Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor surface formed by laying deck panels.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, there is a growing interest to actively incorporate outdoor spaces such as residential gardens and apartment verandas, which are mainly used as places to place things, and are completely separated from living spaces. There are also houses that have deck panels placed in these spaces and are used as outdoor living by placing tables and chairs, or have been planted and used as gardening spaces.
[0003]
Thus, when a floor surface is formed by laying a deck panel on a base surface such as a garden or a veranda of a house, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 12, for example, on a frame member 110 arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval. A deck panel 100 in which long plate members 120 are juxtaposed and fixed with pegs, bolts or the like is used, and this is fixed to the base surface with anchors, or the juxtaposed panels are connected with screws or bolts. The method was taken.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the conventional method, it is possible to firmly attach the deck panel to the base surface and connect the panels, but it is troublesome to fix the anchor or screw to the panel or tighten the bolt one by one. There is a problem that construction takes time, such as adjusting the level of the surface.
Further, in the deck panel 100, there is no problem when the panels juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction are connected to each other. However, as shown in FIG. When arranged, the frame members 110 are not adjacent to each other, so it is difficult to connect with screws and bolts, the gaps between the momentum panels are likely to be uneven, the joints are bent and the appearance looks bad, and depending on the load received after construction There was a problem that it was easy to induce accidents such as gaps widening and limbs being pinched.
[0005]
In view of such problems of the prior art, the present invention, particularly when laying a deck panel in a general household outdoor space such as a garden or a veranda and forming a floor surface, without fixing screws to the deck panel, Panels with different dimensions and shapes can be used, even if you are not a construction expert, so that a single panel or juxtaposed panel can be firmly fixed and attached to the base surface with a single touch, and bolts are not tightened or adjusted. Even so, it is an object of the present invention to be able to easily form and construct a floor surface of various designs in which the stripes of the plate material intersect and can be freely combined with a desired width and shape.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the deck panel laying floor surface of the present invention is a deck panel in which plate members are arranged in parallel between frame members combined in a polygonal shape, and concave grooves are formed in the inner surface of the frame member. And a support piece to which the outer side surface of the frame member is joined to a base provided so as to be fixed to the surface of the mounting base, and a concave groove on the inner side surface of the frame member are locked, and a convex shape toward the inside. Using a holder made of a hard material provided with a clamping piece having a locking part, the above-mentioned holder is fixed to the mounting base surface, and the deck panel frame material is fitted thereto to fix the deck panel. Configured to be.
[0007]
According to this, the deck panel is fixed by fitting the frame material into the holder.
Since the deck panel fitted in the holder is held in the groove on the inner surface of the frame member, the engaging portion of the holder is engaged, and the holder is sandwiched and held on both inner and outer side surfaces of the frame member. As long as the above-mentioned engagement is not removed from the inside of the panel, it will not be disengaged from the holder, and it is difficult to be displaced with respect to the load in the direction orthogonal to the frame member, that is, the holding direction of the holder. The wearing state is maintained.
Since the deck panel is formed by arranging frame members on the entire circumference, the panels can be arranged in any direction to form a floor surface, and each frame member of the panel must be supported by a holder. Therefore, it becomes difficult to displace with respect to the load received from all directions, and it is surely positioned at the fitting position with the holder, and can be stably fixed on the base surface.
[0008]
As described above, since the deck panel can be attached to the base surface by fitting the frame material to the holder that is fixed to the base surface in advance, it is necessary to fix anchors and screws to the deck panel. It can be applied to anyone by a simple operation of pushing the frame material into the holder from above. In addition, by using a deck panel in which a frame material is arranged on the entire circumference, if the base surface is capable of fixing the holder without being restricted in the installation direction, the panels can be freely combined to have a desired width and A floor with a shape can be attached.
Note that anchors and screws may be fixed to the deck panel depending on conditions on the base surface on which the deck panel is laid, and the panel may be fixed and connected by these.
[0009]
The deck panel 10 used in the present invention may have any shape and size as long as a configuration in which a frame member is arranged on the entire circumference is employed.
As an example, as shown in FIG. 1, four substantially equal frame members 11 having appropriate heights are combined into a square, and a plurality of plate members 12 are arranged in parallel between opposing frame members. In addition, the joint portions can be fixed to each other by an arbitrary means, and a concave groove 11a continuously extending along the longitudinal direction can be provided at a substantially central position on the inner side surface of each frame member 11. It is preferable to use hard wood excellent in decay resistance for the frame member 11 and the plate member 12.
[0010]
As the holder 20, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, a plastic such as a hard vinyl chloride resin is used, and the width of the frame member 11 is such that the bottom surface of the frame member 11 can be joined by extrusion molding. A support piece 22 is vertically projected at an appropriate height so that the outer surface of the frame member 11 can be joined to one end of the base 21 provided with a length substantially the same as the dimension, and the other end of the frame member 11 is provided at the other end. A sandwiching piece 23 having a projecting locking portion 23a that protrudes inward and can be inserted into the recessed groove 11a is formed in a substantially U shape, and the pair of projecting pieces is a tip. The portion is provided as a conical shape with a slight inward inclination. As the width of the holder 20 increases, the contact area with the frame member 11 increases and the holding force increases. However, the holder 20 is formed in a band shape having an appropriate width depending on the construction conditions such as the fixing location and the dimensions of the frame member 11. Can do. The holder 20 can also be formed by sheet metal processing using a metal material.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 3, the floor surface construction using the deck panel 10 and the holder 20 is carried out at a predetermined position of the base surface G on which the panel is laid by screwing, bonding or any other means. The frame member 11 of the deck panel 10 can be press-fitted into the holder 20 from above, and both the projecting pieces are pressed against the inner and outer surfaces of the frame member 11 by its elasticity, and The locking portion 23a is engaged with the concave groove 11a, and the deck panel 10 is fixed on the base surface G.
The holder 20 can be formed so that a concave groove is provided on the outer surface of the frame member 11 and can be engaged therewith. However, when the engagement point is on the panel surface, the engagement is caused by an external factor. Since it is easy to disengage or deform the engaging portion, it is preferable to provide the engaging portion only inside the panel as shown in the figure.
[0012]
In addition to the above configuration, the deck panel laying floor of the present invention uses a holding tool in which a support piece is provided at the center of the base and sandwiching pieces are provided at both ends of the base. A frame member was fitted between each piece so that adjacent deck panels were fixed together.
[0013]
According to this, since two deck panels juxtaposed with one holder can be connected and fixed integrally to the base surface, the deck panel can be laid efficiently and the gap between adjacent panels is uniform. As a result, the appearance of the floor surface with a straight joint is obtained.
[0014]
The holder 30 can be formed in the same manner as the holder 20, but for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the holder 30 has substantially the same length as the width of two frame members 11 connected in parallel. A base 31 is provided, and a support piece 32 is vertically projected at an appropriate height so that the outer surface of the frame member 11 can be joined to the center thereof, and can be engaged in the recessed groove 11a of the frame member 11 at both ends. Clamping pieces 33, 33 having convex locking portions 33a directed inwardly project to form a substantially E shape, and the tip ends of both the clamping pieces are slightly inclined inward. It can be provided as a conical shape.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 5, the floor surface construction using this holder 30 is carried out by arbitrary means at a predetermined position on the base surface G where the frame members of the deck panels 10 are adjacent to each other. The frame members 11 and 11 of both deck panels can be press-fitted from the upper side in the holder 30 in advance.
[0016]
Furthermore, the deck panel laying floor according to the present invention uses the deck panel having the above-described configuration, which is arranged side by side on the base surface, and a holder is fitted to both frame members of the adjacent deck panel from the back side of the panel. The deck panels were connected to each other, and a spacer was fixed to the bottom surface of the frame material of the surrounding deck panels to form a horizontally continuous integral floor surface.
[0017]
According to this, since adjacent deck panels are connected together by a holding tool, each panel can be mounted without shifting or separating in the horizontal direction, and spacers are fixed to the surrounding deck panels. Therefore, there is no backlash in the vertical direction, and a horizontal floor surface with little unevenness can be obtained. The leveling adjustment work is also unnecessary.
[0018]
The spacer 40 is made of an elastic material such as rubber. As shown in FIG. 6, the spacer 40 is superposed on the end of the frame member 11 of the deck panel 10 so as to have the same thickness as the bases 21 and 31 of both holders. It can be formed to a size that can be fixed and used by being fixed to the back surface of the frame member 11 so as to be loaded in the gap between the frame member 11 and the base surface G.
[0019]
In forming the floor surface according to the present invention, it is preferable to hold at least both ends of the frame material on one side with the holding tool in order to stably fix the floor surface regardless of which holding tool is used.
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, when laying four deck panels 10 with the frame members 11 adjacent to each other, at least both ends of the adjacent frame members 11, 11 are attached to the holders 30, 11. The spacers 40 are connected to each other, and the spacers 40 are fixed to the end portions of the surrounding frame member 11, that is, the corners of the floor surface.
In this case, if the frame members 11, 11 on one side are held by three or more holders 30, or the peripheral frame member 11 is fixed by the holders 20, the floor surface becomes more stable.
[0020]
In addition, in any of the above-described floor surfaces, a fence can be erected on the deck panel using a leg connecting plate formed with an engagement portion between the fence support portion and the deck panel. it can.
That is, when the holder is used, a gap corresponding to the thickness of the holder is formed between the bottom surface of the deck panel and the base surface. A part of the engaging portion of the leg connecting plate is inserted into the gap to The other part of the joint is fixed to the top surface of the deck panel with a fastener such as a coach screw, and the leg connecting plate is attached so that the bottom surface and the top surface of the deck panel are sandwiched. The leg connecting plate supports the fence, and It can be erected along the edge.
[0021]
According to this, since the leg connecting plate is fixed using the gap between the bottom surface of the deck panel and the base surface, it is not necessary to process the deck panel in advance to be suitable for fixing the fence, and after the floor surface is formed A fence can be retrofitted at any position around the deck panel. Further, since the leg connecting plate is attached with its engaging portion engaged with the upper surface and the bottom surface of the deck panel, it is difficult to come off and the fence can be supported while maintaining a stable fixed state.
In addition, the fence here also includes a member installed on the floor surface such as a bar-collar or a storage room in addition to an arbitrary form of fence that is also used for decoration or handrail, and can be applied to the attachment of these members.

As shown in FIG. 9, the floor surface of this embodiment can be arranged in a terrace from deck panels 10 a to 10 e formed by gradually changing the number of plate members 12 arranged side by side, and floor surface F The deck panel 10a and the deck panel 10d are used in combination so that the center of the space becomes a planting space.
As described above, if there are a plurality of types of deck panels having different sizes and shapes, the number of selections of the combination of panels increases, and the configuration variations of the floor surface F can be expanded to obtain the floor surface F with various designs.
In this case, the deck panels 10a to 10e have different vertical dimensions (Ya to Ye), but the horizontal dimensions (X) are formed to be the same so that the dimensions are standardized. It becomes possible to easily select the arrangement and combination of panels as a reference.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 10, the fence 50 is composed of a fence body 51 formed by mounting a decorative plate 51b between leg members 51a and 51a, a headboard 52, a headboard rail 53, a leg connecting plate 54, and the like. Yes.
[0025]
The leg connecting plate 54 is a metal plate and is provided at a lower portion of the support portion 54a and a support portion 54a formed in a substantially U shape so as to be sandwiched between opposing sides of the fence body 51 by sheet metal processing. It is comprised with the engaging part 54b. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, the engaging portion 54 b is provided with an insertion portion 54 c of the coach screw 56 on one side and extends downward so that it can be joined to the side surface of the frame member 11 on the other side. In addition, an engagement piece 54d is formed by folding back vertically so that the end portion can be joined to the bottom surface of the frame member 11.
[0026]
In the construction of the floor surface F of this embodiment, first, the deck panels 10a and 10d are attached in advance by attaching a spacer 40 to the back surface of the frame member 11 of the deck panel 10a arranged in the periphery, and the adjacent deck panels. 10a and 10d can be performed by placing them on the terrace while being fixed by the holder 30.
The holder 30 may be fixed to the terrace before laying the deck panels 10a and 10d or while laying. Further, the frame member 11 of the deck panel 10 a arranged in the periphery can be fixed by the holder 20.
Next, the fence 50 is attached in advance by attaching the leg members 51a and 51a of the fence body 51 to the support portion 54a of the leg connecting plate 54 with bolts and nuts 55a and 55b (FIG. 11A). The engaging piece 54d of the leg connecting plate is joined to the side surface of the frame member 11, and the lower end portion is inserted and sandwiched between the bottom surface of the deck panels 10a and 10d and the top surface of the terrace to stand on the deck panels 10a and 10d. Furthermore, the top surface of the fence body 51 is covered with the headboard rail 53 with the headboard rail 53 interposed therebetween, and a hole is made in the surface of the panel to fix the leg connecting plate 54 with the coach screw 56 (FIG. 11 (B)). Finally, the side of the headboard can be fixed with screws 57.
In addition, this construction procedure is an example and is not limited to this.
