Description

In this invention, a tube arranged in a ring shape along an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical chamber formed in a housing is compressed in one direction by a pressurizing member that is arranged inside and circularly moves along the inner peripheral surface. The present invention relates to a tube pump that performs a pump action.

This type of tube pump is susceptible to damage due to its structure, so maintenance work such as inspection and replacement of the tube is required. However, the ring-shaped part of the tube is narrow between the pressurizing member and the cylindrical chamber circumferential surface. Since it is located in the space and part of it is in a pressurized state, it is not easy to ensure inspection even if the cover plate attached to the opening of the cylindrical chamber is removed. The replacement work takes a considerable amount of time.

Therefore, a cylindrical chamber is composed of a pair of opening and closing pieces shaped to sandwich the pressure member from both sides, and the tube can be exchanged with the opening and closing pieces open and the tube ring-shaped part not being pressurized. Was proposed in Patent Document 1 below. In addition, the structure can be divided into a driven side unit formed by a pressure member, cylindrical chamber, tube, etc., and a drive side unit formed by an eccentric shaft that drives the pressure member circularly, a drive motor, etc., and both units are separated. The following Patent Document 2 proposes a tube replacement or the like in a state where the ring-shaped portion is not pressurized. However, the structure described in these documents complicates the structure of the housing and requires a special design to make such a structure. Therefore, this structure is used for an existing tube pump that has already been used. It cannot be adopted.
JP 2000-227076 A JP 2001-200904 A

This invention pays attention to these points, and it has been made as an object to make the inspection and replacement of the tube easy by making a slight modification even with an existing tube pump with a relatively simple structure. It is.

In order to achieve the above object, in the tube pump of the present invention, the cylindrical chamber and the guide member provided concentrically facing the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical chamber are formed in the opening of the cylindrical chamber, A temporary set portion for temporarily placing the ring-shaped portion of the tube with the drawer portion set at a predetermined position when the tube is mounted, and a short cylindrical shape having a diameter corresponding to the temporary set portion, A pressing member that is provided concentrically with respect to the inner peripheral surface on the inner surface of the cover plate that is attached to and detached from the opening, and that presses the ring-shaped portion placed on the temporary setting portion when the tube is mounted. .

When mounting the tube in the above configuration, place the ring-shaped part of the tube on the temporary set part, set the drawer part at a predetermined position, and pressurize while keeping the ring-shaped part pressed with the pushing member Drive the member. The predetermined position of the drawer means the position of the drawer when the tube is correctly attached and ready for use. As a result, the ring-shaped portion located in the gap formed between the pressure member and the inner peripheral surface is pushed into the gap by the pressing force of the pushing member, and the gap is reduced as the pressure member is driven. When the position is moved, an operation is sequentially performed in which the ring-shaped portions located in the gap portion are sequentially pushed into the gap. At this time, the ring-shaped part is pulled by the drawer part where the part close to the drawer part is set at a predetermined position, and is guided toward the normal position when correctly mounted from the temporary setting part placed. It becomes a state.

That is, the operation of pushing into the gap and the action of pulling and guiding toward the regular position are continued and the shape holding force to return to the original shape when the tube itself is elastic or deformed is also added. The tube ring is naturally inserted between the pressure member and the inner peripheral surface while the tube rotates several times along the inner peripheral surface. The attached state is reached, and the attachment of the tube is automatically completed.

The pushing member is desirably formed of a flexible material having elasticity. Further, the cover plate may be attached to the housing body via a spring.

According to this invention, the tube is automatically mounted by placing the ring-shaped portion of the tube on the temporary setting portion, covering the lid plate, and driving the pressure member. For this reason, since the tube mounting operation becomes simple, the tube can be easily inspected because it can be removed and inspected once without inspecting the tube, and then reattached. Even when the tube is replaced and a new tube is mounted, since the mounting is easy, the replacement operation can be performed in a short time. Further, since there is no need to specially design the housing or the like as in the above-mentioned Patent Documents 1 and 2, it is possible to adopt this structure by adding some modifications to the ready-made tube pump.

Also, if the tube is pushed too hard with the pushing member, the tube may be deformed and cannot be smoothly inserted into the gap. However, if the pushing member is made of a flexible and flexible material, it will bend itself. Therefore, it is necessary to place the ring-shaped part of the tube on the temporary set part and completely attach the cover plate to the housing before driving the pressure member. Can do. Further, in the case where the cover plate is attached to the housing body via the spring, even if the pushing member is formed of a hard material, an excessive pressing force is not applied to the ring-shaped portion of the tube.

Examples of the present invention will be described below. 1 is a front view showing a state in which a tube is mounted, with a cover plate removed, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1 at the start of tube mounting, and FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. 1 in a state where the tube is mounted at the correct position, and FIG. .

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a housing, which is composed of a housing body 1a and a lid plate 1c that is attached to and detached from an opening 1b on the side surface. Reference numeral 1d denotes a screw hole for screwing the cover plate 1c to the housing body 1a. Reference numeral 2 denotes a cylindrical chamber formed in the housing main body 1a. The inner peripheral surface 2a of the cylindrical chamber 2 is circular and is formed in a range larger than a semicircumference and smaller than the entire circumference, and the inner peripheral surface 2a is not formed. The portion is an input / output unit 2b. Reference numeral 3 denotes a tube, which includes a ring-shaped portion 3a disposed along the inner peripheral surface 2a of the cylindrical chamber 2 and drawer portions 3b connected to both ends thereof. The drawer portion 3b is connected to the relay pipe 3d of the holder 3c. Has been. The tube 3 is made of an elastic material such as a rubber-based material or a synthetic resin, and has appropriate elasticity and shape retention force. An attachment groove 3e is formed in the input / output portion 2b of the housing body 1a, and the tube 3 is attached to the housing body 1a by fitting the holder 3c into the attachment groove 3e.

4 is a ring-shaped pressurizing member disposed inside the tube 3, 5 is an eccentric rotor disposed inside the pressurizing member 4, and 6 is a rotating shaft to which the eccentric rotor 5 is attached. The outer peripheral surface 5 is rotated while being in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pressurizing member 4 so that the pressurizing member 4 moves circularly along the inner peripheral surface 2a. Reference numeral 7 denotes a motor with a speed reducer for driving the rotary shaft 6. In FIG. 1, the pressure member 4 is eccentric to the right side, the right side of the ring-shaped portion 3a is compressed, and a sufficient gap 4a is generated between the pressure member 4 and the inner peripheral surface 2a on the left side. Show.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a guide member provided according to the present invention, and 12 denotes a push-in member similarly provided according to the present invention. The guide member 11 has a bottomed cylindrical shape with a smaller diameter than the pressure member 4, and is secured to the rotary shaft 6 while being overlapped with the pressure member 4. The outer peripheral surface 11a of the guide member 11 is concentric with the inner peripheral surface 2a, and a temporary set portion 13 is formed between the outer peripheral surface 11a and the portion on the opening 1b side of the inner peripheral surface 2a. Yes. The pushing member 12 has a short cylindrical shape having a diameter corresponding to the temporary setting portion 13, that is, an intermediate diameter between the inner peripheral surface 2a and the guide member 11, and is concentric with the inner peripheral surface 2a on the inner surface of the cover plate 1c. It is attached to the position where it becomes a shape by, for example, screwing. The push-in member 12 is made of an elastic flexible material, for example, nitrile rubber, and the ring-shaped outer peripheral portion 12a has a cross-sectional shape and a good cushioning property.

The embodiment has such a configuration. When the tube is mounted, first, the holder 3c to which the tube 3 is connected is fitted into the mounting groove 3e, and the ring-shaped portion 3a of the tube 3 is placed on the temporary setting portion 13. In this state, the lead-out portion 3b of the tube 3 is connected to the holder 3c and held in a predetermined position and posture, but the ring-shaped portion 3a is only placed on the temporary setting portion 13, so that FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the portion that extends from the lead-out portion 3 b to the ring-shaped portion 3 a is inclined. For this reason, the force which pulls in the downward direction of a figure is acting on the part close | similar to the drawer | drawing-out part 3b of the ring-shaped part 3a, and the elasticity and shape retention force which the material which comprises the tube 3 has also added. In the case where the tube 3 is a resin molded product, since the shape holding force is larger than that of a flexible rubber tube having an appropriate rigidity, the downward force acting on the ring-shaped portion 3a is increased.

Next, the cover plate 1c is attached to the opening 1b of the housing body 1a, and is screwed using the screw hole 1d. In FIG. 1, screws are not shown. In this state, the ring-shaped portion 3a of the tube 3 is pushed by the outer peripheral portion 12a of the pushing member 12, and therefore, in a place where a sufficient gap 4a is generated between the pressing member 4 and the inner peripheral surface 2a, as shown in FIG. The ring-shaped part 3a is pushed to the outer periphery of the pressure member 4 as shown on the left side, and the outer peripheral part 12a of the push-in member 12 is bent as shown on the right side of FIG. The shape portion 3 a is pressed against the side surface of the pressure member 4.

When the pressurizing member 4 is driven, the position of the gap 4a generated between the pressurizing member 4 and the inner peripheral surface 2a is moved according to the drive, and the pressurizing member is moved as shown on the right side of FIG. The ring-shaped portion 3a that has been pressed against the side surface of 4 is also sequentially pushed into the gap. At the same time, the downward force applied from the lead-out portion 3b set at a predetermined position continues to act on the ring-shaped portion 3a, so that the ring 4a rotates while the gap 4a rotates several times along the inner peripheral surface 2a. When the entire portion 3a is inserted between the pressure member 4 and the inner peripheral surface 2a, and finally the entire portion 3a is located on the extension line of the lead-out portion 3b as shown in FIG. The normal position is reached and the mounting of the tube 3 is completed.

Thus, since the ring-shaped part 3a of the tube 3 is automatically mounted at a proper position, the inspection of the tube 3 is not performed with a part being pressurized, but after the tube 3 is removed. It can be carried out. Further, it is not necessary to forcefully push the tube 3 into a portion where there is almost no gap 4a between the pressure member 4 and the inner peripheral surface 2a when mounting the tube, and the tube 3 can be easily mounted.

In the above embodiment, the drawer 3b is set at a predetermined position by fitting the holder 3c into the mounting groove 3e. For example, a pressing piece 3f as shown by a chain line in FIG. If the intermediate part between the ring-shaped part 3a and the lead-out part 3b is pushed down by the pressing piece 3f, the force until the ring-shaped part 3a is pushed down is increased, and the time required for proper mounting is shortened. In the illustrated example, the lead-out portion 3b is on the same plane as the ring-shaped portion 3a, but when the tube 3 is a flexible rubber tube and the relay pipe 3d of the holder 3c is at a higher position than in the figure, What is necessary is just to incline the edge part of the relay pipe 3d downward so that the position of the drawer | drawing-out part 3b may become low.

Further, as described above, the pushing member 12 can be made of a hard material without being made of an elastic flexible material. In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, a spring 1f is interposed between a cover plate mounting screw 1e to the housing body 1a and the cover plate 1c, and an appropriate pressing force is applied by the spring 1f to the cover plate 1c. To be added to. Thereby, even if the pushing member 12 is formed of a hard material, an unnecessary pressing force is not applied to the ring-shaped portion 3 a of the tube 3. Note that the lid plate 1c is not fixed when the tube 3 is mounted, and the lid plate 1c placed on the housing main body 1a is held by hand, and the pressing member 12 is applied to the ring-shaped portion 3a to apply an appropriate pressing force. However, a method of driving the pressure member 4 is also possible.

Although the above embodiment is about the case where a ring-shaped pressurizing member is used, the present invention can be applied to various tube pumps including a type in which a tube is directly pressurized with a plurality of rollers.
