BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rolling coil, and more specifically, rolls a metal plate wound around a supply / take-up reel disposed on one side of the rolling roll through the rolling roll and the other side of the rolling roll. Next, the metal plate wound on the other supply / take-up reel is rolled again through a rolling roll and wound on one supply / take-up reel. Regarding the rolling coil manufacturing method of rolling a metal plate a plurality of times by a rolling mill to manufacture a coil, more specifically, while significantly increasing productivity, so as not to damage the supply and take-up reel that is subjected to great stress, The present invention also relates to a technique for extending the life and preventing the coil removed from the supply / take-up reel from being broken.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a metal plate wound on a supply / take-up reel arranged on one side of a rolling roll is rolled through the rolling roll and a supply / take-up reel arranged on the other side of the rolling roll. Next, the metal plate wound on the other supply / take-up reel is rolled again through a rolling roll, and the metal plate is rolled a plurality of times by a lever mill type rolling mill that takes up the other supply / take-up reel. The coil is rolled to a desired thickness, a metal plate is wound on the supply / take-up reel in a coil state, and the coil is extracted by shrinking the diameter of the supply / take-up reel.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Generally, when a rolled metal plate is wound around a supply / take-up reel, the metal plate is wound while applying tension to the metal plate with the supply / take-up reel in order to efficiently perform rolling and to obtain a high-quality plate. For this reason, as the metal plate wound on the supply / take-up reel is rolled up, the tightening force by the metal plate for thickening is proportionally increased, and the supply / take-up reel has a large compressive force. Works. Due to this tightening force, the plurality of segments constituting the supply / take-up reel contract in the radial direction so that the angled core pressed by the segment via the wedge function escapes in the axial direction. .
[0004]
By the way, the conventional reel diameter control configuration of the supply / take-up reel is such that the amount of movement of the cored bar is kept within a certain range as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-50025. In such a control configuration, the outer diameter of the segment is reduced within the range, and the supply / take-up reel can be contracted, but the segment can be moved in contact with the mandrel beyond that range. For this reason, there was a problem that the segment and the wedge portion of the metal core were damaged by an excessive pressing force, or the coil collapsed when being extracted from the reel due to excessive contraction.
[0005]
On the other hand, the coil removed from the supply / take-up reel is placed on a sleeper and stored, but the supply / take-up reel does not exist in the center hole of the coil and the outer periphery of the coil is pressed. When the coil is pulled out, a load is applied to the coil in the tangential direction, and the central hole portion of the hoop-shaped coil removed from the supply / take-up reel naturally collapses toward the center side, so-called back Rings often occurred and the central hole of the coil was frequently destroyed.
[0006]
Thus, when the central hole of the coil collapses, the coil itself cannot be shipped, and cannot be sent to the next plating process, for example, and the coil becomes a defective product, resulting in a great loss.
Therefore, as a means of avoiding such collapse of the central hole, leave a thick portion that does not roll at the beginning of winding of the coil, and wrap the thick portion several times to reinforce the central hole portion However, in order to leave the thick part that does not roll in this way long, in each rolling process of rolling a metal plate multiple times with a lever mill type rolling mill, it is performed each time, and productivity However, there is a problem that the number of parts to be discarded increases and the yield decreases.
[0007]
The present invention is intended to solve such a problem, and while performing continuous rolling by a rolling mill, while significantly increasing productivity, so as not to damage the supply and take-up reel that takes a great load, Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a rolled coil in which the coil removed from the supply / take-up reel does not collapse.

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the supply and take-up reels are provided on both sides of the rolling roll so that the reel diameter can be reduced and expanded in accordance with the change of the take-up load, and the reel diameter of the supply and take-up reel is controlled A reel diameter control means, and a metal plate wound on a supply / winding reel disposed on one side of the rolling roll is rolled through the rolling roll and supplied on the other side of the rolling roll. -A metal plate is wound by a take-up reel, and then the metal plate wound on the other supply / take-up reel is rolled again through a rolling roll and wound on one supply / take-up reel. A rolling coil manufacturing method in which a coil is manufactured by rolling a plurality of times, and the reel diameter is automatically expanded or reduced according to the winding load without controlling the reel diameter control means in the intermediate pass after setting the number of rolling. Sour As well as, in the final rolling step alone, the thickness of the metal plate is rolled to a final width, type set specific winding up tension due to the winding outer diameter and the like on a reel diameter control means, the supply・ Since the minimum diameter of the take-up reel is set to a predetermined diameter, the reel diameter control means is not controlled in rolling other than final rolling (intermediate pass), and the supply / take-up reel has a take-up load. In the final rolling process, the thickness of the metal sheet to be rolled can be changed depending on the situation, while avoiding damage to the supply and take-up reels and enabling the rolling to increase productivity with a lever mill type rolling mill. By setting the minimum diameter of the supply and take-up reel to a predetermined diameter by the reel diameter control means of the supply and take-up reel in anticipation of a specific maximum take-up tension due to the width and outer diameter of the take-up reel, Winding unexpectedly Even when the maximum tension is exceeded, the supply / take-up reel is controlled so that it does not shrink, and the diameter of the supply / take-up reel shrinks to avoid loosening of the central part of the coil. There is an advantage that the coil can be prevented from collapsing.
