Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The simple mop according to the present invention includes a mop body A made of a synthetic resin and a handle member B formed so as to be detachable and foldable with respect to the mop body.
[0015]
The mop body A has a plate shape that is long on the left and right, and has a lower surface 1 as a wiping surface and a handle attachment portion 3 at the center of the upper surface 2.
[0016]
The handle attaching portion is obtained by placing a shaft rod 6 having a circular cross section between a pair of left and right bearings 5 and 5 erected from the upper surface of the mop body A.
[0017]
In a preferred example, the mop body A is formed in a hollow thin box shape, and a plurality of dividing lines are radially drilled in the top wall in the vicinity of the four corners of the top wall of the mop body as shown in FIG. The cleaning sheet sandwiching portions 8 are respectively provided, and both ends of the cleaning sheet S wrapping the mop main body lower surface 1 by these sandwiching portions are sandwiched as indicated by imaginary lines in FIG. It is provided so that it can be worn.
[0018]
The handle member B projects the first handle portion 11 rearward and upward from the handle attachment portion 3, and the base end portion of the second handle portion 12 is pivotally attached to the distal end portion of the first handle portion. It is provided so that the handle can be stored and gripped in a folded state. The base portion of the first handle portion 11 has a holding portion 14 that is fitted between the bearings 5 and 5 of the handle attachment portion 3 and is detachably attached to the shaft rod 6 described above.
[0019]
Each of the first and second handle parts 11 and 12 has a top plate 15 and hangs left and right side plates 16 and 16 from the side edge of the top plate. 5 when the handle member B is folded as shown in FIG. The second handle 12 is fitted on the outer surfaces of the left and right side plates 16 and 16 of the first handle 11 so that the first handle can be accommodated in the second handle.
[0020]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a lever 18 protrudes from the top plate 15 portion at the end of the second handle portion 12 on the axis-attached side. As shown in FIG. 2, the lever has two cutting lines 19, 19 drilled from the left and right sides of the top plate portion to the tip end side of the second handle portion, and the top plate portion between the two cutting lines is formed in the first plate portion. As shown in FIG. 1, the extension plate portion is provided so as to extend toward the one handle portion 11 side and gradually away from the top plate of the first handle portion 11 upward and outward.
[0021]
First engaging means 20b, 20a that engage with each other to maintain the extended state of the handle member B is formed on the base portion of the lever 18 and the corresponding top plate portion of the first handle 12. In the illustrated example, the first engagement means is formed by the engagement hole 20a formed in the top plate portion of the first handle portion 11 and the engagement protrusion 20b protruding from the rear surface of the lever. An engagement protrusion can also be formed in the top plate portion of the first handle portion 11 in the joint hole. The first engaging means 20a and 20b are firmly engaged so as not to be dissociated by stress acting on the first engaging means when the second handle portion 12 of the extended handle member B is gripped and wiped. and things, and take the required distance between the lever base portion and the engagement hole 20a, the addition of pulling force F 1 to the obliquely upward on the lever tip, engagement of the first engaging means 20a, 20 b It is possible to forcibly release the joint by lever action.
[0022]
In the structure of the handle member B, instead of fitting the end portion of the first handle portion 11 into the end portion of the second handle portion 12, the end portion of the second handle portion 12 on the end side. The portion may be fitted into the end of the first handle portion 11 on the axis-attached side. In this case, the reference numerals 11 and 12 in FIG. 2 are mutually replaced.
[0023]
A pair of engaging pieces are provided as second engaging means 21a and 21b that can be engaged with each other in the folded state of the handle member from the longitudinal direction intermediate portion of each top plate 15 of the first handle portion 11 and the second handle portion 12. It protrudes.
[0024]
The base portion of the first handle 11 has a plate-like portion 25 that is connected to the top plate of the first handle portion excluding the base and is inclined forward and downward as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the plate-like portion is used as a top plate that widens in the left-right direction, and the front plate 26 from the front end of the plate-like portion, and the pair of rear plates 27, 27 is suspended, and these rear plates are formed continuously with the left and right side plates of the first handle portion.
[0025]
From the back surface of the plate-like portion 25 of the first handle portion 11 base portion, as shown in FIG. 1, a front pressing plate 28 that comes into contact with the front surface in the left-right direction intermediate portion of the shaft rod 6 and both left and right side portions of the shaft rod 6 as shown in FIG. A pair of rear pressing plates 29 and 29 that are in contact with the rear surface are suspended, and the above-described front and rear pressing plates form the above-described sandwiching portion 14. Engaging recesses 30 and 30 for preventing the shaft bar 6 from being pulled out downward are formed in the shaft bar contact portions of the front pressing plate 28 and the rear pressing plates 29 and 29.
[0026]
Further, a pair of first split grooves extending from the plate-like portion behind the front pressing plate to the lower end of the front plate 26 through the left and right sides of the front pressing plate 28 as shown in FIG. In addition, U-shaped second split grooves 32 are formed in the plate-like portions (including the first handle portion top plate portion excluding the base portion) behind the first split grooves, respectively. A plate portion between the first dividing grooves is formed in the swing plate portion 33, and a plate portion in the U-shaped second dividing groove is formed in the insulator plate portion 34. Both front end portions of the U-shaped second split groove 32 are disposed between the rear pressing plates 29 and 29 so as to be close to the rear end portions of the first split grooves 31 and 31 and corresponding second split portions. The plate portion between the groove front end portion and the first split groove rear end portion serves as an elastic plate portion 35, and the swing plate portion 33 and the lever-like plate portion 34 can rotate as a single plate around the plate portion. 1 and when the pressing force F 2 is applied to the rear end portion of the insulator plate portion 34 as shown in FIG. 1, the front pressing plate 28 is moved from the shaft 6 as shown in FIG. When the release state is released and the pressing force is released, the front pressing plate is again pressed against the front surface of the shaft by the elastic restoring force of the elastic plate portion. In order to achieve such a configuration, the first handle portion 11 is formed of a synthetic resin having high elasticity and rigidity, for example, an ABS resin or a PP resin.
[0027]
In the illustrated example, a pair of flat auxiliary pressing plates 36, 36 respectively corresponding to the pair of rear pressing plates 29, 29 from the back surface of the plate-like portion 25 of the handle member B base are connected to the front surface of the shaft 6. The auxiliary pressing plate 36 and the rear pressing plate 29 sandwich the left and right side portions of the shaft rod 6. These auxiliary pressing plates 36, 36 are designed so that, for example, even when the user accidentally presses the lever-shaped plate portion 34 during the wiping operation, the mop body A immediately holds the shaft 6 together with the rear pressing plate. It is provided so as not to fall off from the member B.
[0028]
FIG. 8 shows a modification of the present embodiment, in which the front end portion of the second split groove 32 is located inward or outward of the rear end portions of the first split grooves 31, 31 (outward in the illustrated example). A deformation margin is provided between the rear end portion and the front end portion of the second split groove and the rear end portion of the first split groove are arranged so as to overlap each other when viewed from the outside. The strength of the elastic plate portion 35 to be formed is increased.
[0029]
In the above configuration, when cleaning, the mop body A lower surface 1 is wrapped with a cleaning sheet S as indicated by an imaginary line in FIG. 1, and both front and rear ends of the sheet are folded back to the mop body A upper surface side. The cleaning sheet S is mounted while being held between the holding portions 8. Then, when wiping the cleaning portion at a high place, the target surface may be wiped with the wiping surface on the lower surface side of the mop body A by grasping the second handle portion 12. Further, when wiping a cleaning place at a low place, if the lever 18 is grasped and pulled upward and rearward, the first engaging means 20a and 20b are disengaged, and the second handle 12 is rotated in the direction of the arrow. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the handle member B is folded and the second engaging means 21a and 21b are engaged with each other to hold the folded state as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. The wiping operation may be performed by holding the first and second handle portions 11 and 12 in the state. When it is desired to extend the handle member B again from the folded state shown in FIG. 3, the left and right side plates 16 and 16 of the first handle portion 11 are grasped from the upper side and the lever 18 is pulled toward the top plate side of the mop body B. The pattern member B is folded back and the process returns to the state shown in FIG.
[0030]
When storing the simple mop, when the upper part of the lever-like plate portion 34 is pushed downward and rearward in FIG. 1, the lever-like plate portion and the swinging plate portion 33 rotate around the elastic plate portion 35, thereby When the pressing plate 28 escapes forward and upward, the holding of the shaft bar 6 by the front pressing plate and the rear pressing plates 29, 29 is released, and then the mop body A is pulled against the base of the handle member B, the shaft bar 6 are forcibly pulled out from between the auxiliary pressing plate 36 and the rear pressing plate 29, and the mop body and the handle member are separated. And what is necessary is just to fold this pattern member B in the above-mentioned procedure, and to store these mop bodies and pattern members.
[0031]
9 to 11 show a first modification of the handle member B. FIG. In the first modification, the first engaging means 20a, 20b are formed as shown, and the lever 18 protruding from the top plate 15 of the second handle portion 12 is not required. That is, as shown in FIG. 11, the first engaging means 20b of the second handle 12 is formed on the stop pin 41 having a large outer diameter at the tip, and the first engaging means 20a of the first handle 11 is shown in FIG. 9 is formed in a pin fitting hole 43 with a tapered C-shaped guide passage 42 that opens to the end face of the top plate 15.
[0032]
By doing so, the top plate 15 of the second handle 12 is positioned below the top plate 15 of the first handle 11 as shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, and the second handle is applied to the outer surface of both side plates of the first handle. When the second handle 12 is rotated around the shaft 13 from the state in which the two side plates are overlapped with each other, as shown in FIG. 11, the rod-like portion 41a of the stop pin enters the guide passage 42 as shown in FIG. And it fits in the pin fitting hole 43 by forcibly passing through the tapered portion. The outer diameter of the pin-like portion 41a of the retaining pin and the diameter of the pin fitting hole 43 are substantially the same, and the pin fitting hole side portion of the guide passage is slightly narrower than the outer diameter of the rod-like portion. Further, from the extended state of the second handle portion 12 shown in FIG. 11 by a two-dot chain line, the second handle portion 12 can be folded again below the first handle portion 11 around the shaft 13 as shown in FIG.
[0033]
12 to 15 show a second modification of the handle member B. FIG. This modification is provided so that the first and second handle portions 11 and 12 can be easily pivoted.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 13, shaft holes 45, 45 with guide passages 44 opened in the side plate end surfaces are formed in the left and right side plate portions at the tip of the first handle 11. Similar to the guide passage 42 of the first modified example, the guide passage is formed in a letter C shape with a wide opening side and a narrow shaft hole 45 side.
[0035]
Pin shafts 46 and 46 are projected from the inner surfaces of the left and right side plates of the second handle portion 12, and these pin shafts are connected to the first handle portion 11 as shown in FIG. The pin shafts 46 and 46 are positioned and fitted in the upside down direction of the shaft hole 45, and from this state, the second handle 12 is moved to the left in the figure, and the lower surface of the first handle 11 is placed. Slide along. Then, the pin shafts 46 and 46 enter into the guide passages 44 and 44 and are fitted into the shaft holes 45 and 45 by forcibly passing through the narrow portions. The first handle means of the first handle portion is moved from the fitted state by moving the second handle portion 12 downward about the pin shafts 46 and 46 and then to the right in the figure.
The engagement protrusion as the first engagement means 20b of the second handle portion 12 is fitted into the engagement hole as 20a. To remove the first engagement means, the above operation is reversed, and the handle member B is folded. In the illustrated example, the second engaging means 21a, 21b are formed by a protrusion 47 projecting from the inner surface of the base of the first handle left and right side plates and a recess 48 provided on the front end surface of the second handle left and right side plates. ing.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the first pattern portion 11 and the second pattern portion 12 are pivotally attached, and the pattern member B is provided so as to be foldable. Since the second and first engaging means for maintaining the bent and extended states of the handle member B are provided in the handle portion, the handle member can be expanded and contracted according to the height of the place to be wiped, which is easy to use.
[0037]
By forming as described in claim 2, it is possible to easily hold and fold the two handle portions in an extended state.
[0038]
By making it like Claim 3, it is easy to pivotably mount the 2nd pattern part 12 with respect to the 1st handle part 11 so that folding is possible.
[0039]
According to invention of Claim 4, it has the following effect.
○ The first and second handle parts 11 and 12 hang down the left and right side plates 16 and 16 from the top plate 15, respectively, and the left and right side plates are attached to each other so that the first and second handle parts are folded in the handle member. Since the other is housed in one of the two, it is possible to provide a compact shape that is easy to grip in the folded state and to be lightweight.
○ The lever 18 protrudes from one end of the first and second handle portions 11 and 12 that are fitted to the outside, and the engaging protrusion and the other end protrude from the lever base. Since the first engagement means 20a and 20b are provided with the engagement holes provided in the top wall portion of the first engagement means, the engagement force of the first engagement means is sufficiently resisted against the stress applied to the end portion on the axis side during cleaning. The engagement can be easily released by the lever action of the lever.
[0040]
According to invention of Claim 5, there exists the following effect.
○ Since the shaft 6 horizontally disposed between the bearings 5 and 5 on the upper surface of the mop body A is detachably held by the holding part 14 provided at the base of the handle member B, the angle of the handle member B with respect to the mop body A is determined. The mop body A and the handle member B can be separated and stored in a small storage space.
○ The clamping part 14 is configured to clamp the shaft bar 6 between the front pressing plate 28 and the rear pressing plates 29, 29 suspended from the plate-like portion of the handle member B base, and to press each pressing plate in contact with the shaft bar. Are provided with engaging recesses 30 in the portion, and the first split grooves 31, 31 extending rearward from the front end of the plate-like portion through the left and right sides of the front pressing plate 28, and the front ends at the rear ends of the first split grooves Since the U-shaped second split groove 32 is formed by making the parts close to each other, the front pressing plate and the rear pressing plate are molded separately, or a spring for applying the pressing force is mounted. Therefore, a simple configuration with a small number of members can be obtained.
[0041]
According to invention of Claim 6, there exists the following effect.
Aside from the front pressing plate 28, the auxiliary pressing plates 36, 36 that oppose the front surface of the rear pressing plate 29 and sandwich the shaft rod 6 between the front pressing plate 29 are provided. There is no inconvenience that the mop body A immediately falls off the handle member B even if the upper part of the above described insulator-like plate part 34 is pushed by mistake.
○ Since the auxiliary pressing plates 36, 36 and the front pressing plate 28 cooperate to press the shaft rod 6 to the rear pressing plates 29, 29, the pressing force of the front pressing plate is changed from the lever-shaped plate portion to the swinging plate portion. Even if the elastic plate portion 35 of the plate portion is lowered due to elastic fatigue, the holding force of the mop body is not significantly reduced.
[0042]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, since the cleaning sheet holding portion 14 is formed on the upper surface of the mop body A, it is easy to always keep the wiping surface of the lower surface of the mop body clean.
