【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and more particularly to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner in which an end plate having a substantially L-shaped cross section is attached to an end of an inner stage heat exchanger.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 10, the outdoor unit 21 of a conventional air conditioner has a plurality of plate-like heat transfer fins 23 superposed on a heat transfer tube 22 with a predetermined interval, and a part thereof is curved. The outer stage heat exchanger portion 24c of the heat exchanger 24 is screwed to the bottom plate 27 of the unit body 26 via the short end plate 25.
[0003]
For this reason, the outdoor unit 21 of the conventional air conditioner has an innermost heat exchanger part in order to prevent interference between the innermost heat exchanger part 24b and the bell mouth 28 due to bending variations for bending the heat exchanger 24. The gap between 24c and the bell mouth 28 had to be made quite large. As means for increasing the gap g, methods such as reducing the diameter of the fan 29 or increasing the width of the heat exchanger have been taken. However, the former has a problem that the performance is lowered, and the latter has a problem that the outdoor unit 21 of the air conditioner becomes large and expensive, and none of them has an appropriate means. Moreover, when attaching the short end plate 25 to the outer stage heat exchanger part 24c, the U-shaped part 22b of the heat transfer tube 22 in which a part of the blowing air is exposed at the end part of the innermost heat exchanger part 24b is used. A short circuit that flows back through occurred, and the heat exchange performance of the stepped portion 24a could not be maximized.
[0004]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, the outdoor unit of the conventional air conditioner has an outer stage heat exchanger section 24c that expands outward due to a springback during bending, so that the outer stage heat exchanger section 24b is connected to the inner stage heat exchanger section 24b. gap g 1 is formed between the heat exchange efficiency has a problem to decrease. Further, in order to prevent the spring back, it is necessary to provide a stopper for locking separately, which causes a problem of increasing the cost.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, there has been a demand for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that is small, has high performance, and is inexpensive.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a small, high-performance, and inexpensive outdoor unit for an air conditioner.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, a unit main body provided with a suction port and a blower outlet, and stored in the unit main body and polymerized with a predetermined interval in the heat transfer tube. An air conditioner having a heat exchanger in which a large number of plate-like heat transfer fins are stacked in a plurality of stages, a part of which is curved, an electric fan that blows air to the heat exchanger, and a bell mouth provided around the air outlet In the outdoor unit of the machine, the heat exchanger includes at least a part thereof divided fins for each heat exchanger part, and a step part is provided between the inner stage heat exchanger part and the outer stage heat exchanger part. The inner stage heat exchanger section is formed to be short from the inner stage heat exchanger section toward the outer stage heat exchanger section, and the end of the inner stage heat exchanger section has one side facing the heat transfer fin and this side. The other side extending from the inner edge of one side to the heat transfer fin side and Ranaru section is attached to the end plate of a substantially L-shaped proximate the bell mouth, the other side of the end plate corresponds to the space between the U-shaped portion of the surface and the heat transfer tubes of the one side end An outdoor unit of an air conditioner characterized by having a hole is provided. As a result, a small, high-performance, and inexpensive outdoor unit for an air conditioner is realized, and in particular, the U-shaped portion and the open end of the heat transfer tube can be held and fixed to perform tube expansion work. The shrinkage of the length of the heat transfer tube can be reduced.
[0008]
In a preferred example, the end plate has a cutout for preventing contact with the bell mouth on the other side .
[0009]
As a result, the diameter of the fan can be increased while keeping the gap between the arc portion of the bell mouth and the end plate, the air volume can be increased at the same noise level, and the heat exchange performance can be improved.
[0011]
In another preferred example, the end plate has a thickness of 0.5 mm or more. Thereby, even if the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is dropped during transport or the like, the end plate is not deformed.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a first embodiment of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of a part of FIG.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner includes a unit body 2 provided with a suction port 2a and an outlet 2b, and a heat transfer tube 3 that is housed in the unit body 2 and through which a refrigerant flows. A heat exchanger 5 in which a plurality of plate-like heat transfer fins 4 polymerized at a predetermined interval are stacked in a plurality of stages, a part of which is curved, an electric fan 6 that blows air to the heat exchanger 5, and an outlet 2b and a bell mouth 7 provided around 2b.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, the heat exchanger 5 has an outer stage from the inner stage heat exchanger part 5b such that the step part 5a is provided between the inner stage heat exchanger part 5b and the outer stage heat exchanger part 5c. It is shorter towards the heat exchanger unit 5c, and the end plate 8 is attached to the end portion 5b 1 of the inner stage heat exchanger unit 5b. Further, the large number of plate-like heat transfer fins 4 superposed on the heat transfer tubes 3 are constituted by divided fins that are at least partly, for example, all divided and superposed for each row of the heat transfer tubes. The inner stage heat exchanger section 5b and the outer stage heat exchanger section 5c are in a state of being divided over the entire length.
[0017]
In the heat exchanger, the inner stage heat exchanger part and the outer stage heat exchanger part do not necessarily have to be divided over the entire length, part of which consists of split-type fins, and the remaining part is the inner stage heat. It may be a combined heat exchanger composed of integral fins that are integrally superposed on the heat transfer tubes of the exchanger part and the outer stage heat exchanger part.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 3, the end plate 8 has a thickness t of 0.5 mm or more, has an approximately L-shaped cross section, forms an angle, and is on one side of the L shape facing the heat transfer fin 4. a plurality of insertion holes 8a 1 are bored, of the one side end on the other side perpendicular to this one side surface and the heat transfer tube 3 which is heat transfer tubes 3 of the inner stage heat exchanger unit 5b is inserted A plurality of elliptical long holes 8a2 are formed corresponding to the space of the U-shaped portion 3a, and a mounting projection 8c formed with a mounting screw hole 8b is formed at the lower end of the other side. Is provided. By setting the plate thickness of the end plate 8 to 0.5 mm or more, the end plate is not deformed even when the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner is dropped during transport. If the plate thickness is less than 0.5 mm, the end plate is deformed when dropped.
[0019]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the end plate 8 is screwed to the upright portion 2 c 1 of the bottom plate 2 c of the unit body 2 by a screw 9 that passes through the mounting screw hole 8 b. Thereby, even if the bending of the inner stage heat exchanger section 5b varies, the end plate 8 can reliably fix the inner stage heat exchanger section 5b in a predetermined position. In addition, the inner heat exchanger section 5b and the outer heat exchanger section 5c are tightly fixed to the heat transfer tubes 3 and the heat transfer fins 4 by expanding the heat transfer tubes 3 prior to bending. This tube expansion is a mechanical tube that holds and fixes the U-shaped portion 3b bottom (hairpin portion) of the heat transfer tube (U-shaped tube) 3 and the tube opening end and inserts a mandrel for tube expansion from the tube opening. A spreading method is preferred. This mechanical tube expansion method can reduce the contraction of the length of the heat transfer tube 3 after the tube expansion, and enables high quality and low cost.
[0020]
Conventionally, when an end plate is provided on the U-shaped portion 3b side of the heat transfer tube 3, it is difficult to hold and fix the U-shaped portion 3b during tube expansion, and therefore it is difficult to adopt a tube expansion method in which the length of the heat transfer tube 3 is small. Although there was a, as described above, by providing the elongated hole 8a 2 on the other side of the end plate 8, made possible. Long hole 8a 2 is not limited to the elliptical shape but may be any shape.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, an end plate 8 is interposed between the inner stage heat exchanger portion 5 b and the bell mouth 7 provided around the air outlet 2 b, so that the end plate 8 is disposed close to the end plate 8. The inner stage heat exchanger section 5 b does not interfere with the bell mouth 7. Further, since the end plate 8 and the bell mouth 7 are provided close to each other to form a substantially sealed state, the U-shaped part 3b of the inner stage heat exchanger part 5b and the outer stage heat exchanger part 5c are connected from the outlet 2b. A short circuit that flows back to the vicinity of the U-shaped part 3c is prevented, and the heat exchange performance in the vicinity of the step part 5a formed between the inner stage heat exchanger part 5b and the outer stage heat exchanger part 5c can be maximized. it can.
[0022]
In addition, the code | symbol 10 is a compressor which compresses a refrigerant | coolant, In this embodiment, it is accommodated in the unit main body 2, and forms the outdoor unit, but the outdoor unit of the air conditioner concerning this invention is Even if the compressor is stored in the unit main body, it may be installed outside the unit main body.
[0023]
Next, heat exchange of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention will be described.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the air sucked from the suction port 2 a by the function of the electric fan 6 is heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger 5 and blown out of the unit body 2 from the blower outlet 2 b. In this heat exchange process, the suction port 2a and the stepped portion 5a become negative pressure due to the action of the electric fan 6, but the air flow is provided with an end plate 8 in the vicinity of the bell mouth 7 to form a substantially sealed state. As a result, there is no occurrence of a short circuit that flows backward from the outlet to the vicinity of the U-shaped portion of the heat exchanger as in the prior art, and backflow from the outlet to the vicinity of the U-shaped portion of the heat exchanger is prevented. Therefore, the heat exchange performance in the vicinity of the step portion 5a can be maximized.
[0025]
In addition, the effect of this invention can be anticipated also in multiple rows | lines, such as 3 rows or 4 rows, without restricting a heat exchanger to 2 rows.
[0026]
Moreover, 2nd Embodiment of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner concerning this invention is described.
[0027]
In the second embodiment, an end plate in which a bell mouth end storage cutout is formed on the end plate used in the first embodiment is used.
[0028]
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the end plate 8 </ b> A has a plurality of insertion holes 8 </ b> Aa 1 into which the heat transfer tubes 3 of the inner stage heat exchanger section 5 b are inserted on one side of the L shape facing the heat transfer fins 4. are bored, on the other side perpendicular to this one side, with a plurality of long holes 8Aa 2 is provided, a bell mouth end housing notches 8Ad of the central portion trapezoidal shape is formed Furthermore, a mounting projection 8Ac in which a mounting screw hole 8Ab is drilled is provided at the lower end.
[0029]
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the notch 8Ad can increase the diameter of the fan 6A while keeping the substantially circular arc portion of the bell mouth 7A and the gap 11A between the end plates 8A. Thereby, the air volume at the same noise level is increased, and the heat exchange performance can be improved. The notch is not limited to a trapezoid, and may be any shape as long as it can avoid interference with the arc portion of the bell mouth.
[0030]

Moreover, 3rd Embodiment of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner concerning this invention is described.
[0032]
In the third embodiment, the outer stage heat exchanger part of the first embodiment is arranged in parallel with the flat upright portion of the bottom plate, whereas the outer stage heat exchanger part has a locking projection. It is designed to be pressed against the provided upright.
[0033]
For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the unit has locking protrusion 2Ba 2 is provided on the raised portion 2Ba1 of the bottom plate 2Ba body 2B, outer stage heat exchanger unit 5Bc heat exchanger 5B to the engaging protrusion 2Ba 2 Are in contact. Therefore, even if the outer stage heat exchanger part 5Bc tries to expand outward due to the spring back at the time of bending, the movement is suppressed and a gap with the inner stage heat exchanger part 5Bb is formed. Can be prevented, and the heat exchange efficiency can be improved. Further, since it is not necessary to provide a separate stopper for locking, the cost can be reduced.
[0034]
