Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a window opening frame structure, and more particularly to a window opening frame structure made of a wood-based plastic applied to a house or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a sash frame is fixed to the periphery of a window opening of a house or the like, and a window opening frame is fixed to the inside of the window opening. Many of such sash frames are generally integrally molded from aluminum from the viewpoint of durability and hermeticity.
[0003]
However, such a conventional sash frame made of aluminum is easy to transfer heat, so that the heat of warm air on the indoor side is easily transferred to the outdoor side in winter and the high temperature on the outdoor side in summer. The outside temperature of was easy to be transmitted indoors. As a result, even when air conditioning is performed in a residential room, heat is easily conducted from the periphery of the window opening, and in some cases, air conditioning efficiency may be affected.
[0004]
Therefore, from this point of view, conventionally, a sash body disposed on the periphery of a window opening / closing body capable of opening and closing a window opening and a sash frame for housing the window opening / closing body are formed by a metal mold material such as aluminum and extrusion molding. A sash structure formed by engaging the formed resin mold material has also been proposed.
However, in the sash structure using such a conventional resin mold material, it is still very different from the texture and appearance of natural wood, so the artificial feeling is not lost and the appearance quality is improved. Was also scarce.
[0005]
On the other hand, the present applicant has applied for PCT JP94 / 00351 (International Publication Number: WO94 / 20280) as a technique related to a wood-like molded product. In other words, this technology is related to “cellulosic fine particles, wood-like molded products and wood-like products”, and is a powder obtained by grinding a pulverized powder obtained by pulverizing a cellulose material as a raw material to increase the bulk specific gravity. A fixed particle by fixing a surface particle smaller in diameter and harder than the particle on the outer peripheral surface of the particle, and mixing and melting the resin and pigment in the fixed particle, and thereafter or simultaneously with melting It is molded into a desired shape by extrusion molding or injection molding .
[0006]
When molded in this way, it is possible to provide various wood-like products having a pattern very close to the grain of natural wood on the surface and having a hand feeling and the like close to natural wood.
Furthermore, with regard to general wood-based plastics including technologies related to the above wood-like molded products, so-called wood plastics, materials that would normally be incinerated, such as wood scraps and sawdust, as cellulosic materials to be included in the resin. Since it can be used, it is excellent as an environmentally friendly technology, and can be widely applied to various residential parts such as floor boards, stair railings, stair treads, and sash frame interior sides.
[0007]
Since such a wood-like molded product has a pattern close to natural grain, when the wood-like molded product is applied to a sash frame, a sash frame having excellent appearance quality can be formed.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0009]
[0010]
Accordingly, the technical problem of the invention described in claim 1 is that it is attached to a window opening of a building having an appearance that is excellent in appearance quality from the inside and outside of the room and that is close to a natural grain, and that is easy to construct. It is to provide a frame structure .
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For such technical problems solved, in the invention of claim 1 wherein, the sash body 20 disposed in the window opening and closing member 15 periphery capable of opening and closing the window opening 11, the window opening and closing member 15 a sash frame 10 for accommodating, and a window opening frame 35 disposed on the interior side edge of the window opening 11 a compartment side 32 of the sash frame 10, the sash body 20 and the sash frame 10 metallic material and extrusion resin molding material which is formed by is formed by engaging the said resin mold member 13 located on the interior side of the sash body 20, is disposed on the interior 32 side of the sash frame 10 The shoji frame portion 23 and the window opening frame 35 made of a resin mold are made of a wood-like molded product formed by spraying an inorganic substance around powder particles formed by mixing a pulverized powder of a cellulosic material with a resin and a pigment. It is composed of a resin type material The window opening frame 35 is formed to be harder than the wood-like molded product forming the shoji frame portion 23, and the window opening frame 35 includes the indoor peripheral edge and the indoor side of the window opening. The base 51, 52 fixed to the building housing 19 at the wraparound portion, and the surface side 45, 48 engaged and fixed to the indoor side surface of the base 51, 52, and when the window is closed, The resin mold part 13 located on the indoor side of the sash body 20, the shoji frame part 23 located on the indoor side of the sash frame 10 , and the surface side parts 45 and 48 of the window opening frame 35 are mutually connected from the indoor 32 side. It is configured to be continuously expected.
[0012]
The above-mentioned “cellulosic material” corresponds to sawdust, rice straw, bacus and the like in addition to natural wood. The “inorganic substance” corresponds to titanium oxide, ferrite, aluminum, nickel, silver, ceramic, calcium carbonate, and the like. The “pigment” is a colored pigment, for example, an inorganic pigment such as iron oxide, cadmium yellow, or carbon black.
[0013]
Since such a pigment is used to color the resin itself, not only the surface but also the inside is formed so as to exhibit a wood grain pattern. As a result, even if the surface of the wood-like molded product is repeatedly brought into contact with other members and worn, the wood grain pattern on the surface does not disappear, and a good wood grain pattern appearance can be maintained .
