Description

【0145】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an emergency call system for a railway vehicle for reporting an emergency in a cabin to a crew member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some trains that transport passengers in large quantities, such as trains, trains, trains, monorails, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “railroad vehicles”), enable communication voice calls between crew members (for example, between conductors and drivers). . In this case, a crew terminal (handset) is provided in each vehicle (for example, the head or tail vehicle) where the crew room is provided, and the crew terminals are connected through a plurality of lead lines for communication voice transmission. The A crew member can use the terminals to perform two-way voice calls between the crew members. In a certain existing vehicle, for example, 71, 72, 73 (these numbers are the numbers of the lead-in lines) and 75, 76, 77 lines are used as the lead-in lines for the contact voice.
[0003]
In addition, some existing railway vehicles are equipped with an emergency call system that detects an emergency call from a passenger. For example, an emergency call button is provided in a passenger cabin, and when this button is pressed, the vehicle side indicator light on the vehicle in the passenger cabin is turned on, and the emergency buzzer is on the vehicle with the vehicle and the crew cabin. Some vehicles are configured to ring and identify the vehicle that made an emergency call from the lighting of the emergency buzzer and the vehicle side indicator light, and go to the vehicle to communicate with the passenger who reported the emergency. In this case, the emergency buzzer is transmitted between the cabin and the crew cabin through a dedicated service line (for example, 28 lines are used).
[0004]
In recent years, there has been an emergency call that enables emergency voice calls between passengers and crew. As a prior art of an emergency call system capable of making an emergency voice call, for example, there is an invention by the present applicant disclosed in Patent Document 1 below. In Patent Document 1, the 329-line and 330-line lead-in lines are used for transmission of emergency voice calls between the crew terminal and the cabin terminal, and the 330-line is used as an emergency call input signal from the cabin terminal to the crew terminal. And the 1301 lead-in line is used to transmit an emergency call confirmation signal and an emergency call release signal from the crew terminal to the cabin terminal.

An object of the present invention is to provide an emergency notification system for a railway vehicle that can be constructed without increasing the number of service lines.
[0008]
Another object of the present invention is to provide an emergency call system for a railway vehicle that allows an emergency voice call between an emergency caller (passenger) and a crew member.
[0009]
Another object of the present invention is to provide an emergency call system for a railway vehicle capable of making an emergency voice call using existing equipment as much as possible.
[0010]
Another object of the present invention is to provide an emergency call system for a railway vehicle that can be combined with a vehicle having no emergency voice call facility.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following configuration in order to solve the above-described problems.
[0012]
That is, the present invention comprises a broadcasting device installed in the leading vehicle, an emergency reporting device installed in a cabin of the leading vehicle, and an emergency report receiver installed in the crew room of the leading vehicle,
The broadcasting device includes a microphone installed in the crew room, an output amplifier that amplifies an audio signal corresponding to the audio input to the microphone, and audio corresponding to the audio signal amplified by the output amplifier in the cabin. Broadcast speakers that output to
The emergency call device is provided in each of the leading vehicle and one or more other vehicles connected in series to the leading vehicle, and is used to transmit an audio signal from the microphone to the other vehicle. Emergency call transmission means for sending an emergency call signal between the first and second lead lines as a broadcast voice line, and the first and second lead-in voice signals corresponding to cabin voices.
Guest room voice transmission means for sending between the lines,
The emergency call receiver is configured to detect the emergency call signal received by the emergency call receiver from the first and second service lines and notify the crew member of the emergency call; Means for transmitting the cabin audio signal received by the emergency call receiver from the first and second service lines to a monitor speaker installed in a crew room,
The crew's voice for the cabin voice output from the monitor speaker is input to the microphone and output from the broadcast speaker.,
In the other vehicle, a second broadcasting device is installed,
The second broadcasting apparatus is configured to respond to a second output amplifier to which an audio signal transmitted between the first and second lead-in lines is input, and an audio signal amplified by the second output amplifier. A second broadcast speaker that outputs the recorded audio to the guest room,
The leading vehicle and the other vehicle are provided with a third lead line that is used to transmit the activation signals to the output amplifier and the second output amplifier simultaneously,
The emergency call receiver prevents activation of the output amplifier and the second output amplifier using the third lead-in line when outputting the voice of the crew member to the voice of the cabin from the broadcast speaker. And a control signal for activating the output amplifier is sent between the first and second service lines,
The emergency call device activates the output amplifier when receiving the control signal transmitted between the first and second service lines. This is an emergency report system for railway vehicles.
[0013]
In the present invention, the leading vehicle refers to a vehicle that has a crew compartment and a cabin and constitutes the leading or trailing end of one organization.
[0014]
According to the present invention, the emergency call device transmits an emergency call signal to the emergency call receiver via the first and second service lines, so that the crew can recognize the emergency call from the cabin. In addition, the cabin audio can be transmitted to the crew by transmitting the cabin audio from the emergency call device to the emergency call receiver via the first and second service lines and outputting from the monitor speaker. A call between the crew member and the cabin (emergency caller) is realized by broadcasting the response to the cabin in the cabin using a broadcasting device.
[0015]
As the broadcasting device, a broadcasting device provided in a conventional railway vehicle can be used, and a broadcasting audio line for transmitting broadcasting audio to each vehicle can be used as the first and second lead-in lines. .
[0016]
Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to construct an emergency call system without increasing the number of service lines. In addition, a call between the passenger (passenger) and the crew can be realized. Moreover, since an emergency call system can be constructed using an existing broadcasting device, the cost required for construction of the emergency call system can be reduced. In addition, since only the output amplifier of the vehicle that the passenger has reported is activated, even if the audio signal from the microphone installed in the crew room is transmitted to each vehicle, only from the broadcast speaker of the vehicle that the passenger has reported Audio will be output. That is, the crew member's voice for the cabin voice can be broadcast only to the cabin of the head vehicle that reported the emergency. The transmission of the control signal may be performed by an operation of an emergency call receiver by a crew member (for example, turning on a control signal transmission switch or button provided in the emergency call receiver).
[0017]
The present invention further includes a confirmation signal transmitting means for the emergency call receiver to transmit a confirmation signal for the emergency call signal between the first and second service lines,
The emergency call device further includes an emergency call microphone for inputting the voice of the guest room, and the guest room voice from the emergency call microphone is received when the confirmation signal is received from the first and second service lines. It is preferable to configure so that a signal can be transmitted to the emergency call receiver.
[0018]
If it does in this way, it will become possible for a crew member to receive a voice (room voice) from an emergency caller after confirming an emergency call. Also, if the confirmation signal is transmitted by the crew member's operation of the reception controller (e.g., the confirmation signal transmission button or switch provided on the reception controller is turned on), the crew member can accept the cabin sound. It becomes possible to operate.
[0022]
In the present invention, the other vehicle is provided with a second broadcast device and a second emergency call device,
The second broadcasting device is configured to respond to a second output amplifier to which an audio signal transmitted between the first and second lead-in lines is input and an audio signal amplified by the second output amplifier. The second emergency call device activates the second output amplifier when it corresponds to the device that has transmitted the emergency call signal. It is an emergency report system for railway vehicles.
[0025]
In this way, it is possible to activate only the output amplifier corresponding to the reporting device that has reported an emergency. When an emergency report is issued from another vehicle, only the second output amplifier in the other vehicle is activated. Since it starts, the audio | voice from a crew member can be output only to the passenger room of the said other vehicle.

The emergency call receiver further includes a confirmation signal transmitting means for transmitting a confirmation signal for the emergency call signal between the first and second service lines,
The emergency call device and the second emergency call device receive the confirmation signals transmitted through the first and second service lines, respectively, and correspond to devices that have transmitted the emergency call signal. , The voice signal from the emergency call microphone can be transmitted to the emergency call receiver,
When the emergency call device sends the emergency call signal between the first and second service lines, it holds state information indicating that it has transmitted an emergency call signal and receives the confirmation signal If the status information is retained, it is determined that the device corresponds to the device that transmitted the emergency notification signal. It is an emergency report system for railway vehicles.
[0028]
Further, the present invention provides a detection means for detecting the activation of the broadcasting device, and the emergency notification receiver in the emergency notification receiver when the activation of the broadcasting device is detected by the detection means. It is preferable to further include opening means for opening a path for transmitting the cabin sound signal to the monitor speaker.
