Description

【0001】

[0003]
The waist protector disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-38995 is a belt-like device used for the treatment of the lower back, and the backrest portion applied to the back of the human body (wearer) is provided with reinforcing bones in the vertical direction. ing. Similarly, the waist protector disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-279806 is provided with a reinforcing bone at the backrest portion, and the bone in this case is configured to be bendable.
[0004]
On the other hand, the waist protector disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-272149 is configured by combining two belt-shaped members, and a backrest portion (intermediate portion) applied to the back portion and left and right side portions (both sides of the intermediate portion) are provided. It is connected by sewing the fabric at the connecting portion. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-10249 is also configured by combining two belt-like members, and the two belts are connected by a stretchable tape in the central portion of the backrest portion applied to the back portion.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional waist protector disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-38995, the waist part tends to be hard to move due to excessive pressure, and the followability to the change in posture in the worn state is deteriorated. This is not solved even if the reinforcing bone of the backrest portion is configured to be bendable as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-279806, and a problem occurs in which a deviation occurs while the wearer is moving.
[0006]
On the other hand, when the two belt-like members are combined as in the waist protector shown in JP-A-10-272149 and JP-A-9-10249, the support function of the waist becomes insufficient. For this reason, it does not meet the purpose of low back pain countermeasures and manipulative treatment.
[0007]
For nursing work, etc. that repeats a low back pain and a middle waist that tends to cause back pain, wearing the conventional waist protector as described above, ▲ 1 ▼ does not fit the back curve when moving, ▲ 2) Troubles such as the waist part being excessively fixed and difficult to move, and (3) slipping while moving. For this reason, the problem that a wearer gets tired on the contrary has also occurred.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a waist protector that improves the support function of the waist while improving the followability to changes in posture.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a waist protector comprising a planar back contact surface portion applied to the back side portion of the waist circumference portion in a worn state and a pair of planar left and right side contact surface portions applied to the side side portions of the waist periphery portion. The side abutment surface portion has a supporting member that is continuous from the upper portion to the lower portion and has flexibility and resilience in a portion adjacent to the back abutment surface portion. It is divided into an upper part and a lower part of the lower back surface, and each includes a reinforcing pressing member, and the upper part of the back surface and the lower part of the back surface are connected by a connecting member having elasticity in at least the vertical direction. And
[0010]
According to the lower back protector according to the present invention, the back surface portion is divided into the upper portion of the back surface and the lower portion of the back surface including the presser member for reinforcement, and is sandwiched from the left and right by the support members that are continuous from the upper portion to the lower portion of the armpit surface portion. Therefore, the intra-abdominal pressure can be increased from both the trunk side (upper side) and the pelvis side (lower side) without obstructing the movement of the spinal column during the upright and forward tilt postures. And since the back surface part divided | segmented up and down is connected with the elastic connection member, it can follow the motion which repeats erecting and a forward leaning attitude | position, and can support an appropriate waist | hip | lumbar part.
[0011]
In the waist protector according to the present invention, a pair of left and right abdomen portions that are applied to the abdominal side portion of the waist circumference in a worn state are continuously provided on each of the pair of left and right side abutment surface portions to form a belt, Desirably, the pair of abdomen is provided with fastening means for fastening each other, and in this way it is possible to fasten and wind around the waist of the human body as a belt shape Then, the wearing position and the tightening strength can be freely adjusted. As the fastening means, in addition to the hook-and-loop fastener, a combination of a hook and a hook, a combination of a button and a button stop, and the like can be used.
[0012]
In the waist protector according to the present invention, it is preferable that the vertical width of the upper portion of the backrest surface is narrower than the vertical width of the lower portion of the backrest surface, and in this way, the spine standing muscle is supported. It becomes possible.
[0013]
In the waist protector according to the present invention, it is desirable that the holding members respectively provided on the upper and lower portions of the back surface portion include a core material formed of a flexible metal or resin material. By doing so, the lumbar part is supported from both the trunk side and the pelvis side by the surface, and the intra-abdominal pressure can be effectively increased in both the upright position and the forward tilted position.
[0014]
In the lower back protector according to the present invention, the upper part of the back surface and the lower part of the back surface include a bag-like part formed by sewing a cloth material, and the bag-like part has a flexible metal or resin material. It is desirable that the core material molded in is stored, and in this way, the presser member slides inside the bag-like portion according to the movement of the wearer, and the back surface portion is There will be no misalignment.
[0015]
In the waist protector according to the present invention, the supporting member of the side abutment surface portion stores a plurality of cloth materials or a molded material of a flexible material in a bag-like portion formed by sewing the cloth materials. It is desirable to be characterized by being configured, and in this way, moderate flexibility and resilience can be realized.
[0016]
In the waist protector according to the present invention, the abdomen is divided into an upper abdomen upper part and a lower abdomen lower part in a worn state, and fastening means are provided in each of the upper abdomen upper part and the lower abdominal part. In this way, the function of supporting the lumbar part from both the trunk side and the pelvis side can be improved in combination with the fact that the back surface part is divided vertically.
[0017]
In the waist protector according to the present invention, the connecting member is made of a cloth material that is positioned on the skin side in the worn state and has elasticity in at least the vertical direction, and is sewn to the upper part of the back surface and the lower part of the back surface. It is desirable to be characterized by this, and if the cloth material for connection is arranged on the skin side in this way, there is no problem that the underwear or the human skin is sandwiched in the gap between the upper part of the back surface and the lower part of the back surface. In addition, since the erection column muscles expand and contract in the same direction, it is possible to support the work of tilting the body forward and erecting.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same element and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0019]
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a belt-like waist protector (waist belt) according to the embodiment. This waist belt is wrapped around the waist of the human body (the part between the trunk and pelvis) and fastened with a hook-and-loop fastener when the middle waist or forward leaning posture is often used for nursing work. Used. The present embodiment has a function of supporting the lumbar part from both the trunk side and the pelvis side. The “trunk side” and “pelvis side” should be understood as shown in FIG. It is. The “trunk” originally refers to a portion excluding the head and legs, but in this specification the “trunk side” is a portion of the abdominal cavity (between the waist and chest cavity) as shown in FIG. “Pelvic side” refers to the region of the waist between the abdominal cavity and the buttocks.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, the waist belt has a sheet-like back surface 1 applied to the back side portion of the waist circumference of the human body and a surface belt applied to the left and right side portions of the waist circumference. It has a pair of left and right side abutment surfaces 2 (2L, 2R) and a pair of left and right abdominal abutment surfaces 3 (3L, 3R) applied to the abdominal part of the waist circumference. Here, the “planar shape” means a shape that is flexible and can be bent or bent, but becomes flat when it is restored to its original shape by a restoring force.
[0021]
The back abutment surface portion 1, the pair of left and right side abutment surfaces 2L, 2R and the pair of left and right abdominal contact surfaces 3L, 3R are sewn by appropriately overlapping a plurality of fabrics (knitted fabric, woven fabric, non-woven fabric) as basic materials. However, the edge portion is constituted by applying an edge. A pair of engagement fasteners (not shown) are provided by sewing on the pair of left and right abdominal contact portions 3L and 3R located at both ends of the waist belt as fastening means for fastening each other. It has been. In this way, the waist protector is formed into an integral belt shape with the back, side, and abdomen facing parts 1, 2, and 3 being continuous with each other, and can be wound and fastened around the waist of the human body. Therefore, the wearing position and the tightening strength can be adjusted freely.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, the main body of the back abutment surface portion 1 is divided into an upper back abutment surface upper portion 1 </ b> A and a lower back abutment surface lower portion 1 </ b> B, and can be bent at the dividing line extending in the left-right direction. Yes. This makes it possible to support the wearer's spine upright muscle. The vertical width of the lower part of the back surface 1B is wider than the vertical width of the upper part 1A of the back surface. In the lower part 1B, in addition to the erected spine, Covering, supporting the work and contributing greatly to stabilizing the pelvis. As shown in FIG. 12, the gluteus medius and the gluteus medius are muscles between the latissimus dorsi and the gluteal muscles on the back side of the human body (see FIG. 12A). There are straight muscles and external oblique muscles (see FIG. 5B).
[0023]
The back support surface upper portion 1A and the back support surface lower portion 1B each include a bag-like portion formed by sewing a cloth material. The bag-like portion has a flexible material (for example, a reinforcing pressing member 10). A long plate-like core material (presser member 10) molded with a plastic) is stored so as to extend in the vertical direction, one on each side. As described above, since the lumbar region is supported from both the trunk side and the pelvis side by the “surface” reinforced by the pressing member 10 (the “surface” of both the upper portion 1A and the lower portion 1B), Any of the forward leaning postures can effectively increase the intraabdominal pressure. Moreover, since the core material (presser member 10) is accommodated in the bag-like portion, the presser member 10 does not slide inside the bag-like portion in accordance with the wearer's movement, and the back surface portion 1 is not displaced. .
[0024]
The connecting member 11 has elasticity in at least the vertical direction, and connects the upper back surface 1A and the lower back surface 1B. Specifically, a knitted fabric having the same area as the entire spread of the back support surface 1 and having elasticity in the vertical and horizontal directions is applied to the skin side, and the upper and lower ends of the upper back surface 1A and the lower back surface The connecting member 11 is configured by sewing (see FIG. 2) to the upper and lower ends of 1B and the left and right ends of the back support surface upper portion 1A and the back support surface lower portion 1B. As described above, since the connecting cloth material is arranged on the skin side, there is no problem of sandwiching the wearer's underwear or human skin in the gap between the upper portion 1A and the lower portion B of the back abutment surface portion 1. In addition, it becomes easy to follow a movement that repeats an upright posture and a forward tilt posture.
[0025]
In FIG. 1, a pair of left and right side abutment surface portions 2L and 2R are continuous portions from the upper end portion to the lower end portion, and support members configured to have flexibility and resilience are adjacent to the backrest surface portion 1. Have. Specifically, in the adjacent regions 21L and 21R with the back surface portion 1, flexibility and resilience are imparted by stitching a plurality of pieces of fabric overlaid on each other, and this constitutes a support member. . If a molded material (bar-shaped, plate-shaped molded material) of a flexible material such as plastic is woven into the fabric or stored in a bag-shaped part formed by sewing, it will be more appropriate It is possible to impart the flexibility and the restoring property to the support member.
[0026]
As described above, in the waist belt of the embodiment, the back surface portion 1 is divided into the upper portion 1A of the back surface including the presser member 10 for reinforcement and the lower portion 1B of the back surface, and the lower end portions from the upper end portions of the side abutment surface portions 2L and 2R. Because it is sandwiched from left and right by a support member that is continuous from the left and right, intraperitoneal pressure from both the trunk side (upper side) and the pelvis side (lower side) without obstructing the movement of the spinal column during erecting and anteversion postures Can increase. And since the upper part 1A and the lower part B of the back surface part 1 divided | segmented up and down are connected with the elastic connection member 11, it can follow the motion which repeats an erect posture and a forward leaning posture, and is suitable. It can provide support for the lower back.
[0027]
This will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 2 (a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1). When the body is in an upright (upright) state, as shown in FIG. The lower end portion of the upper back surface 1A and the upper end portion of the lower back surface 1B approach each other. The upper back surface 1A and the lower back surface 1B are in contact with the trunk side and the pelvis side of the body, and bend at the upper and lower dividing lines. At this time, the adjacent portions 21L and 21R of the side abutment surface portions 2L and 2R with the back abutment surface portion 1 are formed with support members that are continuous from the upper end portion to the lower end portion and have flexibility and resilience. It wo n’t be bent.
[0028]
On the other hand, when the body is bent forward (tilted forward), the connecting member 11 extends as shown in FIG. 2B, and the lower end portion of the upper back surface 1A and the upper end portion of the lower back surface 1B are separated from each other. The upper back surface 1A and the lower back surface 1B are displaced according to the movement of the trunk side and the pelvis side of the body, and bend in opposite directions along the upper and lower dividing lines. Also at this time, the support members are formed on the side abutment surface portions 2L and 2R and do not bend greatly, so that the entire waist belt impedes the movement of the spinal column when the body is upright and leaning forward. In addition, it is possible to follow a movement in which the back surface portion 1 repeats an upright posture and a forward tilt posture.
[0029]
Referring back to FIG. 1, the configuration of the abdominal abutment surface portion 3 is divided into an upper abdominal abutment surface upper portion 3 </ b> A and a lower abdominal abutment surface lower portion 3 </ b> B in a worn state, and a surface fastener (from a pair of engagement tapes) serving as fastening means. Is provided on each of the upper part 3A and the lower part 3B. Here, the split ratio in the vertical direction of the upper part 3A of the abdomen surface and the lower part 3B of the lower part of the abdomen surface is substantially the same as the split ratio of the upper part 1A in the back surface and the lower part 1B in the back surface. Similar to the back abutment portion 1, the abdominal abutment surface portion 3 is divided into upper and lower parts, and the fastening means are provided independently for each, thereby further improving the function of supporting the lumbar portion from both the trunk side and the pelvis side.
[0030]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various aspects are possible.
[0031]
For example, as the reinforcing pressing member 10 housed in the bag-shaped portion formed in the upper portion 1A and the lower portion 1B of the back abutment surface portion 1, the back abutment surface upper portion 1A is a pair of left and right long plates as shown in FIG. The core material and the lower back surface 1B may be a single flat core material having a large area. As shown in FIG. 4, the back support surface upper portion 1 </ b> A may be a single flat plate core material having a large area, and the back support surface lower portion 1 </ b> B may be a pair of left and right long plate core materials.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 5, both the upper part 1 </ b> A and the lower part 1 </ b> B of the back abutment surface part 1 may be a pair of left and right long plate-like cores. Each of the upper part 1A and the lower part 1B may be a single flat core material having a large area. As shown in FIG. 7, both the upper part 1 </ b> A and the lower part 1 </ b> B of the back abutment surface part 1 may be formed as three long plate-like core members on the left and right and the center.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 6, the pair of left and right abdominal abutment portions 3L and R may be integrated without being divided into upper and lower portions. In this case, there is only one fastening means such as a hook-and-loop fastener. As shown in FIG. 7, the division of the abdominal abutment portion 3 into the upper portion 3A and the lower portion 3B is extended to the side abutment portion 2, and only the region 21 (supporting member) adjacent to the upper portion 1A and the lower portion 1B of the back abutment portion 1 is provided. You may leave and divide the abutting surface part 2 into the upper part 2A and the lower part 2B. In this case, the side abutting surface portion 2 may be “separated” so that the upper portion 2A and the lower portion 2B are separated from each other, but may be bent and connected, for example, with a piece of fabric.
[0034]
Sewing between the knitted fabric constituting the connecting member 11 and the upper portion 1A and the lower portion 1B of the backrest surface portion 1 includes at least one of the upper and lower ends of the upper portion 1A of the backrest surface, and at least one of the upper and lower ends of the lower portion 1B of the backrest surface, It is also good. Depending on which part is sewn, the stretchable range of the connecting cloth material varies.
[0035]
FIG. 8 shows an example in which the knitted fabric to be the connecting member 11 is sewn to the upper end of the upper back surface 1A and the upper end of the lower back surface 1B. FIG. 4A is a side view showing a state in which the upper portion 1A and the lower portion 1B of the backrest surface portion 1 follow a movement that repeats an upright posture and a forward tilted posture in a worn state, and FIG. FIG. FIG. 3C is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the connecting member 11 and the upper portion 1A and the lower portion 1B of the backrest surface portion 1 are sewn. A knitted fabric having elasticity in the vertical and horizontal directions is attached to the upper portion 1A of the backrest surface portion. It is prepared on the skin side, and is sewn to the upper end of the upper back surface 1A and the upper end of the lower back surface 1B. In this modification, the stretchable range of the connecting cloth material that becomes the connecting member 11 is increased by the vertical width of the upper portion 1A of the back surface.
[0036]
The sewing state of the connecting member 11 and the upper portion 1A and the lower portion 1B of the backrest surface portion 1 is not limited to FIG. 8C, and may be as shown in FIG. In the figure, a knitted fabric having elasticity in the vertical and horizontal directions is prepared on the skin side of the upper part of the back abutment surface 1A, and this is sewn to the lower end of the upper part of the back abutment surface 1A and the upper end of the lower part of the back abutment surface 1B. FIG. 9 shows a state in which the upright state (A) is followed by the forward inclined state (B).
[0037]
The present invention is not limited to a belt shape, and may be combined with a protective device for hip joint support (clothing with a protective function for the bottom) as shown in FIG. FIG. 4A is a front view, and FIG. 4B is a rear view.
[0038]
As the fastening means, in addition to the hook-and-loop fastener, a combination of a hook and a hook, a combination of a button and a button stop, and the like can be used.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
According to the waist protector according to the present invention, the backrest surface portion is divided into upper and lower parts and is sandwiched from the left and right by the support members of the side abutment surface portion. Without doing so, the intra-abdominal pressure can be increased from both the trunk side and the pelvic side. And since the back-and-forth part divided into upper and lower parts is connected by a stretchable connecting member, it can follow movements that repeat upright and forward tilting postures, and has an excellent effect that it can support appropriate waist is there.
