本発明は、粘度の比較的高いクリーム状の内容物を、手動ポンプを利用して注出する注出容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
クリーム状内容物を、手動ポンプを利用して注出するこの種の注出容器の従来技術として、有底筒状の容器本体に、該容器本体の内底に向けて吸上開口をもつ吸上げパイプを連結したポンプ機構を設け、前記容器本体内に、該吸上げパイプに対して摺動可能に挿通し、内容物の吸い上げにともなって、内容物の液面に密着して吸上げパイプに沿って移動する押え蓋を設けたものが知られている。

この押え蓋は、容器本体内の内容物が、流動性の悪いクリーム状物であるため、その吸い上げに伴って、吸上げパイプの吸上開口が位置する下端から内容物の上面に至る空孔が吸上げパイプの周囲に形成され、その結果、この空孔を通過した空気の混入により、内容物の円滑な注出が阻害されてしまうことを防止するためのものである。押え蓋で、内容物の上面を押えることにより、手動ポンプの内容物の吸い上げに伴う負圧の影響を、内容物全体に均一に作用させ、これにより内容物の吸い上げに伴う負圧が内容物の一部に偏って作用することにより形成される空孔の発生を阻止して、内容物の良好な注出動作を維持する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、クリーム状内容物を充填した注出容器が、輸送途中等において傾倒状態となった場合、吸上げパイプに密摺接しているシール片のみでは、吸上げパイプに対する押え蓋の傾斜を防止できず、吸上げパイプに対して押え蓋が傾斜して、蓋板と容器本体の内壁との隙間が大きくなり、この隙間から粘度の大きいクリーム状の内容物が蓋板を越えて押え蓋の上部に流動する、と云う問題がある。

内容物が、流動性の悪いクリーム状物であるがゆえに、一度蓋板を越えて押え蓋よりも上部に流動してしまうと、傾倒状態の注出容器を起立させても、内容物が押え蓋の上部に留まったまま下部には戻らず、内容物が押え蓋の上部に残存したまま、内容物を最後まで使い切ることができない、と云う問題がある。

また、蓋板を越えて押え蓋の上部に流動した粘度の高い内容物は、注出容器を起立させても下部に戻らないため、押え蓋と内容物との間に空孔が発生して、押え蓋が傾斜した状態のままとなり、傾斜した押え蓋では、内容物の上面全域を略均一に押圧することができないため、内容物の吸い上げに伴って発生する不均一な負圧が内容物の上面に偏って作用し、流動性の悪い内容物の円滑な注出が阻害される、と云う問題を生じる。

そこで、本発明は、上述の問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、手動ポンプを有する容器本体内に内容物の押え蓋を設けた注出容器において、軟質弾性材製のシールリングの形状を保持するとともに、押え蓋の傾斜を防止することを技術的課題とし、もって粘度の大きいクリーム状内容物を最後まで円滑かつ確実に注出できる注出容器を提供することを目的とする。

上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項1記載の発明の手段は、
