Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a roof structure.
[0002]
[Object of the present invention]
Conventionally, there are roofs of various structures, and an object of the present invention is to provide a roof structure that can adopt a particularly lightweight and free design and can be economically constructed.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the roof structure of the present invention uses a folding plate in which a steel plate is alternately folded into a mountain and a valley, and on both sides of the folding plate, the direction of the mountain and the valley Dispersed at necessary positions in the direction of crossing, the strip steel plates are integrally attached, and the support frame is orthogonally oriented with respect to the plurality of strip steel plates arranged in a distributed manner. It is characterized by a roof structure in which the roof is formed by fixing the tip of a suspension rope extending obliquely downward from a support column constructed higher than the mounting and roof position to the support frame .
[0004]
[Embodiments of the present invention]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the roof structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0005]
<I> Composition of the folded plate.
As is known in the art, the folding plate 1 is formed by alternately bending a steel plate into a number of peaks and valleys in parallel.
[0006]
<B> Installation of strip steel plate.
In the configuration of the present invention, such a conventional folded plate 1 is used, and the strip-shaped steel plates 2 are integrally attached to both sides of the folded plate 1 in a direction intersecting with the direction of peaks and valleys.
However, the strip-shaped steel plate 2 does not need to be attached to the entire surface of the folding plate 1 and can be distributed and arranged at a necessary position in terms of strength.
[0007]
The strip steel plate 2 is a flat plate elongated in one direction.
However, not only the shape but also an inverted T-shaped steel plate with a center plate protruding in a direction orthogonal to the center of the plane can be used.
The strip-shaped steel plate 2 can be arranged on the front and back of the same position of the folding plate 1 and can be fixed by sewing through a bolt.
If the pressure is applied from both sides during the production, the folded plate 1 may be crushed. Thus, if the mold having a similar shape is inserted into the space between the peaks and valleys, the folded plate 1 can be prevented from being crushed.
[0008]
<C> The structure of the roof.
In the case of constructing a roof, if the folded plate 1 is supported directly, it will bend. However, in the configuration of the present invention, the deflection can be prevented by supporting the strip steel plate 2 attached to the surface of the folding plate 1 in the orthogonal direction.
[0009]
Actually, the support frame 3 is attached in a direction orthogonal to the plurality of strip-shaped steel plates 2 attached to the surface of the folding plate. And the suspension rope 5 is stretched from the support | pillar 4 constructed higher than the roof position, and the front-end | tip of the suspension rope 5 is fixed to this support frame 3, and a roof is formed. Or the support frame 3 is supported from the lower side by the support | pillar 4 constructed | assembled lower than the roof position, and a roof is formed.
[0010]
[Effect of the present invention]
Since the structure of the roof of the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
<A> Compared with the structure which attaches a steel plate to the whole surface of both surfaces of a folding plate, the quantity of used steel materials can be reduced significantly. Therefore, it is possible to construct a lightweight roof and reduce costs.
<B> By eliminating the beam set for supporting the folding plate, the roof itself can be configured with a design that is more free than before.
<C> Since there is no beam set that supports the folding plate, the indoor space below the roof surface can be freely used functionally and designally.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of an embodiment of members constituting a roof according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view thereof.
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of an embodiment of a roof structure.
