本発明は、ワーク位置決め固着治具に関するものであり、特に、プレス機械や切削機械等の工作機械の加工テーブル等の作業台に被加工物であるワークの位置決めができるとともに固着もできるワーク位置決め固着治具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、各種の工作機械の被加工物であるワークを加工テーブル等の作業台に固着するには、図29及び図30のワーク位置決め固着治具が使用されている。図29は従来のワーク位置決め固着治具の使用状態を示す一部断面を含む正面図、図30は従来のワーク位置決め固着治具の使用状態を示す平面図である。

図29及び図30に示すように、このワーク位置決め固着治具は、ワーク91を加工テーブル92上の所定の位置に固着するために使用されるものである。この手順は、まず、ジャッキ90を固着しようとする被加工物であるワーク91の高さと略同一高さとなるように調節する。次に、位置決め部材94をワーク91が基準の位置になるように、加工テーブル92上に配設し、この位置決め部材94にワーク91を載置した後、クランプ板93をワーク91とジャッキ90とに掛渡す。そして、加工テーブル92の取付溝95に頭部96a が係止されたボルト96を、位置決め部材94の切欠溝94a 及びクランプ板93の孔に挿通させ、このボルト96にワッシャ98を介してナット97を螺着し、ナット97を締付けてクランプ板93を下方に押圧することにより、ワーク91を加工テーブル92上の所望の位置に固着する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記のように、従来のワーク位置決め固着治具は、ジャッキ90、位置決め部材94、クランプ板93をワーク91に合わせてセットする必要があり、複数の同一ワーク91を次々と取替えて加工する場合に極めて面倒であった。つまり、ナット97を緩めることにより、ジャッキ90、位置決め部材94、クランプ板93が各々バラバラになり、ワーク91を交換する度に、同じ大きさで同じ位置にセットすればよいにも拘らず、ワーク91の位置決め及び固着作業をその都度行なう必要があった。しかも、ワーク91の位置決め及び固着作業の際に各部材が加工テーブル92から落下する虞れがあるとともに、大きな治具据付スペースを必要とし、段取り作業に多くの時間を費やしていた。

また、ジャッキ90を固着部材で固着するものとして、本願出願人は特公平8−9479号公報に記載のクランプ用ジャッキの治具を発明している。このクランプ用ジャッキの治具は、上下方向に貫通するネジ孔を有する基台と、前記基台のネジ孔に対しその高さ方向への移動調節可能に螺合された上下方向に貫通する孔を有する筒状の調節部材とから構成されたクランプ用ジャッキの治具であって、前記基台及び調節部材の孔は、下端をテーブルの溝またはネジ孔等に取付けられる頭部またはネジ部等を有し、かつ上端部にナットを螺合可能な固定ボルトを貫通可能としたものである。

さらに、この改良型として、特開平4−189438号公報に記載のクランプ用ジャッキの治具を発明している。このクランプ用ジャッキの治具は、基台及び調節部材に対し側方から固定ボルトの出し入れが可能な通路を形成したものであり、センサ等の取付けが簡単にでき、固定ボルトに対する基台及び調節部材の脱着を容易に行なえるものである。

ところが、上記両公報に記載のクランプ用ジャッキの治具であっても、複数の同一ワークを次々と取替えて加工する場合に、ワークの位置決め及び固着作業をその都度行なう必要があり、極めて面倒であった。

そこで、本発明は、ワークの位置決めができるとともに固着もでき、複数の同一ワークを次々と取替えて加工する場合にも、極めて容易にワークの位置決め及び固着作業ができ、しかも省スペースで且つ段取り作業が容易にできるワーク位置決め固着治具の提供を課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明にかかるワーク位置決め固着治具は、上下方向に貫通するネジ孔を有する基台部材と、前記基台部材のネジ孔に対しその高さ方向への移動調節可能に螺合され、上下方向に貫通する孔を有する筒状の調節部材と、前記調節部材の孔及び基台部材のネジ孔を挿通し、加工テーブル等の作業台に前記調節部材及び基台部材を固着する固着部材と、前記固着部材で固着された状態の調節部材及び基台部材を利用してワークの位置を決め、前記ワークと調節部材とを共に押圧することにより前記ワークをクランプするクランプ部材とを備え、前記クランプ部材は、略コの字状を呈し、同クランプ部材には前記固着部材のネジ棒 が挿通可能な前記ワーク側に開口する切欠溝が形成され、前記調節部材の上面には複数のネジ孔 が穿設されており、前記切欠溝を介して前記調節部材のネジ孔に螺着される固着ボルトを用いて前記ワークと調節部材とに押圧され前記ワークをクランプするものである。ここで、固着部材には、ボルトとナットを組合わせたものが使用できる。また、基台部材及び調節部材には、側方から固着部材を出し入れ可能な通路が形成されていてもよい。ここで、固着ボルトの螺着位置は、クランプ部材でワークを強固に押圧するためには、ワークに近い位置が好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の各実施形態について説明をする。図1は本発明の第一実施形態であるワーク位置決め固着治具の使用状態を示す一部断面を含む正面図、図2は本発明の第一実施形態であるワーク位置決め固着治具の使用状態を示す平面図、図3は本発明の第一実施形態であるワーク位置決め固着治具を示す分解斜視図である。

図1乃至図3に示すように、本実施形態のワーク位置決め固着治具は、基台部材1と、調節部材2と、固着部材3と、クランプ部材4とを組合わせて、プレス機械や切削機械等の工作機械の加工テーブル5に被加工物であるワーク6の位置決めと固着をするものである。

基台部材1は、略円筒形状をしており、中心部には上下方向に貫通するネジ孔1a が螺刻され、周囲にはワーク6の位置を決めるための基準部1b が四方に形成されている。調節部材2は、上部に基台部材1の外周と略同寸法の頭部2a を有し、この頭部2a から下方に向ってネジ部2b が垂設されている。調節部材2のネジ部2b は基台部材1のネジ孔1a に螺合可能であり、調節部材2は基台部材1のネジ孔1a に対しその高さ方向への移動調節可能に螺合される。また、調節部材2の中心部には上下方向に貫通する孔2c が穿設されており、頭部2a の上面には複数のネジ孔2d が穿設されている。調節部材2の孔2c は、後述する固着部材3のネジ棒3a が挿通可能な大きさとなっている。なお、基台部材1のネジ孔1a は、基台部材1の上端から下端まで全てにネジ孔が螺刻されている必要はなく、調節部材2のネジ部2b と螺合が可能であり、高さ調整可能な状態であれば構わない。この基台部材1と調節部材2とが螺合され一体となって、高さ調整可能なジャッキとしての機能を果す。

したがって、本実施形態のワーク位置決め固着治具は、ワーク6の位置決めができるとともに固着もでき、複数の同一ワーク6を次々と取替えて加工する場合に、極めて容易にワーク6の位置決め及び固着作業ができる。つまり、一旦ワーク6に合わせてセットすれば、固着部材3のナット3d を緩めても、クランプ部材4及びワーク6は自由な状態になり、ワーク6の交換が可能な状態になるが、基台部材1及び調節部材2は固着部材3のナット3b によって強固に固定されており、ワーク6を交換する度に、基台部材1及び調節部材2を再度セットし直す必要がないので、ワーク6の位置決め及び固着作業が極めて容易にできる。しかも、治具全体が簡素化され、従来のワーク位置決め固着治具のように、大きな治具据付スペースを必要とせず、段取り作業が容易にできる。
