Claims (6)

歯槽骨又は顎骨(6)の吸収(退縮、萎縮)が生じて人工歯根の埋込みが困難な場合に、骨量の増加を図り歯槽骨又は顎骨の延長を行う目的で、治療部の歯槽骨又は顎骨を治療用カッター等にて切断(7D)し分割して、対応する切断部に用いる延長具に於いて、
イ)固定板付/スリップナット(10)は、ナット(2)と筒付固定板(3)の組合せの一体化でナットと筒付固定板の回動は自由である。
ロ)ナット(2)とネジ(1)とは螺合するが、ネジの端面は歯槽骨又は顎骨(6A)の分割の受部となり、他方の歯槽骨又は顎骨(6B)にはネジ(1)が貫通している。
ハ)固定板付/スリップナット(10)のプレートA(3A)は、歯槽骨又は顎骨の端面の形状になじませた形状に成形することが可能である
ニ)ビス(5)はプレートA(3A)の孔(3C)に通し歯槽骨又は顎骨にねじ込んで用いる。
以上の部品から構成されたことを特徴とする歯槽骨又は顎骨の延長具。
