この発明は、移動農機の畦立て施肥装置に関する。この発明は機体の後方に畦立器を取り付け、機体の前進走行に伴って走行方向に連続して畦を作り、この畦中に直接肥料を散布しておくことにより、同時または後日に畦上に移植する作物を育成しようとするものに関する。

従来、単に肥料を上下二段に散布する構成は、特開平8−191617号公報で公知である。しかし、この公知の実施例のものは、水田や畑のような広い平面状の圃場に散布する構成において説明しているものであり、畑で列状の畦を平行してつくり、該畦に作物を株間を開けて植え付けるもので、該畦の内部に施肥をする構成のものはなかった。従来のように平面状の圃場に散布した場合、肥料をどこに散布したか、散布位置や散布方向が時間の経過と共に不明確となり易く、肥料を小量で効果的に作用させ難く、肥料の消費量を削減できなかった。
また、作物植え付け後期間が経過した成長期から終期に、土壌中の病害虫によって作物が傷もうとしていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、従来装置のこのような不具合を解消しようとするものであって、次のような技術的手段を講じた。即ち、移動車両の機体(1)の後部に上下昇降自在に畦立器(3)を設け、該畦立器(3)を泥土中を走行させることによりこの走行方向に沿って畦(7)を形成するものにおいて、移動車両の機体(1)前部にペースト状肥料を内装した肥料タンク(2)を取り付け、上記肥料タンク(2)に接続された施肥管(4)の吐出口(5)を畦(7)の高位置と低位置とに複数段開口し、移動車両の機体(1)に薬剤を内装する薬剤タンク(13)を備え、該薬剤を畦(7)の泥土中に散布するように構成し、薬剤散布口(14)を施肥管(4)の低位置吐出口(5b)と略同深さ乃至深い位置に設けた移動農機の畦立て施肥装置としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
図例の移動農機16は四輪トラクターであって、移動農機16の機体1後部に昇降自在に配設した所謂3Pリンク装置17の後端部に着脱自在に取り付けた畦立器3廻りに、この発明を折り込んでおり、以下、詳述する。移動農機16は、機体1の前後左右に夫れ夫れ前後車輪18,19を備え、左右前車輪18,18間上方の機体1部にエンジン20を搭載している。エンジン20の側方や前方及び上部はボンネット21で覆われ、ボンネット21後部には運転のためのステアリングハンドル22を設けている。左右後車輪19,19の内側方や上部はフェンダー23で覆われており、左右フェンダー23,23間上方に運転者用の座席24を備えている。また、座席24後方から上部にかけて、左右フェンダー23,23近傍から上方に突出する下部開口「コ」字状の安全フレーム25を設けている。安全フレーム25の左右支柱下端は、リヤアクスル51等の機体1にボルト等を介して一体的に固着されている。
