BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a soil sampler used for sampling a soil sample for the purpose of geological survey.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As one of the soil tests for the purpose of geological survey, there is an indoor soil test in which soil samples collected at the survey site are brought back to a facility equipped with test facilities for testing and analysis. In the indoor soil test, it is required to collect a soil sample in a natural state, a so-called undisturbed sample, at the survey site so that a test result almost identical to the test result for the natural state geology at the survey site can be obtained.

[0011]
The present invention has been invented in view of such problems, the purpose of which can be continuously collected soil samples, can be quickly pulled up in a state in which the soil sample is stored in a sample collection tube, In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a soil sampler that can improve the efficiency of sampling work.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The casing pipe type soil sampler according to the present invention is supported by a ground boring machine so that it can be rotated and propelled, has a drilling blade that scrapes the formation into a cylindrical shape at the tip, and is constructed so that it can be successively added. And a sampling pipe that is placed on a stepped portion formed on the inner peripheral portion of the lower end of the casing pipe and that stores the stratum scraped into a cylindrical shape by propelling along with the casing pipe as a soil sample, and A sampler body with a piston tightly fitted inside the sampling tube, a removably connected to the piston rod of the piston of the sampler body, and an upper end fixed to and supported by a boring bowl on the ground. The support rod and the upper part of the sampler main body are detachably configured and connected to the hoisting machine via a cord-like member. After lowering the inside of the casing pipe while holding the sampler body and sitting on the stepped portion of the casing pipe, it is separated and pulled up in an empty state, and in the empty state, it is lowered in the casing pipe and filled with a soil sample. A sampler body attaching / detaching device for holding the sampler body and pulling up the sampler body filled with the soil sample is provided.
[0013]
The casing pipe type soil sampler of the present invention is configured as described above, and the sampler body is driven together with the casing pipe, and the cylindrically cut formation is pressed into the sampler pipe of the sampler body as a soil sample, and then attached / detached. The apparatus is lowered into the casing pipe and connected to the sampler body, and the sampler body is pulled up together with the attachment / detachment device while leaving the casing pipe in the borehole. As a result, even if the sampler body is pulled up, the portion of the borehole from which the soil sample is taken does not become a bare hole, so that the inner wall of the borehole does not collapse and no gravel is deposited at the bottom of the borehole. Therefore, it is possible to save the trouble of inserting the core tube into the boring hole between the sampling operations of the soil sample and removing the gravel accumulated at the bottom of the boring hole, thereby improving the efficiency of the sampling operation.
[0014]
In addition, after collecting the soil sample from the sampler body, with the attachment / detachment device connected to the empty sampler body, the casing pipe is lowered to seat the empty sampler body on the stepped portion of the casing pipe, and from the empty sampler body Sampling of the soil sample is continued after the detaching device is disconnected and pulled up. Until the sampler body is pulled up and returned to the lower end step of the casing pipe, the bottom of the boring hole is maintained in the state before the sampler body is pulled up by the casing pipe, that is, the state when the previous sampling operation is finished. Therefore, it is possible to collect a soil sample that is continuous with the soil sample collected in the previous sampling operation.
[0015]
The sampler body is configured such that the upper part of the sampling tube is attached to a sampler head, and a locking member to be fitted into a fitting groove formed in the inner wall surface of the casing pipe is inserted into and removed from the upper part of the sampler head. When the mounting portion is mounted, and the sampling tube of the sampler body is placed on the stepped portion of the casing pipe, the locking member protruding from the window hole of the mounting portion is fitted into the fitting groove of the casing pipe. Protruding along with the propulsion movement of the casing pipe, and by applying an upward tensile force to the mounting portion of the sampler body, the locking member is retracted from the fitting groove of the casing pipe and The combination is released. The sampler body is formed by projecting the locking member of the mounting portion from the window hole and fitting it into the fitting groove of the casing pipe when the sampling tube is placed on the step portion of the casing pipe. Pipes are united. When propelling the sampler body together with the casing pipe, even if the drag of the formation (pressing force from below) acts on the sampler tube of the sampler body, the locking member of the mounting part fits into the fitting groove of the casing pipe The sampler body will not be detached from the casing pipe. On the other hand, the sampler body can be easily detached from the casing pipe by applying an upward tensile force to the mounting portion of the sampler body and retracting the locking member of the mounting portion from the fitting groove of the casing pipe.
[0016]
As a specific configuration of the mounting portion of the sampler main body, the tip portion including the upper tapered portion of the slider provided on the upper portion of the sampler head is stored and the locking member is fitted into the window hole, In addition, an elastic member may be interposed between the lower end opening edge of the mounting portion and the upper tapered portion of the slider. The mounting portion further descends due to the weight of the mounting portion and the elastic repulsive force of the elastic member from the state where the sampling tube of the sampler body is seated on the stepped portion of the casing pipe. The upper tapered portion of the slider rises relatively inside the mounting portion as the mounting portion descends. As a result, the locking member fitted in the window hole of the mounting portion is pressed by the inclined surface of the upper tapered portion of the slider, protrudes from the window hole of the mounting portion, and is fitted into the fitting groove in the casing pipe. To do. On the other hand, when a tensile force is applied to the mounting portion and pulled upward, the upper tapered portion of the slider is relatively lowered inside the mounting portion, and the inclined surface of the upper tapered portion of the slider is lowered. Is separated from the locking member. When the pressing force received from the inclined surface of the upper tapered portion of the slider disappears and the locking member is drawn into the window hole of the mounting portion, the connection between the sampler body and the casing pipe is released.
[0017]
The sampler body has the sampler head rotatably mounted on the upper part of the sampling tube via a bearing device, and the piston rod has a non-circular cross-sectional shape and a piston rod cross-sectional shape. A rod case having an engagement hole having a shape corresponding to the above is fixed so as to be integrated with the sampling tube, and the piston rod is connected to a support rod fixed to the boring rod so as not to rotate. The portion above the sampler head of the sampler body is integrated with the casing pipe by the mounting portion, and thus rotates together with the casing pipe. On the other hand, the sample collection tube below the sampler head has a rod case fixed inside engaged with a piston rod that is connected to a support rod and cannot be rotated, and the sampler head is rotatably mounted. Therefore, do not rotate with the casing pipe. Thus, by preventing co-rotation of the sample collection tube of the sampler body, the formation in the natural state can be collected as a so-called undisturbed sample.
[0018]
The support rod is connected to the piston rod after the empty sampler body is fitted to the stepped portion of the casing pipe, and the sampler body filled with the soil sample is pulled away from the piston rod before being recovered from the casing pipe. It is done. Support rods are generally constructed so that they can be extended by threaded joints, and when they are inserted into the boring hole, they are added sequentially, and when they are pulled up from the boring hole, they are separated sequentially. It takes time for work. If the support rod is separated from the piston rod and moved up and down separately from the sampler body, the load on the sampler body is not applied to the support rod and the support rod can be moved up and down while remaining lightweight. Ascending and descending speed increases. Further, since the load on the sampler body is not applied during the raising and lowering of the support rod and the screw joint of the support rod is not tightly tightened, the work of separating the support rod can be easily performed. On the other hand, because the sampler body can be moved up and down in the casing pipe by winding or unwinding the cord-like member by a hoisting machine separately from the support rod, the ascending / descending speed is significantly faster than the support rod. Compared with the sample sampler, the time required to pull up the sampler body filled with the soil sample to the ground can be shortened. In addition, when the sampler body filled with the soil sample is pulled up, vibration generated by the work of separating the support rod is not transmitted to the sample collection tube of the sampler body, and the soil sample is not easily dropped from the sample collection tube. Even if some vibration is transmitted to the sampling tube, the drop of the soil sample can be suppressed by the amount of the rising speed of the sampler body.
[0019]
The support rod and the piston rod are connected by a bearing joint. In the bearing joint, a plurality of steel balls are embedded in the inner wall of the screw hole so as to be rotatable in a spiral arrangement with a predetermined interval, and a part of each steel ball protrudes from the inner wall surface of the screw hole to form a screw thread. A female bearing joint and a male bearing joint in which a spiral groove into which the steel ball of the female bearing joint is fitted are formed on the outer peripheral surface. When the support rod and the piston rod are connected by this bearing joint, the contact area of the female bearing joint and the male bearing joint is small, so that the sampling tube is kept in a non-rotating state against the rotation of the casing pipe. Even if the bearing joint is tightly clamped, the support rod and the piston rod can be easily separated by human power.
[0020]
The attachment / detachment device includes a device main body configured to be able to be fitted to a protruding column projecting from an upper portion of the sampler main body, and a protrusion of the sampler main body stored in the device main body and inserted from a lower end opening of the device main body. From a state where a pillar is gripped to connect the attachment / detachment device and the sampler body, a release member for releasing the connection between the attachment / detachment device and the sampler body, and a protruding column of the sampler body by the connection member. A gripping release switching mechanism that switches the protruding column of the sampler main body to a releasable state is provided. If the detachable device is configured as described above, the detachable device can be separated from the empty sampler body at the same time as the empty sampler body is gripped and lowered in the casing pipe and seated on the stepped portion of the casing pipe. The detachable device can be introduced into the casing pipe in an empty state and connected to the sampler body filled with the soil sample to pull up the sampler body.
[0021]
As a specific example of the connector, the connector has a first lower tapered portion having a shape corresponding to a first reduced diameter portion that is tapered downward toward the inner diameter of the apparatus main body, and the first lower portion The first gripping member fitted in the window hole of the tapered portion is inserted from the lower side of the first lower tapered portion by being pushed into the inner peripheral side of the first lower tapered portion by the first reduced diameter portion of the apparatus main body. An example is one in which the protruding column of the sampler main body is opened by holding the protruding column of the sampler main body and separating the first lower tapered portion from the first reduced diameter portion of the apparatus main body.
[0022]
As a specific example of the releaser, it is stored in the apparatus main body while being pressed by an elastic member to a second reduced diameter portion formed at a predetermined interval above the first reduced diameter portion, The second gripping member fitted in the window hole of the second lower tapered portion having a shape corresponding to the second reduced diameter portion is pushed into the inner peripheral side of the second lower tapered portion by the second reduced diameter portion. An example is one in which the connector inserted from the lower side of the lower tapered portion is held and maintained in a state of being separated from the first reduced diameter portion of the apparatus main body.
[0023]
As a specific example of the grip release switching mechanism, a protrusion of the sampler body, which includes a switching screw screwed into a lower end opening of the apparatus main body and can be inserted into the apparatus main body by changing the protruding length of the switching screw. Examples include adjusting the length of the column and switching between a state in which the connector is gripped by the releaser and a state in which the connector cannot be gripped.
[0024]
When the connector, releaser, and grip / release switching mechanism of the attachment / detachment device are configured as described above, the protruding column of the sampler body is inserted into the device body of the attachment / detachment device when the switching screw is loosened and protrudes downward from the device body. However, the connector is not gripped by the releaser. When the apparatus main body of the attachment / detachment apparatus is lifted in this state, the apparatus main body rises while the connector is held on the protruding column of the sampler body inside the apparatus main body of the attachment / detachment apparatus. The first gripping member fitted in is pushed into the inner peripheral side by the first reduced diameter portion of the apparatus main body, grips the protruding column of the sampler main body, and the attachment / detachment apparatus and the sampler main body are coupled. On the other hand, when the switching screw is tightened and stored in the apparatus main body, the apparatus main body of the detachable apparatus is lowered while the connector is supported on the protruding column of the sampler main body, and the connector is separated from the first reduced diameter portion of the apparatus main body. And is held by the releaser. When the device main body of the detachable device is lifted in this state, the connector rises together with the device main body while being kept separated from the first reduced diameter portion of the device main body by the releaser, and the protruding column of the sampler main body is connected to the connector. Is detached from the attachment / detachment device and the sampler main body.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, the sampler main body is propelled together with the casing pipe, and the formation layer cut into a cylindrical shape is press-fitted into the sampling pipe of the sampler main body as a soil sample, and then the detachable device is lowered into the casing pipe to lower the sampler. Since the sampler body is pulled up together with the attachment / detachment device with the casing pipe remaining in the borehole while being connected to the body, the part where the soil sample of the borehole is collected is bare hole while the sampler body is pulled up Therefore, it is possible to prevent the gravel from accumulating at the bottom of the borehole due to collapse of the inner wall of the borehole. Therefore, it is possible to save the trouble of inserting the core tube into the boring hole between the sampling operations of the soil sample and removing the gravel accumulated at the bottom of the boring hole, thereby improving the efficiency of the sampling operation.
[0051]
In addition, the bottom of the boring hole is moved by the casing pipe until the sampler body is returned to the lower end step portion of the casing pipe for the next sampling operation after the sampler body is pulled up to collect the collected soil sample. Since it is maintained in the state before pulling up, that is, the state when the previous sampling operation is completed, it is possible to collect a soil sample that is continuous with the soil sample collected in the previous sampling operation.
