Description
【0001】
A/W=0.2〜0.6
B/L=0.3〜0.7
C/W=0.3〜0.7
【0017】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sunroof structure in a twin sunroof type vehicle in which two rooftops are provided in the front-rear direction on a roof of a vehicle body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the twin sunroof type vehicle, which has two openings in the front and rear direction on the roof of the vehicle body, and the openings are opened and closed by the lid of the sunroof, the front sunroof on the front side is tilted up and the rear sunroof is slid The system is configured so that the opening can be opened.
[0003]
In such a twin sunroof type vehicle, when the front sunroof is tilted up and the vehicle is driven with the rear sunroof opened, a traveling flow that flows backward along the roof after being deflected upward by the front sunroof is generated. Peeling occurs at the rear, and the airflow flowing backward is disturbed, and the speed of the airflow decreases. For this reason, the airflow hits the edge of the opening of the rear sunroof to generate vibration, and by the resonance between the frequency of the vibration and the air in the passenger compartment, a wind slop that generates a large amplitude sound wave at a low frequency is generated, We often see the occurrence of problems that give passengers discomfort.
[0004]
As a technique for reducing the wind slop, an invention of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-323551 is provided.
In such an invention, an aerodynamic adjunct having a substantially triangular cross section consisting of a rear upward inclined surface, a rear downward inclined surface, and a bottom surface portion, the top portion being located in front of the midpoint of the length in the front-rear direction, is provided after the front lid. Installed on the left and right sides of the upper edge of the edge, the inclination angle of the rear descending inclined surface is set to have an inclination of the rear descending with respect to the vehicle body roof surface in the maximum tilt up state of the front lid, and the front lid and rear lid In the fully opened state, the wind speed at the rear edge of the rear opening is greatly reduced, thereby reducing the wind slop.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such prior art, the airflow is raised once on the rearward inclined surface of the aerodynamic addition provided on both sides of the upper part of the front lid (front sunroof) and then smoothly moved backward along the rearwardly inclined surface. It is made to flow and the wind speed in the rear edge part of a rear side opening part is reduced.
[0006]
However, in such a conventional technique, a part of the airflow that has risen on the rearwardly inclined surface of the aerodynamic additive flows directly rearward without following the rearwardly inclined surface, and the rear lid (rear sunroof) It may be difficult to reliably prevent the occurrence of the wind slop because it may flow over the deflector provided in front of the vehicle and flow into the rear lid.
In addition, since the conventional technology has a structure in which an aerodynamic adduct having a substantially triangular cross section that is separately manufactured is attached to the upper surface of the front lid, the number of parts may increase and the manufacturing process may be complicated. .
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a sunroof structure in a twin sunroof type vehicle that can reliably prevent the occurrence of wind slop with an extremely simple structure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a front sunroof that opens and closes an opening provided in a roof of a vehicle, and an opening provided in a rear portion of the roof than the front sunroof. A rear sunroof that opens and closes and a deflector fixed to the vehicle body roof between the front sunroof and the rear sunroof, and the front sunroof is configured so that the opening can be opened and closed by tilting the front lid around the hinge In addition, the rear sunroof is a vehicle sunroof structure in which a rear lid is configured to be able to open and close an opening, and the front sunroof is positioned at a middle portion in the vehicle width direction at the rear edge of the front lid when the front lid is tilted up. the intermediate the inter vicinity of the air flow by penetrating the provision of the notch leading to the deflector Suggest sunroof structure for a vehicle according to claim.
[0009]
In such a twin sunroof type vehicle, the separation of the airflow on the downstream side of the front sunroof is greatest at the center of the front sunroof in the vehicle width direction. Therefore, if the scale of the airflow separation vortex near the center of the front sunroof in the vehicle width direction is reduced, it is possible to avoid a reduction in the airflow velocity reaching the rear sunroof and to prevent the occurrence of wind slop. The present invention has been made based on such findings.
[0010]
That is, according to this invention, when the vehicle is traveling with the front sunroof tilted up and the rear sunroof opened, the traveling airflow becomes an upward flow in the tilted front sunroof, and the front sunroof Airflow separation is likely to occur in the central rear stream, but the front sunroof is provided with a notch in the middle in the vehicle width direction of the rear edge of the sunroof body, so the central airflow is The rise of the flow is suppressed through the notch and reaches the rear sunroof, and the side airflow flowing upward on both sides of the front sunroof wraps around the central rear stream where the notch is provided. , Merged with the airflow in the central part.
[0011]
As a result, the occurrence of separation at the center portion of the front sunroof is suppressed, and the velocity of the airflow at the center portion is recovered on the front side of the vehicle relative to the rear sunroof, so the inflow of airflow to the rear sunroof or the collision with the edge of the rear sunroof Is avoided and the occurrence of wind slop is prevented.
[0012]
In addition, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of the wind slop with an extremely simple structure in which a notch is formed in the rear edge of the front sunroof body.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. However, the dimensions, materials, shapes, relative positions, and the like of the components described in this embodiment are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention only to specific examples unless otherwise specified. Only.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a plan view of the front lid constituting the front sunroof according to the first example of the embodiment of the present invention (as viewed from the arrow A in FIG. 4), and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the front lid according to the second example. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the front lid according to the third embodiment. 4 is a side view of the main part of the sunroof portion of the vehicle, FIG. 5 is a schematic side view of the twin sunroof type vehicle, and FIG. 6 is an action diagram of the front lid.
[0015]
In FIG. 5, 30 is a vehicle body, 7 is a passenger compartment, 3 is a vehicle body roof, and the
The front sunroof 10 includes a tilt-up type front lid 1 that can be rotated around a hinge or the like, and the
The above configuration is the same as that of the prior art. In the present invention, the front sunroof 10 is improved.
[0016]
That is, in the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a trapezoidal notch portion 11 whose rear end side is widened is provided at the rear edge of the center portion of the front lid 1 constituting the front sunroof 10 in the plane direction.
The notch 11 sets the relationship between the width C on the rear end side, the width A on the bottom side, and the depth B as follows. Here, W = width of the front lid 1 and L = length in the front-rear direction of the front lid 1.
A / W = 0.2-0.6
B / L = 0.3-0.7
C / W = 0.3-0.7
[0017]
The relationship is set based on the experimental results by the inventors shown in FIGS. 6 (A) and 6 (B). That is, FIG. 6A shows the relationship between the B / L and the sound pressure level due to the wind slop in the rear sunroof 20 (when A / W = 0.2, C / W = 0.5). . As is apparent from the figure, the sound pressure level increases with a decrease in B / L. When B / L <0.3, the sound pressure level exceeds the allowable value R.
[0018]
FIG. 6B shows the relationship between the C / W and the sound pressure level (when A / W = 0.2, B / L = 0.3). As is apparent from the figure, the sound pressure level increases as C / W decreases. When C / W <0.3, the sound pressure level exceeds the allowable value R.
[0019]
Further, the B / L> 0.7 and C / W> 0.7 are satisfied, and the shape of the notch 11 is excessive, or A / W <0.2 and A / W> 0.6. Then, the appearance when the front lid 1 is tilted up deteriorates.
On the basis of the above, the ranges of A / W = 0.2 to 0.6, B / L = 0.3 to 0.7, and C / W = 0.3 to 0.7 are suitable.
[0020]
In the second embodiment of the front lid 1 shown in FIG. 2, the notch 11 is formed in a semicircular shape having a radius B.
Further, in the third embodiment of the front lid 1 shown in FIG. 3, the notch portion 11 is formed in a trapezoidal shape in which the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the notch is provided in the vehicle width direction middle portion of the rear edge of the front sunroof main body, so that the airflow in the center of the front sunroof penetrates the notch. The rise of the flow is suppressed and the rear sunroof is reached, and the side airflow flowing upward on both sides of the front sunroof wraps around the central rear stream provided with the notch, As a result, the occurrence of airflow separation at the center of the front sunroof is suppressed, the speed of the airflow at the center is restored, and the airflow reaches the rear sunroof without a decrease in speed. Inflow or collision with the edge of the rear sunroof is avoided, and the generation of wind slop is prevented.
[0026]
Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of such a wind slop with an extremely simple structure in which a notch is formed in the rear edge of the front sunroof body.
