Description
【0001】
行、座標A,B,C,D,…

Therefore, the present invention can be modified to reduce the eccentric gravity center even when the optical disk has a large eccentric mass, and can reduce vibration generated during information reproduction, recording or erasing operations on the optical disk, and is stable. It is intended to enable playback, recording or erasing operations.
[0007]
More specifically, the present invention provides a label printing system that can achieve the above-described object by grasping the amount of eccentric gravity before label printing.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the label printing system according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the label printing system for printing a label image on a label sheet to be attached to the surface of an optical disk or on the surface of the optical disk, the bit of the bit map data of the label image to be printed Calculation means for calculating the center of gravity position of the whole ink constituting the label image to be printed based on the coordinate value on the optical disk and the ink mass per bit, and for adjusting the eccentric center of gravity against the ink weight constituting the label image A center-of-gravity adjusting mass adding means for adding ink; a mass of the eccentric center-of-gravity adjusting ink as an allowable minimum mass; the minimum mass; an ink weight constituting the label image; and a center-of-gravity position of the entire ink; To obtain the position where the ink for adjusting the eccentric gravity center is added. When the position for adding the eccentric gravity adjusting ink is determined to be larger than the outer diameter of the optical disc, the mass of the eccentric gravity adjusting ink is set larger than the minimum mass, and the eccentric gravity adjustment is performed again. Find the position to add ink Means.
[0009]
Therefore, it is possible to grasp the amount of eccentric center of gravity by calculating the position of the center of gravity of the entire ink composing the label image at the time of editing creation before label printing. It is possible to take measures to reduce the eccentric gravity center with the eccentric gravity adjustment ink. If the position for adding the eccentric gravity adjusting ink is determined to be larger than the outer diameter of the optical disk, the mass of the eccentric gravity adjusting ink is set larger than the minimum mass, and the eccentric gravity adjustment is performed again. By determining the position to add the ink for use, adjustment to make the position to add the ink for adjusting the eccentric center of gravity possible becomes possible. The
[0012]
[0013]
Therefore, the claims 1 The described invention can be easily realized. In particular, if the center-of-gravity adjustment mass is added using colorless, more preferably colorless and transparent ink, the appearance of the optical disk is not impaired.
[0014]
Claim 3 A label printing system according to the invention described in claim 1 is provided. Or 2 In the label printing system described above, the center of gravity adjustment mass adding means is balanced at a counter equilibrium position where the label image does not exist so that the center of gravity of the entire ink calculated by the calculating means substantially coincides with the center of the optical disk. A colorless or colorless and transparent ink is printed.
[0015]
Therefore, the center of gravity of the entire ink including this ink is printed by printing the colorless weight or colorless and transparent ink of the equilibrium weight by the mass adding means for adjusting the center of gravity at the equilibrium position that opposes the center of gravity of the entire ink calculated by the calculating unit. The position can be made substantially coincident with the center position of the optical disk, and even in the case of an optical disk having a large amount of eccentric center of gravity based on a label image, vibrations generated at the time of reproducing, recording or erasing information by the optical disk drive device can be reduced. In this case, since the ink for the equilibrium weight is colorless, more preferably colorless and transparent ink is used, the appearance of the optical disk is not impaired.

【The invention's effect】
According to the label printing system of the first aspect of the invention, it is possible to grasp the amount of eccentric centroid by calculating the position of the center of gravity of the entire ink constituting the label image at the time of editing and creating before label printing. It is possible to take measures to reduce the eccentric gravity center even with a large optical disk, and the deviation of the gravity center of the disk can be reduced by the minimum amount of eccentric gravity adjusting ink. In addition, the position where the eccentric gravity adjustment ink is added can be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the optical disk. The

Claim 3 According to the label printing system of the described invention, by printing the colorless weight or colorless and transparent ink of the equilibrium weight by the mass adding means for adjusting the center of gravity to the equilibrium position that opposes the center of gravity of the whole ink calculated by the calculation means, The center of gravity of the entire ink including this ink can be made to substantially coincide with the center of the optical disk, and even when an optical disk having a large amount of eccentric center of gravity by a label image is used, the information reproducing, recording or erasing operation by the optical disk drive device Occasional vibrations can be reduced. In this case, since the ink for the equilibrium weight is colorless, more preferably colorless and transparent ink is used, the appearance of the optical disk is not impaired.
