Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a working vehicle having a narrow cabin, such as a crane vehicle or a forklift vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to make the working environment of a worker boarding the work vehicle comfortable, an air conditioner is mounted even on the work vehicle.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A large glass window is attached in the cabin of the work vehicle to ensure a wide field of view. For this reason, indoor heat insulation is low, and it is hot in summer and cold in winter. Especially in working conditions that are exposed to direct sunlight in summer, the temperature in the cabin becomes high. Therefore, there is a demand to increase the air volume of the air conditioner and improve the air conditioning feeling. In order to respond to this requirement, the air volume has been increased by improving the blower and heat exchanger.
However, under the present circumstances, there are a problem of increased ventilation resistance of the heat exchanger and a problem of water drainage of the drain water, and the increase in air volume has almost reached its limit.
[0004]
Further, unlike a passenger car, a work vehicle is used in an environment with a lot of dust, and therefore, dust is prevented from entering the cabin by pressure rise that increases the indoor pressure by taking in outside air.
However, there is a problem that the pressure rise is lowered because the amount of outside air is reduced when the air volume is low.
[0005]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its object is without incurring ventilation resistance increase of the heat exchanger, and is capable of air volume up without generating a splashing of the drain water, low Even when the air volume is high, the amount of outside air introduced is prevented from decreasing and there is no problem that pressure rises . In the outside air introduction mode and in the large air volume mode, the problem that the load on the heat exchanger increases due to excessive outside air introduction is avoided. The present invention is to provide an air conditioner for work vehicles.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[Means of Claim 1]
By adopting the means of claim 1 and operating the sub-blower, the air flow generated by the sub-blower is guided to the outlet without passing through the heat exchanger. As a result, the air volume can be increased without increasing the ventilation resistance of the heat exchanger and without causing the occurrence of water splashing of the drain water, and the air conditioning feeling can be enhanced.
[0007]
Outside air introduction mode, and when the Teikazeryou mode, the main in outside air switching unit, by also sub in outside air switching means is set to the outside air introduction mode, reduction of the air introduction amount even at low air volume prevent It is. For this reason, pressure rise in the outside air introduction mode and the low air volume mode can be increased as compared with the conventional case.
[0008]
Outside air introduction mode, and when the large volume mode, by setting the sub-in outside air switching means in the inside air introduction mode, preventing the outside air in large airflow mode entering into excessive cabin interior, excess air introduction Therefore, it is possible to avoid the problem that the load of the heat exchanger increases.
[0009]
[Means of claim 2 ]
By adopting the means of
Thus, since the air flow pumped by the main blower does not have a problem of leaking from the sub suction port of the sub blower, it is possible to eliminate a reduction in the blowing efficiency by the main blower.
[0010]
Here, the malfunction when the inside air temperature sensor for an auto air conditioner exists in the main inlet of a main air blower is demonstrated.
Air-conditioned air that has been pumped by the main blower and heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger leaks out from the sub-suction port of the sub-blower, and is then sucked into the main suction port of the main blower to form a short circuit of the air-conditioning air. is there. When such a short circuit is formed, the conditioned air is directly guided to the main suction port, so that the room temperature sensor erroneously detects the room temperature, and proper temperature control cannot be performed.
[0011]
Therefore, by adopting the invention of
