Description
The present invention relates to a method for laying an optical transmission line in a building, and more particularly to a method for laying an optical transmission line in a building using an elevator hoistway.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in buildings such as buildings, communication transmission paths in which optical cables and the like are wired in advance have been provided so that tenants and tenants can easily use communication wiring. This is because the added value of the building itself can be increased.
The optical transmission line laying method in a building having a plurality of floors is, for example, drawing a branch line optical cable branched from a trunk optical cable into the building, distributing this branch line optical cable with a distributor, and further wiring in the height direction of the building. Wiring to residents and tenants on each floor.
In a newly constructed building, a wiring route such as wiring piping is secured in advance, and the building is constructed, so that residents and tenants can easily use communication wiring. On the other hand, when a wiring route in the height direction of a building is secured for an existing building, the positions of electric cables and pipes between the floors are investigated by non-destructive inspection using X-rays on the floor of the building. After this pre-investigation, wiring routes are formed in the height direction of the building by opening wiring holes in the floor of the building, avoiding electrical cables and piping, and installing wiring piping.
As described above, the optical transmission path laying system in an existing building requires a preliminary survey such as a nondestructive inspection. Moreover, the floor wall of a building has a thickness of about 600 mm, and the drilling of wiring holes may be a large-scale operation. With these circumstances, there is a problem that the construction period and cost increase. There is also a problem that the room cannot be used during nondestructive inspection and drilling.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for laying an optical transmission line in a building that can be laid at low cost by short-term construction.
The method for laying an optical transmission line in a building according to the present invention is a method for laying an optical cable to a user on each floor of an existing building having a plurality of floors, and a floor for drawing a trunk optical cable into the building and branching it to each floor for connection. Installing a separate distributor on the lower floor of the building, creating a plurality of floor optical cables each having a length from the floor distributor to each floor, each having a different length, and a plurality of floors Place the separate optical cable on the elevator car of the existing building, move the elevator car to the first laying floor in maintenance operation mode, and on the first laying floor, from the elevator car side to the vertical wall of the elevator hoistway, A hole drilling process for opening a wiring hole for passing through, an installation process for placing one end of the floor optical cable on the floor from the elevator car side through the wiring hole, and a floor In the state where the optical cable is passed, from the elevator car side, close the wiring hole with a cap made of thermal expansion material and return the elevator hoistway to the fire protection section state, and maintenance operation mode to the next laying floor Move and perform the drilling process, installation process, and hole closing process from the elevator car side on that floor, and repeat this for each floor in sequence, and install one end of the optical cable for each floor on each floor. a step, in Kaibetsu fractionator, a connecting step of connecting the other end of Kaibetsu optical cable for each floor, respectively, only including, the installation step and the floor installation process, the floor by an optical cable to the elevator cab loaded, that sequentially feeds the floor by an optical cable to the outer upper of the elevator car from the general rescue for port provided in the ceiling portion of the elevator car And butterflies.
In the building optical transmission line laying method according to the present invention, it is preferable that the step of creating the floor optical cable includes a step of fixing an optical distributor at the end of the floor optical cable .
In the method for laying an optical transmission line in a building according to the present invention, the floor-specific optical cable is wired in the elevator hoistway using an elevator car, so that a scaffold during work can be easily secured.
Hereinafter, modes for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as embodiments) will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the overall configuration of the intra-building optical transmission line of the present embodiment will be described, and then a method for laying the intra-building optical transmission path will be described. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an overall configuration in which an in-building optical transmission line according to the present embodiment is laid in a building. The in-building
The intra-building
In the present embodiment, the optical cables such as the trunk
The trunk
この階別分配器22は、例えばMDF(Main Disutribution Frame)装置やPON(Passive Optical Network)装置等で構成することができる。
The
The floor
The
For example, it is arranged in the ceiling space of each
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a specific example of the
Note that the
Before the
For example, in the above-described example, one
In addition, the cable length of the floor-specific
Further, according to the number of floors and the floor area of the
The floor
Next, a method for laying an in-building optical transmission line according to this embodiment will be described. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the termination unit and the floor-specific optical cable are wired, and FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a work flow. The in-building optical transmission line is preferably laid when the
The above-mentioned floor-specific
Next, the floor
In this way, if the
When wiring the floor-specific
In the embodiment described above, the laying work is performed while lowering the
In the laying operation, the
Before or after the
In such a wiring method, the
As described above, since the floor-specific
Moreover, in the laying method mentioned above, since the
In FIG. 3, the floor
FIG. 5 is a view showing a state of the
The
The
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the
The operation of the
FIG. 7 is a view showing a state in which the floor
As described above, the
Next, the
