本発明は、袋の注ぎ口に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の袋において袋を開封し液体を注ぎ出す際には、切り込みから手で開封したり、切り取り標示に沿って袋の一部を切除して、該切断部分から液を注ぎ出していたが、注ぎ口が袋の側部に連続しているので、袋の側部を介して液垂れが生じ易かった。

これに対し、液垂れ防止の観点から、実開平５−６５８５０号公報に記載されているように、袋とは別部材からなる液量調節片を内装する袋が提案されているが、使用時に注ぎ口となる液量調節片を引き出す必要があり、煩雑で液が手に付着する問題を見い出した。

本発明は、液垂れしにくく、手に液が付着することなく液を注ぎ出せる袋の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明による袋は、切断誘導手段により注ぎ口を形成したときに、袋本体とは別部材からなるシート状部材を折り曲げ形成した注ぎ口部材が、袋本体の一部を切断誘導手段に従い切除したときに袋本体より突出するように注ぎ口部材の下部で固定され、上記注ぎ口部材は切断誘導手段の切り取り標示の線上及びその下方に袋本体と固着しない非固着部を有し、該非固着部の下方で袋本体に固着されてなるように構成している。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１に示す袋１は、袋本体２と、注ぎ口部材としてシート状部材を折り曲げ形成した注ぎ口片３とを備える。

上記袋本体２は、上端部に切断誘導手段として、切り取り標示４とその両端部に形成された切り込み５とを有する。上記注ぎ口片３は、袋本体２とは別部材からなる四角形のシート状部材を中央で折り曲げて形成してあり、該シート状部材には、袋本体２に接する面の下部３ａに粘着剤が塗布してある。注ぎ口片３は袋本体２の内部に前記の下部３ａに塗布した粘着剤で貼付けてある。この際、注ぎ口片３の下部３ａを切り取り標示４の下方に切り取り標示４とは離して、すなわち図２に示すｄ領域の非固着部を設けて、配置して固着することによって、切り取り標示４の部位及び切り取り標示４の上方は袋本体に固着されないようにする。
