Description
【0001】

The automatic bath equipment keeps the temperature of the bath water at the set temperature during the heat retention time by boiling the hot water in the bathtub to the set temperature by hot water supply and reheating, etc. ing.
[0003]
In such an automatic bath apparatus, since the temperature of bathtub water is maintained at preset temperature, the temperature of bathtub water may fall by the water injection of a bather. In the heat retention time, a bathing operation is performed due to a drop in the temperature of the bath water or the arrival of a predetermined time, resulting in inconvenience that the bather's water injection is wasted and water injection is forced. Conventionally, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-26837 “automatic bath device” and the like have been proposed as a technique for prohibiting the heat retaining operation at the time of water injection, and the reheating of the bath water is prevented by resetting the heat retaining timer.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When such a heat retention timer is reset to stop water injection or a heat retaining operation during pouring, the time of the chasing interval during the heat retention time set in the heat retention timer becomes a problem. When bathing exceeds this time, a chasing operation for keeping warm is started. The bather stops the memorial operation or waters again. In particular, when water massage is performed in a bathtub, it is inconvenient to stop remembrance or refill water.
[0005]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the automatic bath apparatus which prevented the inconvenience by the resumption of a memory when water is poured in during a heat retention time.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Automatic bath apparatus of the present invention, includes any amendments burning prohibition timer (52) and the control unit (40), additionally fired interval (time t 1) and the predetermined time separately from the water injection or pouring may for warmth (t 2 ) Is only forbidden to perform warming operation and prevent inconvenience due to resumption of memorialization.
[0007]
The present invention according to claim 1 is an automatic bath apparatus that performs a memorial operation every predetermined time during a heat retention time after boiling, a hot water switch (68) that commands hot water in a bathtub, and bath water A reheating switch (70) for instructing replenishment of water, a sensor (water amount sensor 22) for detecting pouring or pouring of water into the bathtub, and an additional time for counting the time for which reheating is prohibited from the end of the pouring or pouring. A hot water prohibition timer (52), a heat retention timer (heat retention time timer 48) for measuring the warming time after completion of the hot water filling, and the hot water filling operation are executed by the hot water filling switch, and the warming timer counts after the hot water filling is completed. A warming operation is performed during the warming time, and during the warming operation, when the sensor detects pouring or pouring of water into the bathtub, during the chasing prohibition time counted by the chasing prohibition timer, The memorial operation is prohibited and the previous Characterized by comprising a control section for reheating the bathtub water by reheating command sod burning switch (42). That is, the warming time is a fixed time, and the chasing operation for warming is set by a warming timer or the like. Therefore, by measuring the predetermined time from pouring or pouring, and prohibiting the chasing operation for keeping warm during the prescribed time, the chasing prohibition time based on pouring or pouring during the keeping time is kept for keeping warm. The bather's convenience is set in accordance with the bathing time of the bather, for example, by setting it longer than the memorial interval.

When the water pouring switch 72 or the pouring switch 74 is operated, water pouring or pouring for a predetermined amount of water or for a predetermined time is performed. When the pouring or pouring is completed, the heat retention interval timer 50 continues timing even if the time t 1 is exceeded. When add-fired prohibit timer 52 also terminates counting the insulation interval timer 50 upon completion of the counting, the counted time of the insulation interval timer 50 exceeds the time t 1, additionally焚動operation is performed. When the tracking is completed, the heat retention interval timer 50 is reset and the time t 1 is started.
[0031]
FIG. 7 shows the control operation when water or hot water is poured again during the ban prohibition time by the ban prohibition timer 52. As in FIG. 6, A is the remedy operation, and B is the heat retention interval. Time counting operation of the timer 50, C clearing it, starting timing, D pouring or pouring operation, E counting time of the tracking prohibition timer 52, F indicating clearing of the tracking prohibition timer 52 and timing start. That is, the tracking prohibition timer 52 is reset with the end of the second water pouring or pouring operation, and then the tracking prohibiting time t 2 is counted again.
[0032]
Then, FIG. 8, the water injection or pouring operation immediately before the insulation interval timer 50 count end time t 1 is carried out, additionally fired prohibited when water injection or pouring operation is finished at the time beyond the time t 1 The operation state of the timer 52 is shown. A is a chasing operation, B is a time keeping operation of the warming interval timer 50, C is cleared, time keeping is started, D is a pouring or pouring operation, E is a time keeping of the chasing prohibition timer 52, and F is a chasing prohibition timer. 52 indicates clearing and the start of timing.
