plate-like joint portion J, is elastically deformed, and retreats. Further, after the joining is completed, the elastic shape returns to the original shape and abuts on the upper edge of the plate-like joining portion J. This prevents the plate-like joint portion J from rising and moving in parallel.
[0027]
Note that the locking member 70 according to the present embodiment has a leaf spring shape in which a part of the connector K is sheared in a substantially U-shape, and its distal end portion 75a is bent slightly forward to be elastically deformable in the front-rear direction. It is configured. Therefore, it can manufacture easily and can suppress manufacturing cost. In addition, since the structure is simple, failure is unlikely to occur.
[0028]
Another embodiment of the locking member 70 is shown in FIG. (A) is sectional drawing in a normal state, (b) is sectional drawing which shows the state which retracted, (c) is a front view in a normal state.
This is a projecting portion 71a formed by projecting the central portion of the leaf spring piece 71 into the window hole 76 formed in the connector K from the back surface, and one end portion of the leaf spring piece 71 is It is configured to be fixed to the back surface of the connector K with a screw 72. In addition, the protrusion 71a is inclined forward from the upper end toward the lower end, thereby reducing the contact resistance when the plate-like joint portion J moves downward, and the plate-like joint portion J is joined to the joint K. It is configured to be assembled smoothly.
[0029]
By providing the locking member 70 having such a configuration, it is possible to reliably prevent the plate-like joint portion J once assembled from being displaced from or detached from the joint tool K. Since the locking member 70 is formed by projecting the central portion of the leaf spring piece 71, it has the features that it is easy to manufacture and is inexpensive.
[0030]
Still another embodiment of the locking member 70 is shown in FIG. (A) is sectional drawing in a normal state, (b) is sectional drawing which shows the state which retracted, (c) is a front view.
The locking member 70 is provided with a guide cylinder 73 containing a coil spring 74 on the back surface side of the window hole 76 formed in the connector K, and a distal end portion 75a extends from the window hole 76 into the guide cylinder 73. A substantially convex projection material 75 that protrudes due to the elasticity of the coil spring 74 is provided.
[0031]
The projection member 75 of the locking member 70 is also set to have an inclined front surface at the front end portion 75a, thereby reducing the contact resistance with the plate-like joint portion J, so that the plate-like joint portion J becomes the joint tool K. It is set to be assembled easily. Since the locking member 70 is formed of simple members such as the guide cylinder 73, the coil spring 74, and the protruding material 75, the manufacturing is easy and the cost can be reduced.
[0032]
The joining metal fitting shown in FIG. 1 will be described in detail. The connector K is a plate-like body attached to the side surface of the vertical wood 10 by bolts and nuts BN, and further includes a plurality of (four in the figure, four vertically and horizontally) shaft portions 131 and the shafts thereof. A head 132 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the shaft portion 131, which is coupled to the tip of the portion 131.
[0033]
The plate-like joint portion J will be described. First, a hole 140 having a diameter through which the head 132 of the joint K can be inserted in the horizontal direction is formed. In addition, the hole 140 has a notch 141 having a width that allows the shaft 131 coupled to the head 132 inserted through the hole 140 to enter vertically upward, but prevents the head 132 from entering in the horizontal direction. It is a round insulator shape that is connected to the upper side and has a handle as a whole. The direction of the notch 141 is not particularly limited to the position on the circumference as long as it is in the radial direction of the hole 140. The plate-like joint portion J is integrally provided via a vertical plate 45 on a cylindrical portion 46 that is inserted and assembled to the horizontal wood 20.
[0034]
Further, the above-described locking member 70 is provided on the upper portion of the connector K. Therefore, when the shaft portion 131 coupled to the head portion 132 inserted through the hole 140 moves vertically upward (the plate-like joint portion J is lowered), the lower portion of the locking member 70 is pushed by the plate-like joint portion J. Therefore, when the plate-like joint portion J tries to rise, it is locked to the lower end of the restored locking member 70 and the rise is prevented. The
[0035]
Further, since the horizontal wood 20 and the plate-like joint portion J abut and the joined tool K to be joined is a plate-like body, the horizontal wood 20 is shaken with respect to the side surface of the vertical wood 10, and compression / Even if there is friction, the vertical wood 10 is not directly touched, and the side surface is not damaged.
[0036]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The insertion portion I is the same as that of the above-described embodiment, and the plate-like joint portion J has a shaft portion 231 protruding in the horizontal direction on the surface opposite to the insertion portion I, and the shaft portion 231. And a head portion 232 having a diameter larger than that of the shaft portion 31, which is coupled to the tip.
[0037]
The connector K is a plate-like body that is fixed in advance to the side surface of the vertical wood 10 with bolts and nuts BN, and has a hole 240 through which the head 232 can be inserted in the horizontal direction. The shaft portion 231 coupled to the head portion 232 that has passed 240 is allowed to enter vertically downward, but a cut 241 having a width that prevents the inserted head portion 232 from passing in the horizontal direction is continuously provided on the lower side. Yes.
[0038]
The direction of the notch 241 is not particularly limited to the position on the circumference as long as it is the circumference or radial direction of the hole 240. For example, as another embodiment, the other configurations are the same as those described above. FIG. 6 shows a plurality of shaft portions 231, head portions 232, and corresponding holes 240 arranged on the same circumference.
[0039]
According to this, the plate-like joining is performed so that the head 232 protruding from the plate-like joining portion J passes through each hole 240 correspondingly bored in the joint K, and the shaft portion 231 is positioned in the hole 240. After the portion J is positioned on the joint K, when the plate-like joint portion J is rotated toward the cut 241 in a plane parallel to the side surface of the vertical wood 10, the shaft portion 231 is inserted into the cut 241. Accordingly, the movement of the plate-like joining portion J is restrained and joined to the joining tool K with almost one touch.
[0040]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the locking member 70 is provided on the upper portion of the joint K, and the plate-like joint portion J assembled to the joint K by the locking member 70. Can be prevented from moving up and off.
[0041]
Further, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The plug-in portion I is the same as described above, the plate-like joint portion J is simply a plate-like shape, has no holes, shafts, and head projections, and the joint K is attached to the side surface of the vertical wood 10. It is a plate-like body that is fixed in advance with bolts and nuts BN, and has a frame portion 50 having a width that can receive a plate-like joint portion J that moves vertically downward. On the lower frame pieces 51, 52, 53, and 54 of the frame portion 50, a support portion 55 that supports the received plate-like joint portion J is attached. The frame portion 50 is composed of frame pieces 51, 52, 53, and 54 having L-shaped cross-sections that are two-level left and right symmetrically spaced apart from each other, but are not necessarily limited thereto.
[0042]
According to this, the plate-like connector K fixed in advance to the side surface of the vertical wood 10 has the frame portion 50 having a width capable of receiving the plate-like joint portion J that moves vertically downward. Is provided with a support portion 55 that supports the received plate-like joint portion J from below, so that the lower end of the plate-like joint portion J is moved to a position that coincides with the opening of the frame portion 50 and is directly below the bottom. The plate-like joint portion J is literally joined to the joint tool K by one touch only by being moved.
[0043]
In this embodiment as well, the locking member 70 is provided on the upper portion of the connector K, so that the plate-shaped joint portion J is displaced upward or disengaged from the connector K due to an unexpected force. Prevents it in advance.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
According to the joint fitting of claim 1 of the present invention, when the plate-like joint portion is translated or rotated on the upper portion of the joint, the plate-like joint portion comes into contact with the back surface and elastically deforms. Since the locking member is provided to prevent the plate-like joint part from moving parallel or rotating after it has been retracted and has been elastically restored to abut the upper edge of the plate-like joint part. It is possible to prevent the attached plate-like joining portion from being displaced or detached from the joining tool.
[0045]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the locking member is elastically deformable in the front-rear direction, with a part of the joint being sheared in a substantially U-shape and its tip portion bent slightly forward. Since it is configured in the form of a flat spring, it is possible to reliably prevent the plate-like joint portion once assembled from being displaced or detached from the joint tool.
In addition, since this latching member is formed by shearing and bending a part of the connector, it can be easily manufactured and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Since the structure is simple, there are few failures.
[0046]
According to the invention described in claim 3, the locking member is inserted into the window hole formed in the connector from the rear surface with the protruding portion formed by protruding the central portion of the leaf spring piece, and the leaf spring. Since one end portion of the piece is fixed to the back surface of the joint tool, it is possible to reliably prevent the plate-like joint portion once assembled from being displaced or detached from the joint tool.
In addition, since this latching member is formed by projecting the central part of the leaf spring piece, it is easy to manufacture and inexpensive.
[0047]
Furthermore, according to the invention described in claim 4, the locking member is provided with a guide cylinder containing a coil spring on the back side of the window hole formed in the connector, and the window hole is provided in the guide cylinder. Since the protrusion is provided with a protruding member whose tip is protruded by the elasticity of the coil spring, it is possible to reliably prevent the plate-like joining portion once assembled from being displaced from or detached from the joining tool.
In addition, since the locking member is formed of a guide cylinder, a coil spring, and a projection material, it can be easily manufactured and the cost can be reduced.
