Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an eaves-facing facet door that can be easily and quickly mounted on a roof constructed of a crease-folded plate type roof plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, construction of a roof made of a metal squeezed type construction plate and having a continuous mountain-shaped portion has been carried out. Various types of face doors have been developed that are attached to the eaves of the mountain-shaped portion of the roof for the purpose of rain and appearance. Most of them are bolts erected at the top portion of the face door main plate, and are arranged from the rear surface of the mountain-shaped portion of the metal roof. Alternatively, it is fixed to a structural material provided at the eaves portion with a fixing tool such as a bolt or nut.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the eaves front door is attached to the lower surface side of the chevron at the eaves portion of the roof, but generally, a fixing tool such as a bolt and a nut is used as its attachment means, and its attachment The work is quite troublesome. In addition to these, since it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering at the place where the face door is mounted, a fixing member such as a bolt, a nut or a rivet is waterproof.
[0004]
In particular, in the case of the above-mentioned roof-clamping type roof, it is often necessary to mount the face doors at the same time when the adjacent roof plates are connected to each other by staking. Therefore, when the face door is a relatively large size, the construction becomes more difficult and a heavy burden is imposed on the worker. Further, as described above, when the face door is attached via a fastener such as a bolt / nut or a rivet, once the face door is attached, it is difficult or impossible to finely adjust or correct the face door mounting position.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, as a result of earnestly researching the present inventors to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a face door member having a connected portion in which an insertion hole is formed at the top portion of a trapezoidal mountain shaped face door main plate. And a hook winding engaging portion that is wound around the fastening connection portion of the folded plate roof made of the folded plate type roof plate material joined at the lower collar portion and the upper collar portion, and in the insertion hole of the coupled portion Eaves face cut surface comprising a face door suspension having a connecting tongue that can be loosely inserted, the connecting tongue having a thin plate shape and a thickness capable of plastic deformation by bending. By using the door, the face door member can be easily and quickly mounted on the roof constructed of the crease-folded plate type roof plate, which solves the above problems.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention includes a roof plate material P for connecting the lower roof portion 11a and the upper flange portion 11b to construct the folded plate roof C, a face door member A having a connected portion formed at the upper end portion, and the folded plate roof. From the face door suspension B having the connecting tongue piece 6 which is wound and connected together with the C-type tightening connecting portion 11 and having the connecting tongue piece 6 connected to the connected portion 2 of the face door member A. It is comprised (refer FIG.1 and FIG.2 (A), (B), FIG.3 etc.).
[0007]
The face door member A is mainly formed of a face door main plate 1 and a connected portion 2 or the like. The face door main plate 1 is formed in a substantially trapezoidal mountain shape when viewed from the front side [see FIG. 2 (A), FIG. 3, etc.]. And the to-be-connected part 2 is integrally formed in the upper end of the front board part 1a. Further, inclined bent pieces 1b and 1b are formed from the inclined end edges on both sides in the width direction of the front plate portion 1a so as to be bent at substantially right angles to the front plate portion 1a and toward the back surface side. The inclined bent pieces 1b, 1b come into contact with the back surface side of the roof plate material P when mounted on the eaves tip portion of the folded plate roof C.
[0008]
Or the sealing material 4 mentioned later may be affixed on the inclined bending pieces 1b and 1b, and in this case, between the inclined bending pieces 1b and 1b and the chevron portion back side of the folded plate roof C. The sealing material 4 is mounted in a sandwiched state and has waterproof properties. The front plate portion 1a may be formed with a trapezoidal mountain-shaped recess that is substantially equal to the outer shape and is slightly smaller. The dent portion is for reinforcing and improving the appearance.
[0009]
Further, a bent lower end piece 1c is formed at the lower end edge of the front plate portion 1a toward the back surface side of the front plate portion 1a, and is substantially rectangular when viewed from the front from the end edge of the bent lower end piece 1c. An apron portion 3 is formed. The apron portion 3 is formed as necessary and is not necessarily formed.
[0010]
The connected portion 2 is formed on the top of the face door main plate 1 as described above, and is formed into a substantially flat connected bent piece 2a that is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the face door main plate 1, and the connected portion. It consists of an insertion hole 2b formed in the bent piece 2a. The insertion hole 2b is formed in a streak shape, and the streak direction is formed at a right angle (including a substantially right angle state) with respect to the front plate portion 1a. An inclined notch 2c is formed in the coupled bent piece 2a adjacent to the insertion hole 2b (see FIGS. 3A and 3B).
[0011]
Next, the face door suspension B is formed from the heel winding locking portion 5 and the connecting tongue piece 6, and the heel winding locking portion 5 includes a lower ridge portion 11a and an upper ridge portion of a roof sheet material P described later. 11b (see FIG. 4). The winding winding locking portion 5 has a shape substantially equivalent to the lower flange portion 11a, and is formed into a circular arc. Furthermore, as another example, the shape of the heel winding locking part 5 has a shape corresponding to the example in which the lower ridge part 11a and the upper ridge part 11b of the roof sheet material P are square-shaped. (See FIG. 10).
[0012]
The connecting tongue piece 6 has a thin plate shape and has a thickness that can be plastically deformed by bending. The connecting tongue piece 6 can be loosely inserted into an insertion hole 2b formed in the connected portion 2 of the face door member A (see FIG. 3A). The connecting tongue piece 6 and the wound winding locking portion 5 are integrally formed. As shown in FIGS. 8A, 8B, etc., there is an embodiment in which the connecting tongue piece 6 is formed in a bifurcated manner.
[0013]
Next, as for the roof board | plate material P, the rising side parts 10 and 10 inclined from the width direction both sides of the bottom face part 9 are formed. A lower collar portion 11a is formed at one upper end of the rising side portions 10 and 10, and an upper collar portion 11b is formed at the other. Fitting portions 12 and 12 are formed at the corners of the bottom surface portion 9 and the rising side portions 10 and 10.
[0014]
The fitted portion 12 is formed so as to protrude inward of the rising side portion 10, and is fitted to the fitted portions formed on the fittings on the fitted portions 12 and 12. It plays a role. The lower roof portion 11a and the upper flange portion 11b of the adjacent roof plate materials P, P are tightened to form the tightened coupling portion 11, and the tightened type folded plate roof C is formed.
[0015]
And the fitting bending parts 1d and 1d of the shape equivalent to the said to-be-fitted parts 12 and 12 are formed in the downward location of the width direction both sides made into the trapezoid mountain shape part of the face door main board 1 of the said face door member A. ing. Moreover, the sealing material 4 may be affixed over the upper end portions of the both inclined bent pieces 1 b and 1 b and the apron portion 3 of the face door main plate 1.
[0016]
[Action]
First, the folded plate roof C is provided with a plurality of roof plate materials P, P,..., The lower roof portion 11a and the upper flange portion 11b of the adjacent roof plate materials P, P are tightened and connected, and the tightened connection portion 11 is connected. Is formed. When the lower collar portion 11a and the upper collar portion 11b at the eaves locations of the adjacent roof plate materials P and P are clamped to form the clamp connection portion 11, the face door suspension B is attached to the lower collar portion 11a. Is wound. And it clamps and connects so that the heel winding latching | locking part 5 of the face door suspension B may be wound between the lower heel part 11a and the upper ridge part 11b [FIG. 6 (A), (B), (C )reference〕.
[0017]
Next, the connecting tongue piece 6 of the face door suspension B is inserted into the insertion hole 2b of the connected portion 2 of the face door member A, and then the connecting tongue piece 6 is bent, thereby the connecting tongue piece. 6 is brought into contact with the connected bent piece 2a. In this way, the face door member A is mounted on the lower surface side of the mountain-shaped portion at the eaves tip portion of the folded plate roof C. Moreover, apron parts 3 and 3 formed in the lower part of adjoining face door members A and A are connected with fixing tools, such as a screw [refer to Drawing 7 (A) and (B)].
[0018]
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 9 (A), the connecting tongue piece 6 of the face door suspension B uses plastic deformation due to torsion, as shown in FIG. 9 (B). This is intended to be fixed to the insertion hole 2 b of the connecting portion 2. Specifically, after inserting the connecting tongue piece 6 into the insertion hole 2b, the connecting tongue piece 6 is twisted to an appropriate angle (approximately 90 degrees in the embodiment shown in the figure), and the face door suspension B Is fixed so as not to be removed from the insertion hole 2b.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
In the invention of claim 1, the trapezoidal mountain-shaped face door main plate 1 is joined by the face door member A having the connected part 2 in which the insertion hole 2b is formed at the top portion, the lower collar part 11a and the upper collar part 11b. A hooked hook engaging portion 5 wound around a hooked connecting portion of a folded plate roof C made of a folded plate type roof plate material P, and can be loosely inserted into the insertion hole 2b of the connected portion 2 The connecting tongue piece 6 has a thin plate shape and has a thickness that can be plastically deformed by bending. Thus, the face door member A can be easily and quickly attached to the eaves of the folded plate roof C, and the structure can be simplified.
[0020]
The above effect will be described in detail. In the present invention, since the face door member A and the face door suspension B are configured, first, the seam winding engaging portion 5 of the face door suspension B is wound around the folded roof C. Attached together with the lower eaves part 11a and the upper eaves part 11b and constructing the folded plate roof C, the face door member A can be attached via the face door suspension B.
[0021]
In the face door suspension B, a connecting tongue piece 6 is formed in the lower part of the wrapping lock portion 5, and the connecting tongue piece 6 is loosely connected to the connected portion 2 of the face door member A. An insertion hole 2b to be inserted is formed, and the connecting tongue piece 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 2b, and then the connecting door piece A is attached to the folded plate roof C only by bending the connecting tongue piece 6. I can do this. Since the above-described work does not require fixing tools such as screws, bolts and nuts for mounting the face door member A, the work is very simple and can be completed in a short time.
[0022]
In addition, the face door suspension B is attached to the crease fastening portion 5 of the folded plate roof C by hitting it with a hammer or the like along the longitudinal direction of the crease fastening portion. Since the position can be changed, there is an advantage that fine adjustment of the mounting location of the face door member A is possible.
[0023]
Next, the connecting operation of the face door member A and the face door suspension B only needs to bend the connecting tongue piece 6 of the face door suspension B, and can be extremely simple and quick.
[0024]
Next, the invention according to claim 2 is that in claim 1, the facing door member A, A is adjacent to each other by forming an eaves facing face door in which an apron portion 3 is formed in the lower part of the face door member A. Can be connected via the apron portion 3, and rain performance and appearance can be improved.
[0025]
Next, the invention of claim 3 is the invention according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the sealing material 4 is attached to the outer periphery of the face door main plate 1 of the face door member A at a position corresponding to the lower surface side of the folded plate roof C. When the face door member A is mounted on the folded plate roof C, the sealing material 4 is sandwiched between the mounting portions of the face door member A and the folded plate roof C. Rain finish can be made extremely good.
