Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a bamboo fence panel used for construction of fences, fences and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, plastic artificial bamboo panels having a texture of natural bamboo are frequently used in outdoor garden fences and fences, indoor gardens, corridors, and the like. This type of artificial bamboo panel is formed by molding a synthetic resin material into a panel shape so that a large number of split bamboo shapes are arranged in the width direction, and it is not only inferior to natural bamboo in the texture of shape, color, etc. Since it is formed in a panel shape, the construction is simple and easy, and it is made of a synthetic resin, so that the appearance is not deteriorated due to corrosion, discoloration, etc., and the durability is high (see, for example, Patent Document 1) .
[0003]
For example, in order to obtain a three-dimensional texture in which a large number of individual round bamboo materials are incorporated as in the case of an original bamboo wall and natural gaps appear between the bamboo materials, the so-called Otsugaki as shown in FIG. A bamboo fence panel 60 has been proposed. As this kind of bamboo wall panel 60, as can be seen from the figure, a round bamboo panel portion 70 made up of a plurality of panel constituting members 71 is arranged on a frame body 61 made up of a side frame member 62 and an end frame member 63. . Here, panel constituent members 71 are braided alternately on the front and back sides of the rod-shaped member 65 fixed to the side frame member 62, and the end portions of the respective panel constituent members 71 are inside the end frame member 63. The thing fixed and hold | maintained by the concave-groove part 64 is illustrated.
[0004]
However, in the bamboo fence panel 60 having the above structure, the panel constituting member 71 is bent with respect to the rod-like member 65 and the end portion thereof is inserted into the concave groove portion 64 of the end frame member 63 and fixed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the restoring force of the round bamboo material 72 of the panel constituent member 71 is related to the end frame member 63. This restoring force is a force that pushes up the end frame member 63, and in particular, there is a problem that warping or swelling occurs at the center portion of the end frame member 63 far from the fixed portion of the frame body 61 (FIG. 4 is exaggerated for convenience of explanation). was shown.). For this reason, in the structure of this kind of bamboo fence panel 60, the longer the frame is, the more the end frame member 63 warps.
