Description

The present invention relates to a handle tube and a vacuum cleaner including the handle tube, and more particularly to a handle tube including a cyclone dust collector and a vacuum cleaner including the handle tube.

In general, a vacuum cleaner creates a vacuum inside the vacuum cleaner body by forcibly circulating air by the rotation of a motor, and at this time, it is cleaned with a strong air volume due to the pressure difference generated between the inside and outside of the vacuum cleaner body. It is a device that inhales dust and dust on the surface together with air that is sucked in.

Furthermore, cyclone dust collectors are devices that separate particles in a fluid using centrifugal force, and their structure is simple and strong against high temperature and high pressure. It is used.

A typical example of a vacuum cleaner provided with such a cyclone dust collector is Korean Patent Application No. 1999-20704 (name: cyclone dust collector of vacuum cleaner).

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vacuum cleaner having a cyclone dust collecting device already filed by the present applicant and described in Korean Patent Application No. 1999-20704. A vacuum cleaner 1 having a conventional cyclone dust collecting apparatus is roughly composed of a cleaner body 3, a flexible hose 9 connected to the cleaner body 3, an extension pipe 8, and a handle connected between the flexible hose 9 and the extension pipe 8. A tube 7 and a cyclone dust collector 21 coupled between the handle tube 7 and the extension tube 8.

The vacuum cleaner main body 3 includes a dust collection chamber (not shown) in which a dust bag (not shown) provided in the vacuum cleaner main body 3 is accommodated, and air containing external dust in the dust collection chamber. A suction motor (not shown) for sucking the air is separated from a load driving chamber (not shown) in which it is stored.

A brush 10 is coupled to the distal end portion of the extension pipe 8, the brush 10 comes into contact with the floor or carpet of the surface to be cleaned, and an air inlet is formed on the bottom surface of the brush 10.

The cyclone dust collecting device 21 is coupled between the handle 7 and the extension pipe 8 to separate dust such as dust contained in the air by using centrifugal force.

A handle portion of the flexible hose 9 is formed on one side of the handle 7 so that the user can easily grasp the handle 7.

According to such a configuration, when power is applied, air containing dust such as dust is sucked through the suction port of the brush 10 by suction input by driving the suction motor. Then, it flows along the extension pipe 8 and is sucked into the cyclone dust collector 21.

At this time, the air sucked into the cyclone dust collector 21 descends while forming a swirl airflow, and dust and dust having a large particle size contained in the air are separated from the air by centrifugal force. The separated dust is lowered along the inner wall surface of the dust cup 25 and collected at the lower part.

The purified air moves along the handle tube 7 and the flexible hose 9 connected between the handle tube 7 and the cleaner body 3 and is sucked into the cleaner body.

Thereafter, the dust collecting process performed in the dust collecting chamber (not shown) of the cleaner body 3 is the same as the dust collecting process of the general vacuum cleaner 1.

However, in such a conventional vacuum cleaner, the handle tube must be provided with a separate handle, particularly when a cyclone dust collector is provided, the load on the handle tube is not uniform toward the cyclone dust collector. Therefore, it is difficult to smoothly move the vacuum cleaner including the handle tube.

Further, in such a conventional cleaner, the suction drive force of the cleaner body is a brush, an extension pipe connected to the brush, a cyclone dust collector, a handle pipe connected to a cyclone dust collector, the handle, Since this is a long transmission path including a flexible hose connected to the vacuum cleaner body, there is a problem that a certain portion is exhausted and the dust collection performance of the cyclone dust collector is inferior.

The present invention has been devised to solve the above-described conventional problems, and provides a vacuum cleaner handle tube that can be easily grasped and easily cleaned by a user with a simple configuration, and a vacuum cleaner including the handle tube. There is to do.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a handlebar of a lightweight vacuum cleaner and a vacuum cleaner provided with the same, because a handle-like air flow path is provided and a separate handle portion is unnecessary.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a handle tube of a vacuum cleaner having a handle-shaped air flow path provided with a cyclone dust collecting device, and a vacuum cleaner including the handle tube.

An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner including a brush for sucking air containing external dust according to the present invention and a vacuum cleaner body for providing suction to the brush. This is accomplished by providing a vacuum cleaner comprising a handle tube that is interposed between and communicated so as to allow air flow, and wherein a predetermined section is formed from a gripping portion for a user's grip.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the handle portion is formed by double bending between a tip coupled to the brush and a back end coupled to the cleaner body, and on the outer surface of the handle portion. It is preferable that a knurled part is formed.

The vacuum cleaner may further include a cyclone dust collecting device provided on the handle tube.

Then, the cyclone dust collector bypasses the air flowing inside the handle tube and centrifuges the dust, and then is detachably coupled to the cyclone body and centrifugated. And a dust cup for collecting dust.

The cyclone body is coupled to the suction port for bypassing and sucking the air containing the dust sucked into the handle tube, the discharge port for discharging the air from which the dust is centrifuged, and the discharge port. It is preferable that the waste separation grill is provided.

An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner handle tube provided between a brush capable of sucking air containing external dust and a vacuum cleaner body for providing suction to the brush, and the brush and the vacuum cleaner. This is achieved by providing a handle tube of a vacuum cleaner, characterized in that an air flow path that allows the main bodies to communicate with each other is formed from a handle portion that can be gripped by the user.

The handle tube of the vacuum cleaner preferably further includes a cyclone dust collector provided in the handle portion.

As described above, according to the handle tube and the vacuum cleaner provided with the handle tube according to the present invention, a separate handle portion is not necessary for the handle tube, and the user uses a simple and lightweight handle tube. A vacuum cleaner can be used conveniently.

Furthermore, the dust collection performance of the vacuum cleaner is improved by reducing the path of the process in which the suction driving force of the suction motor of the cleaner body is transmitted.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this case, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same configurations and names described in detail.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the handle tube of the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention and provided with a cyclone dust collecting device. In the same figure, the handle tube of the vacuum cleaner which has been improved in structure and reduced in weight so that the flow path of the handle tube according to the present invention has a handle shape and does not require the use of another handle portion is shown.

A vacuum cleaner having a handle tube provided with a cyclone dust collecting device is largely composed of a brush 10, a cleaner main body 3, a flexible hose 9 connecting the brush 10 and the cleaner main body 3, and a flexible hose 9 and a brush 10. The handle tube 7 is provided between the handle tube 7 and the brush tube 10 at one end, and the extension tube 8 is connected between the handle tube 7 at the other end. However, since the cleaner body 3, the flexible hose 9, the extension pipe 8, and the brush 10 are the same as the cleaner body, the flexible hose, the extension pipe, and the brush in FIG. 1, they are not shown in FIG. I will decide.

The vacuum cleaner main body 3 is provided inside the vacuum cleaner main body 3 and contains a dust collection chamber (not shown) in which a dust bag (not shown) is accommodated, and air containing external dust in the dust collection chamber. A suction motor (not shown) for suction is separated from a load driving chamber (not shown) in which it is stored.

A brush 10 is coupled to the distal end portion of the extension pipe 8, the brush 10 comes into contact with the floor or carpet of the surface to be cleaned, and an air inlet is formed on the bottom surface of the brush 10.

Since the user's grip handle 60 is formed in the predetermined section of the handle tube 7, the user can easily grip the handle tube 7.

Hereinafter, the handle tube provided with the cyclone dust collector will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a fixing structure of the cyclone dust collecting apparatus of FIG. Reference symbol I indicates the front of the handle tube.

The handle tube 7 includes a cyclone dust collector 21 and a handle tube body 30 which are largely provided on the handle tube 7.

The handle pipe body 30 includes a first flow path pipe 39 and a second flow path pipe 41, and the first flow path pipe 39 and the second flow path pipe 41 are the blocking wall 53 of the handle pipe body 30. The lower part becomes the first flow path pipe 39 and the upper part becomes the second flow path pipe 41.

The first flow path pipe 39 is provided with an intake port 35 communicating with the brush 10 in front of the handle pipe 7 and a suction port connected to one side surface of the cyclone dust collector 21 at the rear.

The second flow path pipe 41 is provided with an exhaust port 47 communicating with the flexible hose 9 at the rear of the handle pipe 7 and with a discharge port 43 connected to the cyclone dust collecting device 21 at the front.

The second flow path pipe 41 is formed in a double-folded structure, and a handle space 65 is provided in the lower part of the handle pipe 7 as a whole so that the user can easily grasp the handle pipe 7.

Further, the second flow path pipe 41 is provided behind the dust cup 25 so that the dust cup 25 of the cyclone dust collector 21 can be attached and detached with the cyclone body 55. That is, the separation distance (d) from the dust cup 25 to the rear is maintained at a constant interval so that the dust cup 25 can be easily attached to and detached from the handle tube 7 (see FIG. 2).

In order to prevent the user from slipping when the handle pipe 7 is gripped by the user, the handle portion 60 may have a knurled portion on the outer surface of the handle portion 60, a wrinkle formed in part, or a bent shape. From the standpoint of those skilled in the art, the shape of the handle portion of the handle tube 7 can be variously changed.

Cyclone dust collector 21 includes a cyclone body 55 and a dust cup 25 detachably coupled to cyclone body 55.

The cyclone body 55 is coupled to the suction port 37 for bypassing the air containing dust sucked into the handle tube 7, the discharge port 43 for discharging the air from which the dust is centrifuged, and the discharge port 43. And a dust separation grill 70 in which a large number of fine passage holes 44 are formed.

Preferably, the shape of the cyclone body 55 is preferably a cylindrical shape corresponding to the shape of the dust cup 25.

The dust separation grill 70 has a cylindrical shape, and a large number of fine passage holes 44 are formed on the circumferential surface, and an opening 45 is provided on one side surface. The opening 45 serves to discharge air sucked into the dust separation grill 70 through the fine passage hole 44.

Further, on the other side of the dust separation grill 70, a backflow prevention member 50 that protrudes upward toward the bottom surface of the dust cup 25 is provided.

When power is applied to a vacuum cleaner having a handle tube having such a configuration, air containing dirt and other contaminants is sucked through the suction port of the brush 10 using suction input by driving the suction motor. . Then, the air is sucked into the cyclone dust collecting device 21 through the extension pipe 8 connected to the brush 10.

At this time, the air sucked into the cyclone dust collector 21 is sucked into the cyclone dust collector 21 through the suction port 37 formed in the cyclone body 55 in the oblique direction. As a result, air containing dust such as dust begins to descend to the lower part of the cyclone dust collector 21 while forming a spiral airflow.

In such a process, dust and debris having a large particle size contained in the air are separated from the air by centrifugal force. The separated dust falls along the inner wall surface of the dust cup 25 of the cyclone dust collector 21 and is collected at the lower part. Thereafter, the dust collecting process performed from the dust collecting chamber (not shown) of the cleaner body 3 is the same as the dust collecting process of the general vacuum cleaner 1.

In addition, although the handle tube provided with the cyclone dust collector according to the above-described embodiment and the vacuum cleaner provided with the handle tube have been described, the present invention includes a handle tube including only a handle portion that does not include the cyclone dust collector and the same. Of course, it can be changed to a vacuum cleaner.

While the invention has been shown and described in terms of a preferred embodiment for illustrating the principles of the invention, the invention is not limited to the exact construction and operation as shown and described.
