BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a camouflaged net connecting member that can quickly connect and spread to a military camouflaged object and can quickly dismantle the camouflaged net that is being used when deployed, and a connecting camouflage network comprising the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a plurality of camouflage nets are connected with looped strings ( exact fair 6-24597 ), and a male metal fitting is attached to one camouflage net and a female metal fitting is attached to the other camouflage net at regular intervals. It was. However, the connection with the string takes a long time to attach, and it takes time because the string loop does not come off smoothly when disassembling.
[0003]
On the other hand, the method of connecting the male and female fittings (see Fig. 3) shortens the expansion and disassembly time, but if the male and female meshing is weakened, it may come off when the camouflage net is tensioned by wind or the like. When the meshing is made hard, it is difficult to come off even if it is pulled to try to open quickly, and there is a problem that it takes time to dismantle.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the background of such technology, the present invention is intended to provide a camouflaged net connecting member and a connecting camouflaged net that are simple to operate, easily connect and expand, and can be disassembled more quickly without disconnection during use. is there.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention employs the following means.
[0006]
That is, impersonation network connection member of the present invention, teeth of the male and female is attached to the base material constitute a fastener for connecting the fitting of the tooth portion, the substrate may have a hook for attaching the impersonation network The connecting camouflage net of the present invention is configured using such a camouflage net connecting member, that is, a plurality of camouflage nets are attached to the base material of the fastener. The hooks are connected to each other by hooks.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a method for connecting and dismantling a plurality of camouflaged nets with a device that can be operated relatively easily and quickly has been intensively studied. This has been achieved.
[0008]
That is, when deploying a plurality of camouflage nets, it is optimal because one side of the camouflage net is connected to a hook attached to a fastener, and when it is dispatched, it can be quickly disassembled by pulling and opening a fastener fitting.
[0009]
A fastener is a jig that attaches male and female teeth to a base material, and connects and connects the teeth. The fastener includes a metal and a plastic one. There are two types, either of which can be adopted, but plastic is preferable from the viewpoint of weight reduction and durability (rust). Further, in the anti-radar wave (microwave) camouflage network, since the reflection is strong when made of metal, a plastic wave that does not reflect the radar wave, that is, does not contain metal or a conductive substance, is preferably used.
[0010]
As such plastic, at least one selected from nylon, polyester and polyacetal is adopted, and among them, polyacetal which is hard and strong against chemicals, water and low temperature is most preferably used.
[0011]
The size of such fasteners is NO. 6-12 are preferably employed, but more preferably NO. The thing of 9-10 size is good. Fastener NO. 5 or less, the strength is weak, lacks durability, and fastener NO. Those of 13 or more are not preferable because they are heavy and bulky.
[0012]
Such a fastener is preferably a top-open type that can be opened from both sides and can be opened and closed with a low tensile force. Furthermore, in order to make opening and closing easy, it is also possible to use a fastener whose surface is processed with a slippery substance (resin) such as paraffin or fluorine.
[0013]
Next, a hook may be attached to the base material (tape) of the fastener, and a camouflage net may be directly attached. Preferably, a cover fabric, for example, a smooth thin fabric is attached to the base material, and a tank is formed thereon. By spreading and disassembling a camouflaged net on an object to be camouflaged, such as a camouflage object, it is preferable to protect the projections of the camouflaged object, for example, important members such as an antenna, and it is difficult to catch and can be smoothly operated. Such a cover fabric can also be used as a heat insulating fabric for an engine or an exhaust muffler. For example, it can be camouflaged from a far-infrared exploration device by covering a high-temperature heating portion such as an engine.
[0014]
Such a cover fabric is preferably made with a calendar process, a silicon process or the like so as to be smoother and prevent the water absorption function, thereby preventing an increase in weight and providing an excellent handleability. can do.
[0015]
The fabric width of such a cover fabric depends on the size and surface form of the object to be camouflaged, i.e., if the width is narrow, it does not serve as a cover material or heat insulation fabric, and if it is too wide, it becomes bulky and difficult to handle. Preferably about 0.5-2.0 m, more preferably 0.5-1.0 m is preferably employed.
[0016]
The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0021]
Example 1
Injection molded fastener NO. Made of polyacetal resin. No. 10 (manufactured by YKK) was used, and a nylon resin hook having a length of 3 cm and a curvature of 1.5 cm was sewn to the fastener tape portion at an interval of 50 cm. A pair of camouflage net connecting members having a length of 21 m was made by sewing a 1 m wide plain fabric made of 100 denier polyester yarn dyed in dark green to the fastener. This connecting member was hung at the center in the longitudinal direction of the helicopter, then a 5.1 × 5.1 m camouflaged net was sequentially attached to the hook, the camouflaged nets were connected with a string, and the hem was fixed to the ground. Subsequently, the camouflage net was lifted and extended by a column with a tip at the disk. The time required for this extension was 15 minutes, which was shorter than the conventional method.
[0022]
In addition, when the camouflage property was investigated with a visible, infrared, and radar probe from a
[0023]
Next, the camouflage net was dismantled to dispatch the helicopter. First, by pulling the string attached to the fastener opening and closing jig from the bottom, the camouflage net is divided into two parts from the center part in the vertical direction, falls down on both sides of the helicopter together with the support, and can be dispatched quickly. I came.
[0024]
Example 2
Using the same fastener as in Example 1, the polyester fabric was dyed and finished, and then calendered to smooth the surface. One side of this woven fabric was silicon-processed to obtain a smooth and thin fabric with no water absorption. Using this fabric, the camouflage net was stretched for one day in the rain, but it did not increase in weight due to water absorption, and slipping was good.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, a camouflaged network can be quickly connected and extended to military objects such as tanks, and the camouflaged network in use can be quickly disassembled when deployed.
