従来、車輌用風向調整装置のケース体とグリル体の組付け構造は、例えば実公平7−40919号に開示されている。
この構造は図6に示す如く、車輌のインストルメントパネルに固着されるケース体10の吹出口に風向き調整する為、所定角度回動可能に軸支されるグリル体11を押し込み、支軸に対して軸受部の吹出口と直交する軸線に沿うガイド溝13で案内して支軸を軸孔に嵌合させていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術に於て図5の如く、グリル体11の巾aがケース体10の吹出口の巾bと等しいか僅かに大きくして、意匠上、一体的に見え、風向き調整性能を向上させた風向調整装置では、ガイド溝13が吹出口と直交する軸線に沿っていると、吹出口及びグリル体に傷がつくという問題が発生した。
また、グリル体11が僅かに大きい場合には、一体ケースには前側から組付けできないのでケース体を2分割しなければならないという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、ケース体吹出口対向内面中央にグリル体支軸を突設し、グリル体を前記支軸を中心に、ケース体吹出口に対して回転軸中心に斜状に回動させた状態で吹出口に挿入する如くし、ケース体支軸に嵌合するガイド溝を挿入方向に沿ってグリル体対向外面に形成するとともに、前記ガイド溝奥にグリル体支軸に嵌合する嵌合孔を形成し、グリル体の幅がケース体の吹出口幅より大きいことを特徴とする。

【作用】
本発明は、グリル体をケース体の吹出口に組み付ける際、グリル体を回動軸を中心に吹出口に対して斜状に回動してグリル体対向外面に挿入方向に沿って形成したガイド溝をケース体対向内面の突軸に押し込み、ガイド溝奥に形成した嵌合孔を支軸に嵌合してグリル体を吹出口に合致するように回動したので、図4の如く、グリル体3の挿入方向に対する巾寸法cは、支軸を中心にケース体吹出口に対して斜状に回動させた分小さくなり、グリル体3の巾aがケース体10の吹出口巾bより大きくても、前側から組み付けができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態を図1、図2、図3に示した一実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
1はケース体、2は吹出口である。3は該吹出口2に挿入するグリル体で、このグリル体の横方向の外巾はケース体の吹出口の横方向内巾と略等しくなっている。ケース体1の吹出口2近傍内面上下中央部には支軸4が突設されている。グリル体3は回動軸O−O中心に吹出口に対して斜状に回動した状態で吹出口2に挿入する如くし、外面上下中央部には挿入方向に沿ってガイド溝5を形成してある。6はガイド溝5奥に形成した支軸4への嵌合孔である。

次に取り付け方法について説明する。
グリル体3を回転軸O−Oを中心にケース体1の吹出口2に対して図4の如く斜状に回動し、対向外面のガイド溝5がケース体対向内面の支軸4に向うようにし、そのまゝグリル体を押し込みガイド溝5を支軸4に嵌合する位置に移動させ、嵌合孔6を支軸4に嵌合し、次いでグリル体3を吹出口2と合致する位置11aに回動させる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によると、ケース体吹出口対向内面中央にグリル体支軸を突設し、グリル体を前記支軸を中心に、ケース体吹出口に対して回転軸中心に斜状に回動させた状態で吹出口に挿入する如くし、ケース体支軸に嵌合するガイド溝を挿入方向に沿ってグリル体対向外面に形成するとともに、前記ガイド溝奥にグリル体支軸に嵌合する嵌合孔を形成してあり、又、グリル体3の挿入方向に対する巾寸法cは、支軸を中心にケース体吹出口に対して斜状に回動させた分小さくなり、グリル体3の巾aがケース体10の吹出口巾bより大きくても、前側から組み付けができるので組み付けが容易であり、組み付け時に吹出口に傷がつく恐れが少ない。
