Description
【0001】

【0059】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
[0019]
[Cleaning sheet]
The nonwoven fabric used for the substrate in the present invention needs to contain rayon fibers and polyethylene terephthalate fibers.
[0020]
In the nonwoven fabric of the present invention, the total of rayon fibers and polyethylene terephthalate fibers is preferably 95% by mass or more as a nonwoven fabric component, and the mass ratio of rayon fibers and polyethylene terephthalate fibers in the nonwoven fabric component is 60 to 90 masses of rayon fibers. %, And polyethylene terephthalate fiber is preferably 10 to 40% by mass.
[0021]
If the total of rayon fibers and polyethylene terephthalate fibers in the nonwoven fabric is less than 95% by mass as the nonwoven fabric component, it may be difficult to contain the necessary amount of cleaning agent in the cleaning sheet. May become too hard.
[0022]
In addition, if the rayon fiber is less than 60% by mass and the polyethylene terephthalate fiber exceeds 40% by mass, the cleaning sheet contains a sufficient amount of cleaning agent. May not be possible. On the other hand, if the rayon fiber exceeds 90% by mass and the polyethylene terephthalate fiber is less than 10% by mass in the mass ratio of the rayon fiber and the polyethylene terephthalate fiber in the nonwoven fabric component, the resulting cleaning sheet may become too hard. is there.
[0023]
For the above reasons, it is particularly preferable that the rayon fiber in the nonwoven fabric is 70 to 80% by mass and the polyethylene terephthalate fiber is 20 to 30% by mass.
[0024]
The nonwoven fabric may contain a nonwoven fabric component (hereinafter referred to as “binder fiber”) other than rayon fiber and polyethylene terephthalate fiber in an amount of 5 mass% or less. The binder fiber is preferably a fiber made of a thermoplastic polymer having a melting point of 200 ° C. or higher. Examples of the binder fibers include polyolefin fibers such as polyethylene fibers and polypropylene fibers, polyethylene terephthalate / polyethylene isophthalate copolymer polyester fibers, polyethylene terephthalate / polybutylene terephthalate copolymer polyester fibers, and polyethylene terephthalate / polydiethylene glycol terephthalate copolymer polyester fibers. The copolyester fiber can be mentioned. When the binder fiber is used in an amount of 5% by mass or less (for example, 2% by mass), an effect of reducing the deformation of the cleaning sheet can be obtained by heat-treating the nonwoven fabric at a temperature of 200 ° C. or less, for example. Moreover, the shapeability at the time of providing an uneven | corrugated pattern can be improved by embossing etc. to a nonwoven fabric. However, when binder fibers are added as a nonwoven fabric component, the rigidity of the cleaning sheet may be lowered and the content of the cleaning agent may be insufficient. Therefore, the nonwoven fabric components are particularly preferably only rayon fibers and polyethylene terephthalate fibers.
[0025]
The rayon fiber in the present invention is preferably a fiber having an average fiber diameter of 1.0 to 3.0 dtex and an average fiber length of 20 to 60 mm. The polyethylene terephthalate fiber is preferably a fiber having an average fiber diameter of 0.8 to 2.8 dtex and an average fiber length of 20 to 60 mm.
[0026]
When the average fiber diameter and average fiber length of the rayon fiber and the polyethylene terephthalate fiber are in this range, it is preferable because the cleaning agent can be contained in the nonwoven fabric at a high content, and the cleaning effect of the resulting cleaning sheet becomes good. .
[0027]
In the present invention, the cleaning agent preferably has a total of 95% by mass or more of the surfactant and the polyhydric alcohol as the cleaning agent component, and the mass ratio of the surfactant and the polyhydric alcohol in the cleaning agent component is the surface active. It is preferable that they are 50-70 mass% of agents, and 30-50 mass% of polyhydric alcohols.
[0028]
If the total of the surfactant and the polyhydric alcohol in the cleaning component is less than 95% by mass, the cleaning power of the cleaning sheet may be insufficient.
[0029]
Further, if the surfactant is more than 70% by mass and the polyhydric alcohol is less than 30% by mass in the mass ratio of the surfactant and the polyhydric alcohol in the cleaning agent component, water is included in the cleaning sheet. When used for cleaning, the effect of floating oil stains on furniture and fixtures to be cleaned may be insufficient. Further, when using the cleaning sheet, rough hands may occur. On the other hand, when the surfactant is less than 50% by mass and the polyhydric alcohol exceeds 50% by mass, the cleaning effect on the scale of furniture and fixtures to be cleaned may be insufficient. For the above reasons, it is particularly preferable that the surfactant in the cleaning agent is 60 to 70% by mass and the polyhydric alcohol is 30 to 40% by mass.
[0030]
In the present invention, the moisture content in the cleaning sheet needs to be 5% by mass or less. When the moisture content in the cleaning sheet exceeds 5% by mass, in the process of product distribution, a part of the contents rots and a bad odor is generated. Or the sanitary inconvenience by bacteria breeding arises. Moreover, in order to prevent this, it is effective to add a preservative, but this is not preferable because the influence on the human body during use is concerned. The lower the moisture content in the cleaning sheet, the better, So The lower limit is preferably 2% by mass.
[0031]
In the present invention, the cleaning agent is 15 to 50 g / m as a solid content in the cleaning sheet. 2 It is preferable to include. Cleaning agent in the cleaning sheet is 15g / m 2 If it is less than the range, the cleaning effect may be insufficient when cleaning the cleaning sheet with water. Also, the cleaning agent is 50 g / m in the cleaning sheet. 2 It is difficult to manufacture if the content exceeds.
[0032]
In the present invention, the cleaning sheet preferably has a thickness of 0.4 to 1.0 mm. When the thickness is within this range, it is better to apply a force when wiping off the dirt using the cleaning sheet, so that the wiping property of the dirt becomes good.
[0033]
In the present invention, the rice basis weight of the cleaning sheet is 40 to 100 g / m. 2 It is preferable that If the rice basis weight is within this range, it is better to apply a force when wiping off the dirt using the cleaning sheet, so that the dirt wiping property is improved.
[0034]
In the present invention, the cleaning sheet is preferably provided with an uneven pattern. The uneven pattern is particularly preferably a lattice pattern. When the cleaning sheet is provided with a concavo-convex pattern, when the cleaning sheet is used to scrape off dirt, the dirt scraping property is improved.
[0035]
[Surfactant]
As the surfactant in the present invention, conventionally known anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and amphoteric surfactants can be used.
[0036]
Among these, amine oxide, alkyl glycoxide, polyhydroxy fatty acid amide, alkoxylated fatty acid ester, sucrose ester, coconut oil fatty acid alkanodeamide, polyoxyethylene polyoxysorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene When at least one nonionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of fatty acid ester, fatty acid diethanolamide, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate is used for cleaning by adding water to the cleaning sheet It is preferable because the foaming is moderate and the removal of dirt is good.
[0037]
Among these nonionic surfactants, fatty acid diethanolamide, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate are foamed when used for cleaning by adding water to the cleaning sheet, and are free of dirt and safety. Particularly preferred for reasons.
[0038]
[Polyhydric alcohol]
Examples of the polyhydric alcohol in the present invention include 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polyglycerin, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, glucose, maltose, maltitol, sucrose, fructose, Mention may be made of sorbitol and amylolytic sugars.
[0039]
Of these polyhydric alcohols, propylene glycol is preferable because it removes dirt when water is added to the cleaning sheet and used for cleaning.
[0040]
[Third component]
In this invention, cleaning agents other than surfactant and polyhydric alcohol can be contained in the cleaning agent in an amount of 10% by mass or less. As a cleaning agent component (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “third component”) other than the surfactant and the polyhydric alcohol, for example, an alkali agent or a water-soluble agent may be blended in addition to the above-described components as necessary. You can also. It is preferable that the third component is water-soluble because the finish after cleaning of an object cleaned by the cleaning sheet is improved.
[0041]
Examples of the alkaline agent used as the third component include hydroxides such as sodium hydroxide, carbonates such as sodium carbonate, alkaline sulfates such as sodium hydrogen sulfate, phosphates such as primary sodium phosphate, sodium acetate, Organic alkali metal salts such as sodium succinate, alkanolamines such as ammonia, mono-, di- or triethanolamine, β-aminoalkanols such as 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, and morpholine can be mentioned. .
[0042]
The mixing ratio of the alkaline agent is preferably 0.01 to 1% by mass in the third component, and particularly 0.05 to 0.5% by mass, by cleaning the cleaning sheet with water. This is preferable because it provides good cleaning properties when used in a sheet, and the sheet feels good.
[0043]
Examples of the water-soluble agent used as the third component include monohydric alcohols such as ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and n-propyl alcohol, and derivatives of polyhydric alcohols such as ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and propylene glycol monomethyl ether. .
[0044]
The blending ratio of the water-soluble agent is preferably 1 to 50% by mass in the third component, and particularly 1 to 20% by mass when water is used for cleaning and used for cleaning. It is preferable because it can suppress odor and skin irritation.
[0045]
Furthermore, a disinfectant, a fragrance, an antifungal agent, a dye (dye, pigment), a chelating agent, a wax, or the like can be used as the third component as necessary.
[0046]
In the present invention, it is preferable that no preservative is contained in the cleaning agent in consideration of environmental pollution and influence on the human body. For the same reason, it is preferable that a chelate compound is not included as the third component in the present invention. Furthermore, for the same reason, it is particularly preferable that the cleaning agent in the present invention comprises only a surfactant and a polyhydric alcohol.
[0047]
