Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an attachment aid used when attaching a handrail or the like, particularly a heavy handrail or the like, to a relatively low strength panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The wall surface of a building may be composed only of a relatively low-strength panel. In this case, in order to separately attach a handrail or the like to the wall surface, a mounting aid serving as a mounting base is often attached to the panel. . For example, Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 61-006221 “Fixing device mounting device” discloses a mounting aid made up of a foot member, an anchor member and a collar member. Specifically, using the flexibility of the foot member, the anchor member and the foot member are inserted into the hole in the wall in parallel with each other, and the collar member has the tubular portion positioned in the hole in the wall. The flange part of the collar member is positioned in contact with the surface of the wall, and a long fixture (bolt or screw) inserted through the hole in the collar member is engaged with the anchor member, so that the mounting aid can be attached to the inside and outside of the wall. Hold securely with.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The mounting aid of the above Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-006221 is weak against external force in the width direction compared to the longitudinal direction because the anchor member cannot be widened. However, for example, since the handrail is provided with attachment aids at regular intervals along the extending direction, sufficient attachment strength can be obtained if the anchor member is attached perpendicular to the extending direction of the handrail. However, in the mounting aid of the above Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-006221, the anchor member rotates (co-rotates) when the long fixing tool (bolt or screw) is tightened. It cannot be installed. For this reason, for handrails and the like that receive a relatively large external force, there may be more attachment aids than necessary, which is not suitable for actual use.

Therefore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 09-072318 “Attachment to a wall material of an object to be fixed and a method of attaching an object to be fixed to a wall material” uses a plurality of wall-side reinforcing members having a flexible elongated tensile member. Through the above, the wall reinforcement material is moved to the back side of the wall material, the pulling member is pulled out to the front surface side, and the wall reinforcement material is opened in a crossing manner to propose a mounting aid that eliminates the mounting directionality is doing. However, the structure becomes complicated and expensive, and in order to reliably open the back reinforcement in a cross shape, as shown in, for example, Patent No. 2903313 "Back anchor bracket", the back reinforcement (anchor A more complicated structure is required in which a torsion spring means having an urging torque of 0 (zero) when the piece is opened is interposed between the back wall reinforcing members. However, since it is impossible to confirm whether the wall-side reinforcing material or the anchor piece is open in an intersecting manner, the possibility of uncertain attachment cannot be denied. Further, the wall reinforcing material or the anchor piece must be a member obtained by drawing a thin plate in a structure that opens in a crossing manner, and a thick plate excellent in buckling strength cannot be used.
[0005]
In recent years, a urethane foam panel in which a urethane foam resin or the like is filled between a front plate and a back plate made of a thin steel plate is often used for a wall of a unit bath or the like because it is lightweight and excellent in heat insulation. This type of panel is weak against the tightening load between the front and back surfaces around the mounting hole drilled in the panel, and there is a problem that the panel is crushed when sandwiched between mounting aids, and the handrail cannot be firmly fixed. To solve this problem, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-107529 “Handrail mounting structure”, a cylindrical ring having a height dimension equal to the panel thickness is inserted into the mounting hole, and the back side mounting bracket (anchor member) and the front side mounting We have proposed a technology that will not deform the panel even if it is strongly clamped with metal fittings (color members). However, when the back side mounting bracket and the front side mounting bracket are integrated by a tension member in advance, if the back side mounting bracket is passed through the panel hole opening (mounting hole) to the back of the panel first, the ring is mounted later. I can't. In addition, there is a possibility that a ring attached in advance when the back side mounting bracket is passed through may be accidentally dropped to the back side of the wall.
[0006]
Therefore, a mounting aid that has a simple structure but has sufficient mounting strength and is securely mounted, especially suitable for panels that are sensitive to the tightening load between the front and back surfaces around the mounting hole, such as urethane foam panels. We studied for the purpose of assistive devices.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
What has been developed as a result of the study is a mounting aid used when attaching a handrail or the like to the panel. The mounting aid comprises a front side member and a back side member that are engaged through a mounting hole drilled in the panel. Two or more engaging members that extend from one side toward the other side in different positional relations are provided on the back side member that is in contact with the front side member and the front side member that is fitted in the mounting hole. By attaching the back side member at two or more locations, it is a mounting aid such as a handrail to the panel that prevents rotation (co-rotation) of the back side member accompanying a male screw such as a handrail screwed into the back side member. .
[0008]
The mounting aid of the present invention achieves the stability of temporary fixing by engaging the front side member and the back side member through the mounting hole drilled in the panel, and additionally fits the front side member to the mounting hole and fixes the position. By doing so, the position is stabilized after the mounting is completed. In the temporary fixing, two or more engaging members extending from either one to the other party in different positional relations, for example, point-symmetrical positional relations, are provided, and two front side members and two back side members are provided by the engaging members. Since they are engaged as described above, the integration of the two is ensured, and the entire mounting aid is prevented from falling through the front member fitted into the mounting hole. In addition, by engaging at two or more locations, with the front member fixed at the mounting hole as a reference, when the male screw such as a handrail is screwed into the male screw hole of the back member, ) Can be prevented, so that the back side member can be maintained in any orientation even after the attachment is completed.
[0009]
Specifically, the front side member extends from the cylindrical main body that fits into the mounting hole toward the back side member using one or more locking claws as a locking member, and the back side member passes through the mounting hole and passes through the panel. One or more tension members are extended from the main body to be inserted from the front surface to the rear surface of the panel as a locking member toward the front member. More specifically, the front side member is provided with a guide hole portion penetrating from the inner peripheral surface to the outer peripheral surface, and a step locking portion on the inner peripheral surface or the outer peripheral surface, and the back side member is provided on the panel. A male screw hole portion for screwing a male screw such as a handrail through the attachment hole and a claw receiving / engaging portion for engaging a locking claw of the front side member are provided in the locking body, and the tension member is a step locking of the front side member. A positioning step that engages the part is provided. Here, if the length of the cylindrical main body constituting the front side member is equal to the panel thickness, the cylindrical main body comes into contact with the locking main body constituting the back side member, and is tightened when a male screw such as a handrail is screwed together. Can be suppressed by the panel thickness. This eliminates unnecessary pressure on the panel due to screwing of male screws such as handrails, and even relatively low-strength panels (particularly foamed panels made of urethane resin that weaken compressive loads around the mounting holes). The mounting aid of the present invention can be used. Even in this case, the male screw such as a handrail can be sufficiently tightened, so that there is no backlash after mounting.
[0010]
In the configuration of the mounting aid, in the state where the locking body that passes through the mounting hole and is inserted from the panel surface to the panel back surface is in contact with the panel back surface, (1) the cylindrical body that constitutes the front member The locking claw extending from the back side member to the back side member is engaged with the claw receiving and locking portion of the locking body, and (2) the tension is extended from the locking body constituting the back side member toward the front side member. The positioning step of the member is engaged with a step locking portion provided on the cylindrical main body of the front side member to realize temporary fixing. Thus, since the front side member and the back side member are effectively integrated, they are not separated even if they are temporarily fixed to the panel (either the front side member or the back side member is not fixed to the panel). In this case, if a flange that contacts the panel surface is provided on the edge of the cylindrical main body constituting the front side member, the fitting depth of the cylindrical main body can be made constant, and the fixing member described later can be screwed in or driven in. The front side member or the back side member does not fall off during the fixing operation of the handrail or the like. Then, the front side member passes through the guide hole portion, and a fixing member (screw, nail or the like) is screwed or driven into the panel, whereby the attachment of the entire attachment aid to the panel is completed.
[0011]
Here, the guide hole portion is composed of a through hole that extends from the inner peripheral surface to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical main body, and a guide protrusion that extends the through hole inward from the inner peripheral surface, and the fixing member is passed through the through hole. It is only necessary to be able to be screwed or driven in a state where the (screw nail or nail) is guided and supported. By providing such a guide hole, the fixing member can be easily screwed or driven into the panel without providing a pilot hole corresponding to the panel. In this case, if the guide hole portion is provided so that the through hole is inclined with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, the through hole can be lengthened, and the guide member can be guided and supported better. Can do. Further, since the fixing member is penetrated from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical main body to the outer peripheral surface through the guide hole portion, the head of the screw or nail can be accommodated in the cylindrical main body and has a function of not projecting from the front side member. The function of hiding the head of the screw or nail prevents the fixing member from interfering with the fixing of the handrail or the like, so that the type of screw or nail that can be used as the fixing member is not limited.
[0012]
As described above, the flange provided on the end of the cylindrical main body of the front side member can easily determine the position of the mounting aid relative to the panel by the contact surface of the flange with the panel surface. However, the presence of the flange may restrict the structure of the handrail or the like in some cases. Therefore, a wedge projection that engages the inner surface of the mounting hole is provided on the tension member that extends from the locking main body of the back side member toward the front side member, and the positioning of the back side member is achieved by the engagement of the wedge projection with respect to the mounting hole of the panel. Therefore, the position of the mounting aid relative to the panel can be easily determined. Even in this case, the attachment of the mounting aid to the panel is completed by fixing the front member to the panel by the fixing member, and the positioning by the wedge projection determines the relative position of the mounting aid to the panel in the temporarily fixed state. is there.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an attachment state of the attachment aid of the present invention to the panel 1, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the attachment aid. The mounting aid of the present invention is an auxiliary member that forms a mounting base that is used when the handrail or the like 3 is screwed to the mounting hole 2 drilled in the panel 1 constituting the wall of the unit bath.
[0014]
The panel 1 of this example is a urethane foam panel in which a filler 1c made of a urethane foam resin is filled and foamed in the internal space of the surface plate 1a and the back plate 1b made of a surface-treated steel plate having a thickness of 0.5 mm or less. This urethane foam panel is often used as a wall panel for a unit bath or a storage room because of its high heat insulation effect and light weight. Therefore, a mounting aid that can be used for such a urethane foam panel is very useful.
[0015]
The attachment auxiliary tool is inserted from the front surface side of the panel 1 of the attachment hole 2 and attached to the rear surface side of the panel 1, and the locking main body 4e constituting the back side member 4 is directed to the front side member 6 through the attachment hole 2. The flexible tension member 5 is attached so as to extend, and the front side member 6 is fitted into the attachment hole 2 so that the flange 6b contacts the surface of the panel 1 of the attachment hole 2. In this example, the tension member 5 is attached separately from the back side member 4, but as will be described later, the tension member 5 may be integrated with the back side member 4 (for example, the locking body 4e) and extended toward the front side member 6. Well, both are extended.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, the locking body 4e has a strip shape whose width is smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 2 and whose length is larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 2. In this example, a surface treatment (post-plating process) is performed. ) Is used. The back side member of the present invention can also be composed of a plate material whose rigidity has been increased by drawing a thin plate as conventionally seen. However, it is preferable to use a large flat plate having a high buckling strength for mounting a handrail 3 or the like 3 that requires high safety such as a handrail. A male screw hole 4a for screwing the handrail 3 is formed in the center of the locking body 4e. In the male screw hole portion 4d of this example, since the locking main body 4e is made of a metal having a relatively large thickness, a screw groove is formed in advance on the inner surface. However, in the relatively thin metal locking body and resin locking body 14e (see FIG. 10 etc.), since it is possible to screw a male screw (tapping screw) without a thread groove, It is not necessary to provide a screw groove, and it may be a simple opening or not even an opening.
[0017]
The tension member 5 is an elongated resin strip having flexibility, and a retaining portion 5a projecting in a square shape is formed at one end. A pair of locking projections 5b and 5b are provided at a position spaced from the retaining portion 5a by a distance corresponding to the plate thickness of the locking body 4e. The tension member 5 is passed through a rectangular insertion hole 4b provided in the locking body 4e, and the locking body 4e is sandwiched between the retaining portion 5a and the locking projections 5b and 5b, so that the back side member 4 and the front side member 6 are sandwiched. It integrates with the back side member 4 so that it may extend toward. A stepped positioning step 5c is formed in the middle of the tension member 5, and a handle portion 5d is formed by bending the tip from the tip side to the side in a substantially perpendicular direction. The handle portion 5d serves as a handle when the back side member 4 integrated with the tension member 5 is inserted from the attachment hole 2 into the back surface of the panel 1. Moreover, the part bent like the handle part 5d of this example becomes a catch with respect to the attachment hole 2, and fulfill | performs the function which prevents the fall of the back side member 4 to the panel 1 back surface.
[0018]
The front side member 6 is formed by integrally molding a cylindrical main body 6a having an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of the mounting hole 2 by resin molding, and a flange 6b protruding from one end edge of the cylindrical main body 6a. is doing. The locking piece 6c protrudes from the other end edge of the cylindrical main body 6a. When the cylindrical main body 6a is fitted into the mounting hole 2, the claw receiving and locking portion 4c provided on the locking main body 4e of the back side member 4 is provided. Insert into. The locking claw 6d is provided on the side surface of the locking piece 6c, engages with the back surface of the locking body 4e after passing the claw receiving locking portion 4c, and the locking body together with the other end edge of the cylindrical body 6a of the front member 6. 4e is clamped and integration with the front side member 6 and the back side member 4 is aimed at.
[0019]
The cylindrical main body 6a of the front member 6 is provided with a fitting groove 6e in the length direction on the outer peripheral surface. The fitting groove 6e has a function of fitting the tension member 5 to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical main body 6a and positioning the back side member 4 in the rotational direction with respect to the front side member 6. The tension member 5 thus fitted in the fitting groove 6e further locks the positioning step 5c to the step locking portion 6f formed by a notch provided from the cylindrical main body 6a to the flange 6b continuously to the fitting groove 6e. Then, the handle portion 5d on the other end side is projected from the panel 1 surface side. The step locking portion 6f only needs to be able to lock the positioning step 5c, and a structural notch is not essential. Also, the positional relationship between the engaging position of the front side member 6 and the back side member 4 by the locking piece 6c and the engaging position of the front side member 6 and the back side member 4 by the tension member 5 is as different as possible, for example, as in this example. By arranging in a point-symmetrical positional relationship, the front side member 6 and the back side member 4 can be stably temporarily fixed.
[0020]
The guide hole 6g is provided in a guide protrusion 6h provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical main body 6a, and is inclined obliquely in the axial direction from the panel 1 front side to the panel 1 back side from the guide protrusion 6h toward the outer peripheral surface. It consists of a through hole 6i. The fixing member (screw or nail) 7 is inserted into the guide hole 6g from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical main body 6a, the guide projection 6h to the outer peripheral surface, and penetrates from the mounting hole 2 to the rear surface of the panel 1 so that the panel 1 The front side member 6 is fixed in position with respect to the mounting aid. In order to punch out the fixing member 7, the locking body 4e of the back member 4 is provided with a passage hole 4d (idiot hole) through which the tip of the fixing member 7 penetrating the panel 1 is escaped. When penetrating outside, the passage hole may be omitted.
[0021]
3 to 7 are longitudinal sectional views showing a procedure for attaching the attachment aid to the panel 1. The back side member 4 previously attached to the tension member 5 is inserted into the attachment hole 2 in a state where the tension member 5 is bent near the base (FIG. 3). For example, when the handle 5d of the tension member 5 is held by hand and the back side member 4 is pushed in, the tension member 5 returns to a straight state when the back side member 4 is pulled out to the back side of the panel 1, and the back side member 4 is moved to the panel 1. (Fig. 4). Subsequently, while pulling the handle portion 5d of the tension member 5, the cylindrical body 6a side of the front side member 6 is inserted into the mounting hole 2 (FIG. 5). At this time, the tension member 5 is fitted into the fitting groove 6e of the front side member 6, and is pushed in while inserting the tip of the locking piece 6c into the claw receiving locking portion 4c provided on the locking body 4e of the back side member 4. .
[0022]
When the front side member 6 is further pushed in, the locking claw 6d of the locking piece 6c passes through the claw receiving locking portion 4c of the back side member 4 and locks to the back surface of the locking main body 4e. Engages with the step engaging portion 6f of the cylindrical main body 6a. At the same time, the edge of the cylindrical main body 6a hits the back member 4, and the flange 6b comes into contact with the surface of the panel 1 around the mounting hole 2 to complete the temporary fixing of the mounting aid (FIG. 6). In this temporarily fixed state, there is no possibility that the mounting aid is detached from the panel 1 any more, and therefore, the excess portion protruding to the panel 1 surface side of the tension member 5 may be cut off.
[0023]
Finally, the fixing member 7 inserted through the guide hole 6g and penetrating into the back plate 1b is driven in until it passes through the passage hole 4d of the locking body 4e to fix the front side member 6 to the panel 1, and the front side The position of the member 6 is fixed (FIG. 7). In this way, the attachment work of the attachment aid to the attachment hole 2 is completed. As described above, the fixing member 7 does not necessarily have to pass through the passage hole 4d provided in the locking body 4e. However, when the fixing member 7 is passed through the passage hole 4d provided in the locking body 4e as in this example, the engaging members (the locking piece 6c and the tension member 5) of the front side member 6 and the back side member 4 are broken. In this case, the engagement between the fixing member 7 and the passage hole 4d is expected to prevent rotation (co-rotation) of the back side member 4 due to tightening of the male screw 3c (see FIG. 8) when the handrail 3 is attached. it can.
[0024]
FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state where the handrail 3 or the like 3 is attached to the fixing tool. The handrail 3 in this example is a handrail in which the grip bar 3a extends in the vertical direction. The attachment procedure is as follows. First, a male screw 3c passed through a disk-shaped base 3b having a screw groove on the outer periphery is screwed into a male screw hole portion 4a provided in a locking body 4e of a back side member 4 viewed through the mounting hole 2 to the surface of the panel 1 The base 3b is fixed to. Next, a union nut 3d provided at the end of the grip bar 3a is screwed into the base 3b. A female screw is engraved on the inner surface of the union nut 3d. In order to prevent water from entering the mounting hole 2, a waterproof packing 3 e may be interposed between the union nut 3 d and the panel 1.
[0025]
As described above, when the mounting aid of the present invention is used for a urethane foam panel, it exhibits an effect of obtaining sufficient mounting strength without damaging the panel. The same effect can be obtained for inorganic panels such as boards and particle boards and other panels. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing another mounting aid of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a mounting state to the panel 1. In this example, the back side member 14 is a resin molded product, and the tension member 15 is molded integrally with the locking body 14e. In addition, the back-side member 14 of the present example enables insertion into the mounting hole 2 while making the locking body 14e wider than the mounting hole 2 and improving the load resistance strength in the longitudinal direction. Specifically, two fold grooves 14f in the longitudinal direction of the locking body 14e are provided. The thin-walled portion remaining by the folding groove 14f functions as a hinge so that the locking main body 14e can be folded when inserted into the mounting hole 2 (in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 9). When the back side member 14 is inserted into the mounting hole 2 of the panel 1, the tension member 15 is first bent in the direction of arrow A, and then both sides of the back side member 14 are folded in the direction of arrow B. And it inserts in the attachment hole 2 from the arrow C direction.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 10, the front side member 16 is temporarily fixed to the panel 1 in the same manner as in the above example, and then driven by the fixing member 7 to prevent rotation. The front side member 16 of this example is not provided with a flange, but instead is provided with a wedge projection 15e that protrudes outward in the radial direction from a tension member 15 extending from the back side member. The wedge protrusions 15e are provided at an interval slightly larger than the thickness of the back plate 1b of the panel 1 from the locking body 14e, and are pushed outward in the radial direction by the insertion of the front member 16 to fill the filler 1c of the panel 1 The back plate 1b is sandwiched between the rear member 14 and the panel 1 with respect to the panel 1. Thus, since the back side member 14 aims at positioning with respect to the panel 1, the flange of the front side member 16 becomes unnecessary, and the protrusion part to the panel 1 surface can be eliminated. Such a flange-free front member 16 is suitable for fixing a handrail 3 or the like having a flat mounting surface as illustrated. In addition, the male screw hole portion 14a, the claw receiving and locking portion 14c and the passage hole 14d of the back side member 14, the positioning step 15c of the tension member 15, the handle portion 15d, and the cylindrical body 16a of the front side member 16 and the locking piece Since 16c, the locking claw 16d, the fitting groove 16e, the step locking portion 16f, and the guide hole portion 16g have the same functions as in the above example, description thereof is omitted.
[0027]
The back side member 14 of this example is provided with a pair of left and right male screw holes 14a, and is gripped by tightening the tip of a male screw 3c for fixing the handrail 3 to the male screw holes 14a and 14a. In this structure, the mounting portion at the end of the bar 3a is directly screwed. In the left-side mounting structure in FIG. 10, the front side member 16 having the locking piece 16c removed by a tool or the like is inserted into the mounting hole 2 to prevent the panel 1 from being crushed by fixing the handrail 3 or the like. Since the back-side member 14 of this example is made of a resin locking body 14e, it is not necessary to prescribe a screw groove in the male screw hole portion 14a, and a male screw 3b (for example, a tapping screw) is directly screwed into a simple opening. The male screw 3b may be screwed directly into the locking main body 14e that does not penetrate or has an opening. This means that it is possible to omit the threading operation which requires man-hours, and brings about an effect of reducing the manufacturing cost.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
The mounting aid of the present invention is such that the front side member and the back side member are opposed to each other with the panel interposed therebetween, and both are engaged with the front side member by engagement with two or more engaging members, in the above example, the locking piece and the tension member. By temporarily fixing the back side member integrally, and further fixing the position of the front side member with respect to the panel, the position fixing as a stable mounting aid after mounting of a handrail or the like is also realized. As described above, the attachment assisting tool of the present invention has a simple structure and configuration of the member, but has a sufficient attachment strength after temporary fixing as described above. In addition, the temporary fixing prevents relative rotation of the front side member and the back side member, and there is an advantage that the front side member and the back side member can be attached to the panel in an arbitrary direction. Such an advantage is particularly effective in providing a mounting aid that can be used for a panel that is weak against the tightening load between the front and back surfaces around the mounting hole, such as a urethane foam panel.
