この発明は、包装体およびそれを用いた陳列方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
歯ブラシやシャープペンシルの芯、ボタン電池等、多くの小物商品は、陳列しやすいように懸架用のフックを設けたパッケージに封入され、スーパーマーケット等の、陳列棚の背面壁から手前に突出した懸架用バー等に、パッケージのフックを掛けて、手前から奥へ１列に懸架して陳列されていることが多い。
この陳列方法は、陳列するためのスペースを奥行方向に利用することができ、狭いスペースで多くの商品を陳列できる、優れた陳列方法といえる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、このようにして陳列されている商品の仕様や外装色等が、１種類であれば問題はないが、仕様や外装色等が複数種類ある場合には、これらの商品の属性を表現した説明文言や識別情報の記載部（以下識別部と称する）を目立たせる必要があるにもかかわらず、パッケージで包装され、同一の懸架用バーに掛けて陳列されている場合もある。この場合、仕様や外装色等を記載した識別部は、パッケージの表面に設けられてはいるものの、パッケージのサイズ、形状が同一のため、陳列された列の正面から見ると、先頭の商品以外はこの先頭のパッケージと重なり合って、２番目以後の奥の商品の識別部の目視が困難になるという問題があった。
この発明は、この問題に対処するためになされたものであって、同一サイズ、同一形状の商品で、且つ、仕様や外装色等が異なる商品を、手前から奥へ１列に配列して陳列しつつ、配列の正面から見て２番目以後の奥に位置する商品の、仕様や外装色等を表示した識別部の目視が可能な包装体、および、それを用いた陳列方法を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決した本発明の包装体は、具体的には次のような包装体である。即ち、本発明の第１の包装体は、複数個を組合せて前後方向に重ねて配置される懸架用フックが設けられてなる包装体において、包装体が包装する内容物の属性を表現する識別部を、前置される単または複数の他の包装体を介在して、正面から目視され、且つ、少なくとも、他の包装体と重ならない部分に設けたものである。

この本発明の第１の包装体によれば、この包装体で包装された内容物を、手前から奥へ一列に重ねて配置して配列した場合に、手前に配置される単または複数の他の包装体を介在して、正面から目視される他の包装体と重ならない部分に、その包装体が包装する内容物の属性を表現する識別部が設けられているので、この識別部が、配列の正面から見て識別でき、配列の２番目以後の奥に位置する内容物の属性を、識別することができる。そのため、内容物の購入者が、容易に好みのものを探すことができる他、売却により欠品となった場合に、補充担当者が容易に欠品を発見することができ、補充作業の効率化を図ることができる。また、懸架用フックが包装体に設けられており、陳列棚の背面壁から手前に突出した懸架用バー等に、包装体の懸架用フックを掛けるだけで容易に陳列でき、陳列作業を容易化することができる。

本発明の第２の包装体は、上記の本発明の第１の包装体において、識別部を、後置される単または複数の他の包装体とも重ならず、逸脱して単独で存在する部分に設けるようにした包装体である。

この本発明の第２の包装体によれば、包装体の識別部は、この包装体を手前から奥へ一列に重ねて配置して配列した場合に、手前に配置される単または複数の他の包装体を介在して、正面から目視される他の包装体と重ならない部分であるのみならず、さらに、この識別部は、後置される単または複数の他の包装体とも重ならず、逸脱して単独で存在している部分である。即ち、各々の包装体の識別部は、手前から奥へ一列に配列した包装体において、その配列の正面から見て、全ての包装体が重なる共通部分から、逸脱し、且つ、単一で存在する部分に設けられているので、配列の順序に関係なく、つまり、包装体の配列の位置に依存することなく、配列された全ての包装体の識別部を、配列の正面から見て識別することができる。従って、陳列に際し、個々の包装体の陳列順序を気にすることなく陳列でき、陳列作業を容易化することができる。

本発明の第３の包装体は、上記の各包装体において、識別部の形状が同一で、その形成位置が異なるようにした包装体である。

この本発明の第４の包装体によれば、包装体の１つが、他の包装体の倒置形であるので、他の包装体を倒置させて使用することができ、同一形状の包装体を倒置させて、その識別部の表示を変えるだけで、異なる属性を有する同一内容物の包装体として使用することができる。また、包装体のデザインを容易化することができると共に、包装体の製作も容易化することができる。

本発明の第５の包装体は、上記の本発明の第１の包装体において、識別部を、前置される単または複数の他の包装体に設けられた切抜穴、または、透明膜で覆設された前記切抜穴を通して、正面から目視される、他の包装体と重ならない部分に設けるようにした包装体である。

この本発明の第５の包装体によれば、手前から奥へ１列に配列した場合に、前置される単または複数の他の包装体に設けられた切抜穴、または、透明膜で覆設された切抜穴を通して、正面から目視される、他の包装体と重ならない部分に、その包装体の識別部が設けられているので、個々の包装体の識別部を、それより前に配列されている包装体の切抜穴または透明膜で覆設した切抜穴を通して識別することができる。そのため、配列の正面から見て識別でき、配列の２番目以後の奥に位置する内容物の属性を識別することができる。また、ここで用いられる個々の包装体の切抜穴または透明膜で覆設した切抜穴、および識別部が設けられるのは、個々の包装体の外形の内側であるので、外形を自由に形成できることから、配列される全ての包装体の配列の正面から見た外形を、同一形状とすることができる。

本発明の第６の包装体は、上記の本発明の第５の包装体において、識別部を、後置される単または複数の他の包装体の切抜穴、または、透明膜で覆設された切抜穴が存在することにより、他の包装体とも重ならず、逸脱して単独で存在する部分に設けた包装体である。

この本発明の第６の包装体によれば、手前から奥へ１列に配列した場合に、前記識別部は、前置される単または複数の他の包装体に設けられた切抜穴、または、透明膜で覆設された切抜穴を通して、正面から目視される、他の包装体と重ならない部分であるのみならず、さらに、この識別部は、後置される単または複数の他の包装体の切抜穴、または、透明膜で覆設された切抜穴が存在することにより、他の包装体とも重ならず、逸脱して単独で存在する部分である。即ち、各々の包装体の識別部は、手前から奥へ一列に配列した包装体において、その配列の正面から見て、全ての包装体が重なる共通部分から、逸脱し、且つ、単一で存在する部分に設けられているので、配列の順序に関係なく、つまり、包装体の配列の位置に依存することなく、配列された全ての包装体の識別部を、配列の正面から見て識別することができる。また、ここで用いられる個々の包装体の切抜穴または透明膜で覆設した切抜穴、および識別部が設けられるのは、個々の包装体の外形の内側であるので、外形を自由に形成できることから、配列される全ての包装体の配列の正面から見た外形を同一形状とすることができる。

本発明の第７の包装体は、上記の各包装体において、識別部の形状を、立体的とした包装体である。

この本発明の第７の包装体によれば、包装体の識別部が、立体的であるので、包装体が包装する内容物の属性の表現方法として、立体的な方法を用いることができ、包装体が包装する内容物の属性の表現方法を多様化することができる。

本発明の第８の包装体は、前記包装体が歯ブラシ用を縦向き姿勢で陳列可能な包装体であり、前記包装体の側部に、包装体毎に正面視における高さ方向の位置を相互にずらして前記識別部を形成するとともに、前後に配置される他の包装体の識別部に対応させて切欠部又は切抜穴を形成し、前記識別部を前置される単または複数の他の包装体を介在して、正面から目視され、且つ、少なくとも、前記他の包装体と重ならない部分に設けたものである。

次に、本発明の陳列方法は、複数の包装体を組合せて前後方向に重ねて配置する懸架用フックが設けられてなる包装体の陳列方法において、前置される単または複数の他の包装体を介在して、正面から目視される、包装体と重ならない部分に、その包装体が包装する内容物の属性を表現する識別部が設けられた包装体を、前置される他の包装体の識別部と重ならないように配列して、全ての包装体の識別部を正面から一覧目視可能としたことを特徴とする懸架用フックが設けられてなる包装体の陳列方法である。

この本発明の陳列方法によれば、複数個を組合せて前後方向に配列される包装体であって、前置された複数の包装体を介在させて、正面から目視される包装体と重ならない部分に、その包装体が包装する内容物の属性を表現する識別部を設けた包装体を用いて、その識別部が、その前後に配列される包装体の識別部と重ならないように配列して、その全ての識別部を正面から一覧可能としているので、配列の２番目以後の奥に位置するすべての内容物の属性を、識別することができる。そのため、内容物の購入者が、容易に好みのものを探すことができる他、売却により欠品となった場合に、補充担当者が容易に欠品を発見することができ、補充作業の効率化を図ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施例につき、図面に基づき詳しく説明する。本発明は、同一サイズ、同一形状の商品で、且つ、仕様や外装色等が異なる商品を、手前から奥へ１列に配列して陳列しつつ、配列の正面から見て２番目以後の奥に位置する商品の、仕様や外装色等の表示の識別が可能な包装体、および、それを用いた陳列方法を提供しようとするものであるが、本実施例では、商品として、歯ブラシを用いた例について説明する。尚、本明細書において、図面中の数字は、商品、包装体またはその部位を示し、数字の後に続くアルファベットの小文字は、配列された時の配列順序を示し、ａは先頭を、ｂ以下、ｃ、ｄはそれぞれ、２番目、３番目、４番目を表す。また、図面中のＰはピンク色を、Ｂはブルー色を、Ｙはイェロー色を、Ｒはレッド色を表す。また、図面中に記載された番号で、実施例の説明に引用されていないものは、本明細書の末尾の「符号の説明」に記載されている。

図１および図２は、第１実施例の歯ブラシ包装体を示したものである。図１（ａ）は、配列の先頭に位置する歯ブラシ包装体１ａの外形図、（ｂ）は、配列の２番目に位置する歯ブラシ包装体１ｂの外形図、（ｃ）は、配列の正面から見た図、そして、図２は、本実施例の配列の状態を示した斜視図である。
本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体１ａ、１ｂは、それぞれ、台紙１１ａ、１１ｂの表面に歯ブラシ１９ａ、１９ｂを配列し、この歯ブラシ１９ａ、１９ｂとほぼ同形状に成形された透明プラスチックフイルムで歯ブラシ１９ａ、１９ｂをパックして形成され、台紙１１ａ、１１ｂの上部には、懸架用バー１２０に懸架するための懸架用フック１２ａ、１２ｂが設けられている。そのため、図２に示すように、この懸架用フック１２ａ、１２ｂを、陳列棚の背面壁から手前に突出した懸架用バー１２０等に掛けるだけで、歯ブラシ包装体１ａ、１ｂを容易に陳列でき、陳列作業を容易化することができる。

これらの歯ブラシ包装体１ａ、１ｂは、その外形の高さ、幅、および、厚さが同じで、形状もほぼ同じであるが、正面視右側外形線中央付近に、歯ブラシ包装体１ａ、１ｂの内側へ向かって凹んだ緩やかな曲線で形成されている切欠部１４ａ、１４ｂの形成位置が異なっており、歯ブラシ包装体１ａでは中央からやや下方に、歯ブラシ包装体１ｂでは中央からやや上方に設けられている。その切欠部の真下に、識別部１３ａ、１３ｂが設けられ、この識別部１３ａ、１３ｂには、商品の歯ブラシ１９ａ、１９ｂの属性の１種である柄の色の小円が描かれているこれらの切欠部１４ａ、１４ｂおよび識別部１３ａ、１３ｂは、歯ブラシ包装体１ａと歯ブラシ包装体１ｂとを前後に重ね合わせた時に、歯ブラシ包装体１ｂの識別部１３ｂが歯ブラシ包装体１ａの切欠部１４ａと同位置となるように、設けられている。即ち、歯ブラシ包装体１ａと歯ブラシ包装体１ｂとを前後に配列した時に、歯ブラシ包装体１ｂの識別部１３ｂは、歯ブラシ包装体１ａの切欠部１４ａの存在により、歯ブラシ包装体１ａの背後から正面視右側にはみ出すため、歯ブラシ包装体１ａと重ならない。

従って、図２に示すように、歯ブラシ包装体１ａと歯ブラシ包装体１ｂの懸架用フック１２ａ、１２ｂを懸架用バー１２０に掛けて、手前から奥へ１列に配列して陳列すると、歯ブラシ包装体１ａの識別部に描かれているピンク色の小円はもちろん、歯ブラシ包装体１ｂの識別部に描かれているブルー色の小円を共に、配列の正面から見て識別することができる。そのため、本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体によれば、歯ブラシの購入者が、容易に好みの柄の色の歯ブラシを探すことができる他、売却により欠品となった場合に、補充担当者が容易に欠品を発見することができ、補充作業の効率化を図ることができる。

第１実施例の歯ブラシ包装体では、図１（ｃ）および図２からわかるように、配列の先頭に位置する歯ブラシ包装体１ａと、配列の２番目に位置する歯ブラシ包装体１ｂの配列順序を逆にして、歯ブラシ包装体１ｂを先頭に、歯ブラシ包装体１ａを２番目とすると、歯ブラシ包装体１ａの識別部１３ａが歯ブラシ包装体１ｂで覆われてしまい、配列の正面から見て認識できなくなる。そこで、次に、配列順序にかかわらず、識別部が、配列の正面から見て識別できる第２実施例の歯ブラシ包装体について説明する。

図３は第２実施例の歯ブラシ包装体を示したものであり、（ａ）は、配列の先頭に位置する歯ブラシ包装体２ａの外形図、（ｂ）は、配列の２番目に位置する歯ブラシ包装体２ｂの外形図、（ｃ）は、配列の正面から見た図である。
歯ブラシ包装体２ａ、２ｂは共に、そのサイズおよび形状とも、第１実施例の歯ブラシ包装体と同じである。異なるのは、歯ブラシ包装体２ａの識別部２３ａが、切欠部２４ａの真下ではなく、真上に設けられている点である。そのため、歯ブラシ包装体２ａと歯ブラシ包装体２ｂとを前後に重ね合わせた時に、歯ブラシ包装体２ａの識別部２３ａは歯ブラシ包装体２ｂの切欠部２４ｂと、また、歯ブラシ包装体２ｂの識別部２３ｂは歯ブラシ包装体２ａの切欠部２４ａとそれぞれ同位置となる。即ち、図３（ｃ）において、歯ブラシ包装体２ａと歯ブラシ包装体２ｂとが重なる、共通部分２５（図３（ｃ）の斜線の部分）から、識別部２３ａも識別部２３ｂも共に逸脱しており、歯ブラシ包装体２ａと歯ブラシ包装体２ｂは相互に相手の識別部を覆うことはありえない。従って、歯ブラシ包装体２ａと歯ブラシ包装体２ｂの配列順序を変えても、双方の識別部を配列の正面から見て識別することができる。そのため、本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体によれば、陳列に際し、個々の歯ブラシ包装体の陳列順序を気にすることなく陳列でき、陳列作業を容易化することができる。

本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体３ａ、３ｂ、３ｃは、第２実施例の歯ブラシ包装体２ａと歯ブラシ包装体２ｂに相当する、歯ブラシ包装体３ａと歯ブラシ包装体３ｂを重ねてできる、識別部３３ａと識別部３３ｂとの間の谷間と同位置に、第３の歯ブラシ包装体３ｃの識別部３３ｃを設けると共に、歯ブラシ包装体３ａの識別部３３ａおよび歯ブラシ包装体３ｂの識別部３３ｂと同位置に、第３の歯ブラシ包装体３ｃの切欠部３４ｃ１、３４ｃ２を設けたものである。この場合も、歯ブラシ包装体３ａ、３ｂ、３ｃを重ねた時に、図４（ｄ）において、重なりあう共通部分３５（図４（ｄ）の斜線の部分）から、識別部３３ａ、識別部３３ｂおよび識別部３３ｃは共に逸脱しており、歯ブラシ包装体３ａ、３ｂ、３ｃは、相互に他の識別部を覆うことはありえない。従って、本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体では、配列順序を変えても、全ての識別部を、配列の正面から見て識別することができる。

歯ブラシ包装体４ａと歯ブラシ包装体４ｂの切欠部４４ａ、４４ｂおよび識別部４３ａ、４３ｂは相異なる形状であるが、この場合も、歯ブラシ包装体４ａ、４ｂを重ねた時に、図５（ｃ）において、重なりあう共通部分４５（図５（ｃ）の斜線の部分）から、識別部４３ａおよび識別部４３ｂは共に逸脱しており、歯ブラシ包装体４ａ、４ｂは、相互に相手の識別部を覆うことはありえない。従って、第３実施例と同様、本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体では、配列順序を変えても、全ての識別部を配列の正面から見て識別することができる。

本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体５ａ、５ｂ、５ｃの外形は異なっているが、識別部５３ａ、５３ｂ、５３ｃは、共に右肩下がりの外形曲線を有する形状で、同じ形状であり、その形成位置が異なるだけである。これらの識別部５３ａ、５３ｂ、５３ｃの真上に、切欠部５４ａ、５４ｂ、５４ｃを形成しており、この切欠部５４ａ、５４ｂを通して背後の識別部を識別する仕組としている。但し、前置される包装体の切欠部から、その背後に配列される全ての包装体の識別部を識別できるようにするため、前置される包装体の切欠部の大きさが、その背後に配列される包装体の切欠部よりも大きくなっている。そのため、これらの歯ブラシ包装体５ａ、５ｂ、５ｃ全てを前後に重ね合わせた時に、配列の先頭に位置する歯ブラシ包装体５ａの切欠部５４ａからは、残り全ての識別部５３ｂ、５３ｃが、また、配列の２番目に位置する歯ブラシ包装体５ｂの切欠部５４ｂからは、識別部５３ｃが、それぞれ識別できる。しかし、これらの歯ブラシ包装体５ａ、５ｂ、５ｃの配列順序を入れ替えると、識別部５３ａ、５３ｂ、５３ｃを全て識別することはできなくなるが、上記のように、配列順序を守って配列すれば、配列の正面から見て全ての識別部５３ａ、５３ｂ、５３ｃを識別することができる。
本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体によれば、識別部の形状が同一で、その形成位置が異なるだけであるので、包装体のデザインを容易化することができる。

本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体６ａ、６ｂ、６ｃも、第５実施例の歯ブラシ包装体と同様、外形は異なっているが、識別部６３ａ、６３ｂ、６３ｃは、共に丸みを帯びた山形の同形状であり、その形成位置が異なるだけである。これらの識別部６３ａ、６３ｂ、６３ｃの真下または真上、あるいはその双方には、切欠部６４ａ、６４ｂ１、６４ｂ２、６４ｃが形成されており、この切欠部を通して背後の識別部を識別する仕組としている。識別部が、最下方または最上方に位置している包装体６ａ、６ｃでは切欠部が、切欠部６４ａと切欠部６４ｃのそれぞれ１個であるのに対して、それ以外の包装体６ｂでは切欠部が、切欠部６４ｂ１と切欠部６４ｂ２の２個に分かれている。そこで、これらの歯ブラシ包装体６ａ、６ｂ、６ｃを重ねると、図７（ｄ）において、重なりあう共通部分６５（図７（ｄ）の斜線の部分）から、識別部６３ａ、６３ｂ、６３ｃは共に逸脱しており、歯ブラシ包装体６ａ、６ｂ、６ｃは、相互に他の識別部を覆うことはありえない。従って、本実施例では、配列順序を変えても、全ての識別部を、配列の正面から見て識別することができる。
本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体によれば、第５実施例の歯ブラシ包装体と同様、識別部の形状が同一で、その形成位置が異なるだけであるので、包装体のデザインを容易化することができる。

本実施例では、配列の先頭に位置する歯ブラシ包装体７ａと、配列の２番目に位置する歯ブラシ包装体７ｂとは、外形が全く同じであるが、配列時の形状は、相互に相手の形状を倒置した形状となっている。本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体も、歯ブラシ包装体７ａ、７ｂを重ねた時に、図８（ｃ）において、重なりあう共通部分７５（図８（ｃ）の斜線の部分）から、識別部７３ａ、７３ｂは共に逸脱しており、歯ブラシ包装体７ａ、７ｂは、相互に相手の識別部を覆うことはありえない。従って、本実施例では、配列順序を変えても、全ての識別部を、配列の正面から見て識別することができる。
本実施例の歯ブラシ包装体によれば、包装体の１つが、他の包装体の倒置形であるので、他の包装体を倒置させて使用することができ、同一形状の包装体を倒置させて、その識別部の表示を変えるだけで、異なる属性を有する同一内容物の包装体として使用することができる。また、包装体のデザインを容易化することができると共に、包装体の製作も容易化することができる。

上述した歯ブラシ包装体では、前後に配列される歯ブラシ包装体相互間で、外形の一部の形状やその形成位置を変えて、識別部や、切欠部を形成しているが、次に、これらの外形の形状を変えことなく、識別部を形成する第８実施例の歯ブラシ包装体について説明する。
