本発明は、長期的及び短期的な体型変化がズボンやスカート等の衣類に及ぼす影響を緩和するウエストサイズの調整具に関する。

【従来の技術】
長期間にわたる体型変化だけでなく、屈伸運動の最中や食事の前後でウエストサイズは微妙に変化する。鉤ホックと受止め具が調整不能のとき、胴回りには締まり過ぎまたは弛み過ぎとして現れ、不快感を与える。これを避けるため、ズボンやスカートでは、腰回りに弾力性を付与する目的で、ゴム等の弾性体を組み込んだり、スプリングを内蔵して伸縮させ、調整機能を付与した鉤ホックを使用することがある。

スプリングを内蔵した鉤ホックの先行技術として、例えば特開2000−50913号と特開2001−87010号がある。両先願に示されている鉤ホックは、構成材の鉤ホック主体と鉤ホック基体とが圧縮スプリングを介して接続され、鉤ホック主体が鉤ホック基体上を圧縮スプリングの力でスライドするため、微調整が可能である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、衣類のウエスト部分を切り込んで形成した重なり部分の片面内側に配置したガイドレールと、前記ガイドレールと衣類との接合部分の間に設定されたゴムバンドと、前記ガイドレール上をスライド可能で、特定の位置で係止可能であると共に、前記重なり部分の他方の面に繋がれているバックルとからなることを特徴とするウエストサイズの二段階調整具である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、ズボンやスカート等に使用する大調整部分と微調整部分からなるウエストサイズの二段階調整具であって、開閉部とは別に一部を切り込み形成した重なり部分に装着する。重なり部分は通常、左右両側部に設けるとバランスがよく、調整範囲を拡げるが、一方でも効果がある。

バックルはガイドレール上の特定の位置で係止可能であれば、どのような構造のものでもよい。例えば、特開平11−229220号、特開平11−247012号、特開2001−146619、特開2001−11719などに示されている発明を使用することができる。

以下、添付の図面に基づき、本発明の実施例を説明する。

図1は腰回りの一部を切り込んで重なり部分を形成したズボン上端の側面図である。図2は、図1のズボンの重なり部分を引き離したウエストサイズの二段階調整具の斜視図で、外側から見たものである。図3は同状態を内側(着用者側)から見たものである。

図1のように、ズボン1の重なり部分2と3の対向する面に、ウエストサイズの二段階調整具5を取付ける。二段階調整具5はガイドレール6の一部が外側から見える程度で、その他の部分は重なり部分2に隠れる。図2、3では、図1の重なり部分2と3の間を意図的に拡げて、二段階調整具の構成材の状態を示している。

ズボン1の腰回りに作られた重なり部分3に、ガイドレール6を渡し両端10をズボン上端に糸で縫いつけて固定する。ガイドレール6は、内面に上下二段階に整列させた四角形の突起8を多数形成したガイドレール本体7と、ズボンと同材料の被覆材9からなる。ガイドレール6と両端の固定部10の間にゴムバンド24が設定されている。図示(図2)の例ではゴムバンド24はガイドレール6と左端固定部10の1箇所に設けているが、ガイドレール6と左右端部固定部10の2箇所でもよい。

図3に示すように、ガイドレール6は、突起8を内側に向けた状態でバックル11の中を貫通している。バックル11は、ズボン1の腰回りに作られた他方の重なり部分2の上端かつ左端に金具12のかしめ又は打ち込みにより強固に一体化されている。

前記ゴムバンド24は、適度な初期張力をもたらすように設定されるので、ウエストサイズが弛むときにはガイドレール6上のバックル11を引っ張り動かす。これによりウエストサイズの自動的な微調整が可能となる。

図示のバックル11は、上下に設けたボタン11aを押すことにより、位置固定が解除され、ガイドレールに沿って移動可能となり、ボタン11aを離すことにより、その位置でガイドレールに固定される種類のものである。これによりウエストサイズの大調整が可能となる。

【発明の効果】
二段階調整具は腰回りに通常二組(左右側部)配置するので、従来技術欄で紹介した鉤ホックに比べサイズ調整能力を格段に向上した。肥満等で起る長期的体型変化を大調整部分が負担し、屈伸運動中や食事の前後で起こる短期的体型変化を微調整部分が負担する。従って、本発明の二段階調整具付き衣類は、購入前後でのサイズの選択と対応の幅を拡げるだけでなく、着用時の快適さを一段と向上させる。

本発明のウエストサイズの二段階調整具から得られる効果をまとめると次のようである。
(1)二段階調整具を腰回りに二個使用したズボンやスカートは、市販の一サイズがカバーする範囲を著しく拡大した。
(2)二段階調整具の大部分は合わせ部内に隠れ、大きな調整能力にも関わらず外観を損なうことがほとんどない。
(3)大きな調整能力にも関わらず軽く嵩張らないので、使用時に不快感を伴うことがない。
(4)二段階調整具付きのズボンやスカートを着用した後、微調整の効き具合がよくない時、着用したままで大調整を簡単に再実施できる。
