仮設足場用階段は一対の平行な斜材に複数の踏み板を所定間隔を有して取り付け、建築物の周囲に組み上げた仮設足場間に斜材を掛け渡して昇降路を形成するようにしている。そしてこの仮設足場用階段の勾配は仮設足場の状況によって様々に変化することが多く、そのために、実開昭60−129455号公報に示される如く、踏み板に角度調節金具を取り付けて踏み板の角度を変更可能にし、様々な勾配に適応できるようにしたものがある。

本発明は上記の課題を達成するために、一対の平行な斜材間に踏み板を斜材の長手方向に沿って所定間隔を有して配設し、各踏み板の両側部を前記斜材に回動自在に軸着する一方、踏み板の少なくとも一つの側方に円周に沿って所定間隔に突起を立設した角度調節用円板を取り付け、角度調節用円板の突起間に断面略コ字形状の固定金具の折曲した縁部を臨ませかつ出没自在とすると共に、固定金具を斜材側に固定可能に配設し、更に踏み板のそれぞれを斜材に対してほぼ平行に配設したリンク材により連結したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係る仮設足場用階段にあっては、仮設足場用階段の勾配を変更するときには、所定の踏み板に対応させた斜材側に固定している断面略コ字形状の固定金具の固定を解除し、該固定金具を前記踏み板に取り付けた角度調節用円板より後退させると共に、角度調節用円板の突起間より固定金具の折曲した縁部を抜脱させ、角度調節用円板の回動の規制を解除する。そして、踏み板の一つを所望の角度に調節すると、リンク材により連結した他の踏み板も連動して同一の角度に回動する。踏み板が所望の角度になると再び固定金具の折曲した縁部を角度調節用円板の突起間に嵌め入れた後、固定金具を斜材側に固定して踏み板の回動を規制する。このように角度調節金具と踏み板を操作するだけで全体の踏み板の角度を調節することができる。
