本発明は上記課題を解決するため加熱室開口下部に突起を設け、前記突起は先端部と加熱室開口前面当接部との間に窪みを設け、かつ、先端部より前記吸気孔に対向する面に向け傾斜を設けて当該傾斜に沿って前記吸気孔へ外気を導入させる構成としたものである。
