従来、毛髪に薬液を付着させるには、薬液専用のエアゾール缶にてスプレーしたり、ハケで塗布していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、専用のエアゾール缶は、製造過程で、容器のひと缶ずつに予め圧力をかけるので、製造コストが高かった。また、ハケで塗布するのは、手間がかかった。
そこで、本発明は、製造コストが安く、容易に薬液をスプレーすることができる毛髪用スプレー装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の目的を達成するために、本発明に係る毛髪用スプレー装置は、スプレーノズル部と薬液収納小容器とスプレー操作ボタンとを備えたハンド操作部、及び、設置型ボイラーと、上記ハンド操作部とボイラーとを接続する蒸気ホースとを、具備し、上記スプレー操作ボタンの操作によって上記ボイラーから上記蒸気ホースを介して送られる蒸気を、上記薬液収納小容器から送られる薬液と、上記ハンド操作部のスプレーノズル部にて、混合して、蒸気と薬液を同時に噴出するように構成され、蒸気ホースからハンド操作部へ送られてくる蒸気を再加熱するための電気ヒータを、該ハンド操作部に設けて、蒸気を該電気ヒータで再加熱してから、スプレーノズル部から噴出するように構成したものである。また、薬液収納小容器が交換取付自在である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態を示す図面に基づき、本発明を詳説する。

図１及び図２は、本発明の実施の一形態を示す。１は、ハンド操作部であって、本体ケース11と、グリップ部12と、スプレーノズル部２と、薬液収納小容器３とを備える。薬液収納小容器３は交換・取付自在である。

次に、スプレーするときの作動について説明する。まず、薬液収納小容器３に、トリートメント、毛髪用染料、保湿剤等から成る薬液Ｙを収納する。そして、スプレー操作ボタン６の操作によって、電磁弁８を開き、蒸気Ｓをボイラー４から蒸気ホース５を介してハンド操作部１へ送る。そして蒸気Ｓを、電気ヒータ７で再加熱し、薬液収納小容器３から送られる薬液Ｙと、ハンド操作部１のスプレーノズル部２にて、混合して、蒸気Ｓと薬液Ｙを同時に混合霧状に噴出する。

具体的には、図３に示すように、蒸気Ｓの噴出にともなって生じる負圧により、薬液Ｙが（吸出されて）噴出する。つまり、蒸気圧力を変化させることにより、薬液Ｙの噴出量を調整することができる。

本発明は、上述の如く構成されるので、次に記載する効果を奏する。
