【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ケーキ等の菓子類や漬物類、肉類等を詰めた箱状物を収容してこれを水平状態で安全に持ち運ぶ等の際に用いて便宜である把手付き袋体に関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ケーキ等の菓子類や漬物類、肉類、ピザ等を詰めた箱状物を袋に収容して持ち帰る際には、箱内に納められているケーキ等が偏って変形しないように、又、漬物や肉類等を納めた箱状物から汁が漏れる恐れのある場合は、汁漏れを生じさせないように注意しながら箱状物を水平状態にして安全に持ち帰れることが要求される。

本発明は、かかる要求に応じ得る把手付き袋体の提供を課題とするものであり、更に進んで、これらの箱状物等の物品を袋に収容した状態で把手が持ちやすい把手付き袋体、又、袋体内への物品の収容が容易である把手付き袋体、加えて、保温性にも優れる把手付き袋体の提供を課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本発明は以下の手段を採用する。
即ち、本発明に係る把手付き袋体の第１の態様は、表面部と裏面部との間に物品を収容可能となされ且つ物品の出し入れ口が左右方向の一端側に設けられた袋体の表面部の外面に第１の把手が設けられると共に該袋体の裏面部の外面に第２の把手が設けられた把手付き袋体であって、前記出し入れ口は、袋体の前記一端側の部分を表側に折り曲げることによって閉じられる如くなされている。そして、前記第１の把手は、前記袋体の表側に配置され且つその基端部が前記表面部の外面に取着される共に、前記第２の把手は、前記袋体の裏側に配置され且つその基端部が前記裏面部の外面に取着されており、前記一端側の部分を表側に折り曲げた状態で前記第２の把手が表側に配置される如くなし、前記出し入れ口を通して前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で、前記第１の把手の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手の先側をなす把手部とが把手を形成するようになされている。又、前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で前記裏面部の一端側の部分を表側に折り曲げたときに、該袋体の左右部分が、内方に向け斜め上方に立ち上がる立壁部分を形成する如くなされており、前記第１の把手の基端部と前記第２の把手の基端部が、該左右の立壁部分に取着されており、前記出し入れ口を通して前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で、前記第１の把手の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手の先側をなす把手部が、該第１の把手と第２の把手の弾力性によって、内方に向け斜め上方に突出する如くなされていることを特徴とするものである。

本発明に係る把手付き袋体の第２の態様は、表面部と裏面部との間に物品を収容可能となされ且つ物品の出し入れ口が左右方向の両端側に設けられた袋体の裏面部の外面の左右側に第１の把手と第２の把手が設けられた把手付き袋体であって、前記出し入れ口は、前記裏面部の左右端側の部分を表側に折り曲げることによって閉じられる如くなされている。そして、前記第１の把手と第２の把手は、逆方向に突出する状態で前記袋体の裏側に配置され且つその基端部が前記裏面部の外面に取着されており、前記左右端側の部分を表側に折り曲げた状態で前記第１の把手と第２の把手が表側に配置される如くなし、前記出し入れ口を通して前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で、前記第１の把手の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手の先側をなす把手部とが把手を形成するようになされている。又、前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で前記裏面部の左右端側の部分を表側に折り曲げたときに、該袋体の左右部分が、内方に向け斜め上方に立ち上がる立壁部分を形成する如くなされており、前記第１の把手の基端部と前記第２の把手の基端部が、該左右の立壁部分に取着されており、前記出し入れ口を通して前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で、前記第１の把手の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手の先側をなす把手部が、該第１の把手と第２の把手の弾力性によって、内方に向け斜め上方に突出する如くなされていることを特徴とするものである。

又本発明に係る把手付き袋体の第３の態様は、表面部と裏面部との間に物品を収容可能となされた袋体の該裏面部の外面の左右側に第１の把手と第２の把手が設けられた把手付き袋体であって、該袋体は、前記裏面部を形成する裏面シート部の前後側縁に、該裏面部に載置された物品を前後側から覆う前後の表面シート部を連設し、該前後の表面シート部が前記表面部を形成する如くなされている。そして、前記第１の把手と第２の把手は、逆方向に突出する状態で前記袋体の裏側に配置され且つその基端部が前記裏面部の外面に取着されており、前記前後の表面シート部を前記物品に被せると共に、前記裏面部の左右端側の部分を表側に折り曲げた状態で前記第１の把手と第２の把手が表側に配置される如くなし、前記第１の把手の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手の先側をなす把手部とが把手を形成するようになされている。又、前記前後の表面シート部を前記裏面部に載置された物品に被せると共に、前記裏面部の左右端側の部分を表側に折り曲げて該物品を袋体に収容したときに、該袋体の左右部分が、内方に向け斜め上方に立ち上がる立壁部分を形成する如くなされており、前記第１の把手の基端部と前記第２の把手の基端部が、該左右の立壁部分に取着されており、前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で、前記第１の把手の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手の先側をなす把手部が、該第１の把手と第２の把手の弾力性によって、内方に向け斜め上方に突出する如くなされていることを特徴とするものである。

又本発明に係る把手付き袋体の第４の態様は、表面部と裏面部との間に物品を収容可能となされた袋体の該裏面部の外面の左右側に第１の把手と第２の把手が設けられた把手付き袋体であって、該袋体は、シート状をなす前記裏面部の前後いずれかの側縁に、該裏面部に載置された物品を覆うシート状をなす前記表面部を連設してなり、前記第１の把手と第２の把手は、逆方向に突出する状態で前記袋体の裏側に配置され且つその基端部が前記裏面部の外面に取着されている。そして、前記表面部を前記物品に被せると共に、前記裏面部の左右端側の部分を表側に折り曲げた状態で前記第１の把手と第２の把手が表側に配置される如くなし、前記第１の把手の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手の先側をなす把手部とが把手を形成するようになされている。又、前記表面部を前記裏面部に載置された物品に被せると共に、前記裏面部の左右端側の部分を表側に折り曲げて該物品を袋体に収容したときに、該袋体の左右部分が、内方に向け斜め上方に立ち上がる立壁部分を形成する如くなされており、前記第１の把手の基端部と前記第２の把手の基端部が、該左右の立壁部分に取着されており、前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で、前記第１の把手の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手の先側をなす把手部が、該第１の把手と第２の把手の弾力性によって、内方に向け斜め上方に突出する如くなされていることを特徴とするものである。

前記各把手付き袋体において、前記第１の把手と前記第２の把手を、Ｕ字状に屈曲された弾力性を有する樹脂製のものとし、該第１の把手の両基端部と該第２の把手の両基端部が前記左右の立壁部分に取着されたものとし、前記袋体内に物品を収容した状態で、前記第１の把手のＵ字の先側をなす把手部と前記第２の把手のＵ字の先側をなす把手部が、該第１の把手と第２の把手の弾力性によって、内方に向け斜め上方に突出する如くなすのがよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
〔第１の実施の形態〕
図１〜３において本発明に係る把手付き袋体１は、左右方向の一端に出し入れ口２が設けられた袋体３の表面部５に第１の把手６が設けられると共に、該袋体３の裏面部７に第２の把手９が設けられている。

該袋体３は、物品が収容されない状態では、図１に示すように、平面視で左右方向に長い矩形シート状を呈しており、本実施の形態においては、断熱シート１０を用いて構成されている。

該断熱シート１０としては、例えば図４に示すような、薄肉でも良好な断熱性を発揮し且つ柔軟性を有するポリエチレン製発泡シート（１ｍｍ程度の肉厚のもの）等としての軟質の発泡樹脂シート１１の一面に、断熱性の向上と断熱シートの強度アップを図る目的で、例えばアルミニウム蒸着が施された金属蒸着フイルム１２が貼着されており、該金属蒸着フイルム１２の両側縁部分１３，１３が、前記発泡樹脂シート１１の両側縁１５，１５から８ｍｍ程度突設されている。

そして前記断熱シート１０が、図５に示すように、袋体３の前記裏面部７を形成する矩形状裏面シート部１６の右端縁１７に、袋体３の前記表面部５を形成する矩形状表面シート部１９が連設された左右方向に長い矩形状に切断され、該矩形状表面シート部１９が前記矩形状裏面シート部１６に重なるように折り曲げられ、且つ、矩形状表面シート部１９の両側縁２０，２０と矩形状裏面シート部１６の両側縁２１，２１との対向側縁相互が接着され、前記袋体３が構成されている。

このように構成された袋体３の裏面部７の左端２２は、その表面部５の左端２３よりも外方に、例えば１２ｃｍ程度延長されてカバー部２５が形成されている。そして、該表面部５の端縁２３と裏面部７との間で、物品を出し入れするための前記出し入れ口２が形成されている。又、物品を収容するための収容部２６の深さは、例えば３０ｃｍ程度に設定されている。

又、前記カバー部２５の表側の面の先端縁寄り部位には、該カバー部２５の幅方向全長に亘って、剥離シート２７で被覆された粘着部２９が形成されている。これにより袋体３は、左右方向の左端側に出し入れ口２が設けられ、前記カバー部２５を図６〜８に示すように、前記表面部５の左端側３０と共に表側に折り曲げることにより、前記出し入れ口２が閉じられる。

そして、かかる袋体３内に、ケーキ等の菓子類や漬物、肉類等を詰めた浅底の例えば矩形状を呈する箱状物としての物品３１を収容し、且つ前記カバー部２５を前記表面部５の左端側の部分３０と共に表側に折り曲げて前記出し入れ口２を閉じた状態において、該袋体３の左右部分は、収容された該物品３１の左右の側面３２，３２の外側で、内方に向け斜め上方に立ち上がる立壁部分３３，３３を形成する如くなされている。

前記第１の把手６及び第２の把手９は、共に例えば、ポリプロピレン製等の樹脂テープ片（例えば０．３ｍｍ程度の肉厚を有し、１３ｍｍ程度の幅を有する）をＵ字状に屈曲して形成されており、弾力性を有する。そして該第１の把手６は、前記袋体３の表側に配置され且つそのＵ字の両基端部３６，３６が前記表面部５の前記立壁部分３３を形成する部位の外面３４の幅方向両側に取着される。該取着は、例えば図１、図３に示すように、透明等の粘着テープ３７を、前記両基端部３６，３６を覆うように前記表面部５に貼着して行うことができる。

又前記第２の把手９は、図２〜３に示すように、前記第１の把手６と同方向に突出する如く前記袋体３の裏側に配置され且つそのＵ字の両基端部３６，３６が、前記裏面部７の前記立壁部分３３を形成する部位の外面３８の幅方向両側に取着されている。該取着も、透明等の粘着テープ３７を、前記両基端部３６，３６を覆うように前記裏面部７に貼着して行うことができる。

然して図９に示すように、前記出し入れ口２を拡げて前記袋体３内に前記物品３１を収容した状態で、図６〜８に示すように、前記カバー部２５を前記表面部５の左端側の部分３０と共に表側に折り曲げ、該カバー部２５を、前記粘着部２９で前記表面部５に貼着すると、前記出し入れ口２を閉じた状態が保持され、この状態で、前記第１の把手６のＵ字の先側をなす把手部３９と、前記第２の把手９のＵ字の先側をなす把手部４０が、該第１、第２の把手６，９の弾力性によって、内方に向け斜め上方に突出した状態となり、その結果、両把手部３９，４０が、片方の手を掛けて持ち上げ可能の把手４１を形成する。

従って、前記両把手部３９，４０を片手に掛けて持ち上げることにより、収容された物品３１を水平状態で安全に持ち運ぶことができる。そして、該袋体３は、前記のように断熱シート１０を用いて形成されているため、収容された物品を効果的に保冷乃至保温できる。前記カバー部２５を表側に折り曲げる際、前記表面部５の左端側の部分３０と共に表側に折り曲げることにより、前記出し入れ口２が確実に閉じた状態になり、保冷効果や保温効果がより良好に発揮されることとなる。そして前記袋体３内に物品３１を収容する際、前記カバー部２５の表側の面４２（図９、図１）をガイドとして、物品３１を、前記出し入れ口２を通して袋体３内に入れやすい。

〔第２の実施の形態〕
図１０〜１２は、本発明に係る把手付き袋体１の他の態様を示すものであり、左右方向の両端に出し入れ口２，２が設けられた袋体３の裏面部７の外面４３の左右側に位置させて第１の把手６と第２の把手９が設けられている。

前記裏面部７の左右部分は、前記表面部５よりも外方に突出する左右のカバー部４４，４５が形成されている。そして、一方のカバー部４４の表側の面の先端縁寄り部位には、その幅方向全長に亘って、剥離シート２７で被覆された粘着部２９が形成されている。

又前記第１の把手６と第２の把手９は、前記第１の実施の形態におけると同様構成のもので、弾力性を有する樹脂製テープ片をＵ字状に屈曲して形成されており、第１、第２の把手は、逆方向に突出する状態で、その両基端部３６，３６、３６，３６が、前記と同様に透明等の粘着テープ３７を用いて裏面部７の外面４３の幅方向中央部位に取着されている。本実施の形態においては、該第１、第２の把手６，９の基端部３６，３６、３６，３６が、前記実施の形態におけると同様にして、袋体３内に物品３１を収容したときに袋体の左右部分に形成される、内方に向け斜め上方に立ち上がる立壁部分３３，３３に取着されるようになされている。

然して、かかる構成の把手付き袋体１内に、前記と同様の箱状物としての物品３１を収容するには、いずれか一方の出し入れ口２を拡げて該物品３１を袋体３内に収容する。この際、前記と同様、裏面部７の左右側の部分が表面部５よりも外方に延長されてカバー部４４，４５が形成されているため、該カバー部の表側の面４２をガイドとして、物品３１を、出し入れ口２を通して袋体３内に入れやすい。

然る後、前記左右のカバー部４４，４５を表側に折り曲げ、上に位置するカバー部４４を、前記粘着部２９で、下に位置するカバー部４５に貼着すると、図６に示すと同様にして左右の出し入れ口２，２を閉じた状態が保持され、この状態で、前記第１の把手６のＵ字の先側をなす把手部３９と、前記第２の把手９のＵ字の先側をなす把手部４０が、該第１、第２の把手６，９の弾力性によって、内方に向け斜め上方に突出した状態となり、その結果、両把手部３９，４０が、片方の手を掛けて持ち上げ可能の把手４１を形成する。

従って、前記両把手部３９，４０を片手に掛けて持ち上げることにより、収容された物品３１を水平状態で安全に持ち運ぶことができる。そして該袋体３は、前記と同様の断熱シートを用いて形成されているため、収容された物品を効果的に保冷乃至保温できる。左右のカバー部４２，４３を表側に折り曲げる際、前記表面部５の左端側の部分４６、右端側の部分４７と共に表側に折り曲げることにより、前記出し入れ口２，２が確実に閉じた状態になり、保冷効果や保温効果がより良好に発揮されることとなる。

〔第３の実施の形態〕
図１３〜１５は、本発明に係る把手付き袋体１の他の態様を示すものであり、左右方向に長い袋体３の裏面部７の外面の左右側に位置させて第１の把手６と第２の把手９を取着した構成を有している。

該袋体３は、その展開状態において図１３〜１４に示す十字シート状形態を有し、前記と同様構成の断熱シートを裁断して形成されており、袋体３の裏面部７を形成する左右方向に長い矩形状の裏面シート部４９の前後側縁の中央部分において、該裏面部７に載置された物品３１を前後側から覆うように該物品に被る矩形状の表面シート部５０，５１を連設した構成を有している。そして該前後の表面シート部５０，５１が前記表面部５を形成する。又、前記裏面シート部４９の一端側をなすカバー部４４の表側の面の先端寄り部位と前記一方の表面シート部５０の表側の面の先端寄り部位に、その幅方向に連続する状態で、剥離シート２７で覆われた粘着部２９が設けられている。

そして、前記第１の把手６及び第２の把手９は、前記実施の形態におけると同様に、弾力性を有する樹脂製テープ片をＵ字状に屈曲して形成されており、前記裏面シート部４９の外面、即ち、裏面部７の外面３８に、逆向きに突出する状態で配置され（袋体３の裏側に配置され）、その両基端部３６，３６、３６，３６が、前記裏面部７の、前記と同様の立壁部分３３（図１７）を形成する部位の外面の左右端側の中央部位に取着されている。該取着は、例えば図１４に示すように、両基端部３６，３６を覆うように透明の粘着テープ３７を前記裏面部７に貼着して行うことができる。本実施の形態においては、該第１、第２の把手６，９の基端部３６，３６、３６，３６は、前記実施の形態におけると同様にして、袋体３内に物品を収容したときに袋体の左右部分に形成される立壁部分３３，３３（図１７）に取着されるようになされている。

然して、前記構成を有する袋体３内に物品３１を収容状態とするには、該袋体３が図１３に示すように展開した状態で、前記裏面部７の内面の中央部分に、前記と同様の箱状物としての物品３１を載せる。その後図１５に示すように、前後の表面シート部５０，５１を、前記粘着部２９が設けられた表面シート部５０を上にして該物品３１を包むように表側に折り曲げ、該上側の表面シート部５０を前記粘着部２９で下側の表面シート部５１に貼着する。これにより、両表面シート部５０，５１が形成する表面部５と前記裏面部７との間に物品３１が介在された状態となる。その後図１６に示すように、該表面部５の左右端から外方に突出する左右のカバー部４４，４５を、図１７に示すように、前記粘着部２９が設けられたカバー部４４を上にして該物品３１を包むように表側に折り曲げ、該上側のカバー部４４を、前記粘着部２９で下側のカバー部４５に貼着する。これにより、表面部５と裏面部７との間に形成された左右の開放部５５，５５（図１５）が閉じられる。該カバー部４４の折り曲げは、図１６に示すように、前記表面部５の左右端側の部分５２，５２と共に折り曲げるのがよい。

そして、裏面部７の左右端側の部分５２，５２を前記のように折り曲げた状態で、図１７に示すように、前記第１の把手６の両基端部３６，３６と、前記第２の把手９の両基端部３６，３６が、形成された袋体３の左右の立壁部分３３，３３に取着された状態となる。その結果、該第１の把手６のＵ字の先側をなす把手部３９と、第２の把手９のＵ字の先側をなす把手部４０が、該第１、２の把手６，９の弾力性によって、内方に向け斜め上方に突出し、両把手部３９，４０が、片方の手を掛けて持ち上げ可能の把手４１を形成する。

又該袋体３は、前記と同様の断熱シートを用いて形成されているため、収容された物品を効果的に保冷乃至保温できる。裏面部７の左右端をなすカバー部４４，４５を表側に折り曲げる際、前記表面部５の左右端側の部分５２，５２と共に表側に折り曲げることにより、前記開放部５５が確実に閉じた状態になり、保冷効果や保温効果がより良好に発揮されることとなる。

図１８は、前記実施の形態に係る把手付き袋体１の変形態様を示すものであり、その袋体は、その展開状態においてＴ字シート状形態を有し、前記と同様構成の断熱シートを裁断して形成されている。そして、該袋体の裏面部を形成する左右方向に長い矩形シート状の裏面部７の一側縁の中央部分において、該裏面部７に載置された物品を覆うように該物品に被る矩形シート状の表面部５を連設した構成を有しており、該裏面部７の左右端側の部分がカバー部４４，４５とされている。又、前記裏面部７の一端側をなすカバー部材４４の内面と前記表面部５の先端側の部分の内面に、その幅方向に連続する状態で、剥離シート２７で覆われた粘着部２９が設けられている。

そして、前記第１の把手６及び第２の把手９は、前記実施の形態におけると同様に、弾力性を有する樹脂製テープ片をＵ字状に屈曲して形成されており、前記裏面部７の外面３８に逆向きに突出する状態で配置され、その両基端部が、前記裏面部７の、前記と同様の立壁部分を形成する部位の外面の左右端側の中央部位に取着されている。この場合、該裏面部７と表面部５とを一連に形成することの他、該裏面部７に対して表面部５を粘着等の手段で接合することがある。

〔その他の実施の形態〕
本発明は、前記実施の形態で示したものに限定されるものでは決してなく、「特許請求の範囲」の記載内で種々の設計変更が可能であることはいうまでもない。その一例を挙げれば次のようである。

(1) 前記第１の実施の形態におけるカバー部２５の表側へ折り曲げや、前記第２の実施の形態における左右のカバー部４４，４５の表側への折り曲げ、更に前記第３の実施の形態における左右のカバー部４４，４５の表側への折り曲げは、収容した物品の保冷や保温を必要としない場合は、例えば図１９に示すように、袋体３内に収容した物品３１が該袋体３から飛び出すことがないように出し入れ口２や前記開放部５５を閉じた状態とすることもある。

(2) 前記袋体１は、前記実施の形態で示したような断熱シートを用いて形成されることは必ずしも必要ではなく、ネット状の素材等、物品を収容可能な各種の素材を用いて形成されることもある。

(3) 前記第３の実施の形態におけるように、前後の表面シート部５０，５１を裏面部７に連設し、該前後の表面シート部５０，５１によって表面部５を構成する場合、該裏面部７と表面シート部５０，５１とを一連に形成することの他、該裏面部７に対して表面シート部５０，５１を貼着等の手段で接合する場合もある。

(4) 前記第３の実施の形態におけるように、裏面シート部４９の前後側縁に表面シート部５０，５１を連設して袋体３を構成する場合、該表面シート部５０，５１は、必ずしも図１３に示すように裏面シート部４９の前後側縁の中央部分に連設されることは必ずしも必要でなく、例えば図１３に一点鎖線で示すように、該裏面シート部４９の前後縁の全長に亘る状態で表面シート部５０，５１が連設されることもある。
同様に図１８に示すように、裏面部７の前後いずれかの側縁にシート状をなす表面部５を連設する場合も、該表面部５が、裏面部７の前後いずれかの側縁の全長に亘る如く連設されることがある。

(5) 本発明に係る把手付き袋体１が、左右方向の一端に出し入れ口２が設けられ且つ他端が封止された袋体３を用いて構成される場合、該袋体３の封止部分５７は、図２０〜２１に示すように、物品の収容容積を増大させる目的で、物品が収容されない不使用状態において、山形の折り畳み構造とすることがある。図２０は折り畳み状態にある封止部分５７を示し、又図２１は、拡大した封止部分５７を示す。

(6) 図２２は、第１、第２の把手６，９の他の態様を例示するもので、比較的幅広の取付け部５７の先端に、袋体の幅方向に稍長い開口５９が設けられる把手部６０を連設したＴ字状に形成されており、該把手の基端３６が袋体に取着されている。

(7) 又第１、第２の把手６，９は、前記各実施の形態で示したように、袋体３内に物品を収容したときに、その左右の側面に沿うように形成される立壁部分３３，３３に、第１、第２の把手の基端部３６を取着することの他、図２３に示すように、該立壁部分３３，３３の内方に位置させて第１、第２の把手の基端部３６が取着されることもある。

(8) 表面部５や裏面部７に対する第１、第２の把手６，９の基端部３６の取着は、前記各実施の形態で示した粘着テープ３７を用いることの他、該基端部３６を接着や溶着等することにより、取り付けることもある。
