BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a screen device for insect protection, light shielding, blindfolding, heat insulation, etc., which can open and close by retracting a stretchable screen which is alternately folded back in the opposite direction. The present invention relates to a screen device provided with a guide member led out along the lower end of the screen according to the expansion and contraction of the screen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A screen such as a stretchable insect net that is folded back and forth alternately can be opened and closed by lateral pulling, and according to the expansion and contraction of the screen, the screen enters and exits from the lower end of one side frame to which the screen is attached. A screen apparatus having a flexible guide member that is guided along the lower end of the guide and guides the lower end has been proposed.
In the above proposed screen device, when the screen is folded, a member that guides the lower end of the screen is not arranged below the building opening, and the height of the person who goes in and out of the building opening becomes an obstacle to walking. However, it is advantageous in that the lower end of the screen that is opened and closed by lateral pulling can be guided by the guide member.
[0003]
However, in the above screen device, the guide member is usually attached to the lower end of the movable rod connected to one end of the screen. Therefore, when the movable rod is opened and closed to open and close the screen, the guide member is opened accordingly. There is a problem that not only the rubbing sound is generated but also the sliding trace remains on the floor surface. When the screen is stored, the guide member attached to the lower end of the movable rod is stored in one side frame, so the movable rod cannot be moved beyond the height of the side frame, and the screen can be opened and closed. There is also the problem that the range is limited by the height of the side frame.
[0004]
Furthermore, in the above screen device, the screen cannot be stretched by moving to the right half, left half, center, or any other position in the building opening, and the side frame that can accommodate the guide member is movable. Even if the screen can be moved to an arbitrary position together with the side frame and the movable rod, the opening / closing operation of the movable rod does not have left / right symmetry, which may cause a problem in operability.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The technical problem of the present invention is to provide a screen device which can appropriately solve the various problems of the previously proposed screen device by considering the tensioning of the tension string.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The screen device of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is basically constructed by connecting movable rods to both ends of a screen that is alternately folded back and forth in a reverse direction, and by horizontally pulling those movable rods, In the screen device in which the screen can be opened and closed at an arbitrary position between the left and right side frames of the building opening, both the movable rods are bent in and out from the lower portions of the movable rods according to the expansion and contraction of the screen. , e Bei flexible guide member for guiding the lower end of the screen when derived along the lower end of the screen in the tensioned state, between the lower end portions and a movable rail of the guide member, the guide A stopper mechanism for preventing the end of the member from escaping from the lower part of the movable rod is provided .
[0007]
In the screen device having the above-described configuration, generally, a tension string is connected to both ends of the guide member, the tension string is guided from both ends of the guide member to the upper end of each movable rod, and from the upper end to each movable rod. After guiding to the near side frame, it is folded at each side frame and the ends of the tension cords are connected to each other, so that the guide member and the tension cord form a loop shape, or at both ends of the guide member It is used by guiding the connected tension string from the both ends of the guide member to the upper end of each movable rod, guiding it from the upper end to the side frame close to each movable rod, and connecting the tip there. The other end of the tension string connected to both ends of the guide member can be connected to an arbitrary portion without any problem.
In the above screen device, the movable rod can be provided with a parallel movement mechanism that restrains the posture of the movable rod with a necessary number of tension cords including or not including the tension cord connected to the guide member.
[0008]
On the other hand, the guide member in the screen device rubs against the floor surface when a forced driving force acts in the operating direction of the movable rod through a tension string or the like as the screen is opened and closed. However, if the driving force does not act or is relatively small even if it acts, the gap between the guide member and the floor or between the guide member and the non-driving side movable rod The guide member does not move relative to the floor surface due to frictional force acting between them, so the guide member does not rub on the floor surface of the building opening and generates a rubbing sound or slides on the floor surface. There are no marks left.
Also, by providing a stopper mechanism between the both ends of the guide member and the lower part of the movable rod to prevent the end of the guide member from escaping from the lower portion of the movable rod, the stopper mechanism guides the movable member from the movable rod. Not only can the member be prevented from escaping, but also a forcible driving force is applied to the guide member when necessary, so that there is no need for special operation even when the guide member needs to be moved. The operability of is improved.
[0009]
In addition, in the above screen device, the so-called screen suspension source can be changed, and the screen can be moved and stretched to the right half, left half, center, and other arbitrary positions in the building opening, in those cases, Left and right symmetry is imparted to the opening and closing operation of the movable rods provided at both ends of the screen, and the operability is excellent.
[0010]
In particular, in the above screen device, the tension string connected to both ends of the guide member is led from the upper end of each movable rod to the side frame and folded, and the ends of the tension strings are connected to each other so that the guide member and the tension string loop. When the screen is stretched, the guide member may rub against the floor surface in some cases, but otherwise the guide member may be against the floor surface. Does not move relatively.
Further, when the screen is stored, the guide member provided at the lower end of the movable rod can be accommodated in both movable rods, so that the range of opening and closing of the screen can be expanded up to about twice the height of the movable rod. be able to.
[0012]
Further, in the above screen device, the tension strings connected to both ends of the guide member are guided from the both ends of the guide member to the upper ends of the movable rods, and are guided from the upper ends to the side frames close to the movable rods, and the leading ends thereof In this case, the screen can be opened and closed within the range of the height of the movable rod, but the guide can be operated even if the screen is opened or closed and the screen extension position is changed. The member does not rub against the floor surface.

【The invention's effect】
According to the screen device of the present invention described in detail above, various problems in the conventional screen device can be appropriately solved by considering the tensioning of the tension string, for example, with respect to the guide member If a forcible driving force does not act in the operating direction of the movable rod, or if it is relatively small even if it acts, it is between the guide member and the floor or between the guide member and the non-driven movable rod. The guide member does not move relative to the floor surface due to frictional forces acting on the floor, so that the guide member does not rub on the floor surface of the building opening, and a rubbing sound is generated or No sliding marks remain.
Also, in the above screen device, the so-called screen suspension can be changed, and the screen can be moved and stretched to the right half, left half, center, and other arbitrary positions in the building opening. Left and right symmetry is imparted to the opening and closing operation of the movable rods provided at both ends of the screen, and the operability is excellent.
