【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、扉鎖錠装置に関する。具体的には、左右両開き用に対応した扉鎖錠装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
分電盤や制御盤等を収納する箱体に扉が開閉自在に取着された収納箱には、蝶番が扉の右側に設けられる所謂左開き扉と、蝶番が扉の左側に備えられるいわゆる右開き扉とがある。これらの収納箱に取り付けられる扉鎖錠装置においては、左開き扉にも右開き扉にでも対応できるよう種々の工夫が施される。

その一方で、鎖錠板が解錠位置から回転し過ぎることを防ぐため、鎖錠板の回転角度が規制された扉鎖錠装置が用いられる。鎖錠板の回転角度を規制するため、例えば、特開平10−131570号公報や特開平10−131571号公報に開示された扉鎖錠装置には、扉鎖錠装置を構成する本体ケースの裏面に備えられた回転角度規制溝と、当該回転角度規制溝に挿入され扉裏面側において鎖錠板に取着される回転角度規制ピンとが備えられている。

このようなハンドルの回転角度が規制された扉鎖錠装置においては、左開き扉にも右開き扉にも対応するためには、従来、鎖錠板そのものを左開き扉用、右開き扉用として別部品にするか、上記特開平10−131570号公報や特開平10−131571号公報に開示されたように、回転角度規制ピンと鎖錠板とを別体に構成して、鎖錠板をハンドルの回転軸回りに回転させて、回転角度規制ピンの取着位置を組み替えることによって対応していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、鎖錠板を別部品にすれば鎖錠板の品種が増え、部品管理が煩わしく、製造コストの増大にもつながっていた。また、回転角度規制ピンを組み替えることにすれば、鎖錠板の付け替えのみならず回転角度規制ピンの付け替えという手間が必要となるだけでなく、部品点数の増大にもつながり、しかも、回転角度規制ピンを紛失する可能性もあった。

本発明は上記従来技術の問題点を解決すべくなされたものであって、鎖錠板を表裏反転させて付け替えるという簡単な組み替えにより、別部品とすることなく左開き扉、右開き扉のいずれにも対応できる、手間のかからない扉鎖錠装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願第1の発明に係る扉鎖錠装置は、貫通孔を有して扉に取着される本体ケースと、当該本体ケースの貫通孔に表面側から貫通する連結軸を有し、連結軸の軸回りに回動自在なハンドルと、前記本体ケースの裏面側で前記貫通孔から貫通した連結軸に連結され、ハンドルの所定回動範囲内で扉の側面に配設される箱体の開口縁部に係合又は非係合状態となって施錠したり解錠したりする鎖錠板とを備え、前記本体ケースの裏面に形成した回転角度規制溝と、回転角度規制溝に挿入され、前記鎖錠板に備えられた回転角度規制ピンとによって、鎖錠板の回動範囲が制限された扉鎖錠装置において、前記鎖錠板のいずれか一方の面に第1の回転角度規制ピンを鎖錠板と一体に設けると共に当該第1の回転角度規制ピンが挿入される回転角度規制溝を備え、当該鎖錠板を表裏反転させ鎖錠板が本体ケースから突出する向きを反転させるようにした場合に、前記回転角度規制溝に挿入される第2の回転角度規制ピンを前記鎖錠板の残る一方の面に鎖錠板と一体に設けたことを特徴としている。

また、本願第2の発明に係る扉鎖錠装置は、貫通孔を有して扉に取着される本体ケースと、当該本体ケースの貫通孔に表面側から貫通する連結軸を有し、連結軸の軸回りに回動自在なハンドルと、前記本体ケースの裏面側で前記貫通孔から貫通した連結軸に連結され、ハンドルの所定回動範囲内で扉の側面に配設される箱体の開口縁部に係合又は非係合状態となって施錠したり解錠したりする鎖錠板とを備え、前記本体ケースの裏面に形成した回転角度規制溝と、回転角度規制溝に挿入され、前記鎖錠板に備えられた回転角度規制ピンとによって、鎖錠板の回動範囲が制限された扉鎖錠装置において、前記鎖錠板のいずれか一方の面に第1の回転角度規制ピンを、残る一方の面に第2の回転角度規制ピンをそれぞれ鎖錠板と一体に設けると共に、前記第1の回転角度規制ピンが挿入される第1の回転角度規制溝と、当該鎖錠板を表裏反転させ鎖錠板が本体ケースから突出する向きを反転させるようにした場合に、前記第2の回転角度規制ピンが挿入される第2の回転角度規制溝とを設けたことを特徴としている。

さらに、本願第3の発明に係る扉鎖錠装置は、貫通孔を有して扉に取着される本体ケースと、当該本体ケースの貫通孔に表面側から貫通する連結軸を有し、連結軸の軸回りに回動自在なハンドルと、前記本体ケースの裏面側で前記貫通孔から貫通した連結軸に連結され、ハンドルの所定回動範囲内で扉の側面に配設される箱体の開口縁部に係合又は非係合状態となって施錠したり解錠したりする鎖錠板とを備え、前記鎖錠板に形成した回転角度規制溝と、回転角度規制溝に挿入され、前記本体ケースの裏面に備えられた回転角度規制ピンとによって、鎖錠板の回動範囲が制限された扉鎖錠装置において、前記鎖錠板に前記回転角度規制ピンが挿入される第1の回転角度規制溝と、当該鎖錠板を表裏反転させて鎖錠板が本体ケースから突出する向きを反転させるようにした場合に、前記回転角度規制ピンが挿入される第2の回転角度規制溝とを設けたことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明について各図に従って詳細に説明する。まず、本願第1の発明に係る扉鎖錠装置について説明する。図1〜図7は当該発明の一実施形態に係る扉鎖錠装置に関するものであって、図1はその一実施形態を示す分解斜視図、図2は右開き扉用としての扉鎖錠装置を示す背面図であって、解錠状態を示す図、図3はその施錠状態を示す図、図4は図3に示すA−A線断面図、図5は左開き扉用としての扉鎖錠装置を示す背面図であって、解錠状態を示す図、図6はその施錠状態を示す図、図7は図6に示すB−B線断面図、図8は鎖錠板に取り付けられる保護キャップを示す図である。

当該扉鎖錠装置は、図1に示すように、扉A(図4又は図7参照)に取着される本体ケース1とこの本体ケース1の表面側に回動自在に取着されるハンドル2と本体ケース1の裏面側でハンドル2に連結される鎖錠板3とにて構成される。この扉鎖錠装置は、基本的には特開平10−131571号公報あるいは特開平10−131570号公報に示す構成と同一であり、異なる点は本体ケース1の裏面側と鎖錠板3であるので、これらの点を中心に説明する。

本体ケース1は、図1に示すように、表面側から裏面側にかけて貫通する貫通孔4が穿孔してあり、この貫通孔4に後述するハンドル2の連結軸5が挿通されてハンドル2を連結軸5の軸回りに回動自在に支持する。本体ケース1の裏面側で貫通孔4周囲の連結軸5の軸回りには、鎖錠板3の回動範囲をそれぞれ約90度の範囲で規制する回転角度規制溝11が一つ形成されている。

ハンドル2は、本体ケース1の表面側に装着されるものであって、本体ケース1の貫通孔4から本体ケース1の裏面側に貫通する角軸状の連結軸5を有し、ハンドル2を連結軸5の軸回りに回動操作することでハンドル2と一緒に連結軸5が回動するようになっている。

鎖錠板3は、本体ケース1の裏面側で貫通孔4から貫通したハンドル2の連結軸5に連結されて箱体Bの開口縁部15若しくは扉裏面側に係合又は非係合状態となって扉Aを施錠を施錠したり解錠したりするものであって、本体ケース1の裏面側でハンドル2に対して直交する方向で連結軸5に連結される。この鎖錠板3の基端側には、本体ケース1裏面側の貫通孔4近傍に位置させた状態で角軸状の連結軸5に嵌合する角孔状の連結孔6が形成されており、連結孔6を連結軸5に嵌合させた状態で取着ネジ7を連結軸5に螺合させることによりハンドル2と鎖錠板3とが連結される。

この鎖錠板3の一方の面には、上記回転角度規制溝11に挿入されて当該溝11との間で鎖錠板3の回動角度を規制する第1の回転角度規制ピン12aが鎖錠板3と一体に設けられている。この第1の回転角度規制ピン12aは、例えば右開き扉用に備えられており、図2及び図3に示す如く、解錠状態と鎖錠状態との間で、鎖錠板3の回動角度が略90度に規制される。

また、鎖錠板3の残る面にも、上記回転角度規制溝11に挿入されて当該溝11との間で鎖錠板3の回動角度を規制する第2の回転角度規制ピン12bが鎖錠板3と一体に設けられている。第1の回転角度規制ピン12aが右開き扉用であるのに対し、この第2の回転角度規制ピン12bは、図5及び図6に示す如く、左開き扉用に備えられており、解錠状態と鎖錠状態との間で、鎖錠板3の回動角度が略90度に規制される。

具体的に言えば、第2の回転角度規制ピン12bは、第1の回転角度規制ピン12aに対し、鎖錠板3の裏面側で連結軸5の軸回りに180度回転させた位置に備えられ、鎖錠板3を表裏反転させて鎖錠板3が本体ケース1から突出する向きを略180度反転させた場合に、本体ケース1裏面の回転角度規制溝11に挿入可能になっている。

鎖錠板3の先端には、図8に示すような保護キャップ8が取着されている。当該保護キャップ8は、箱体Bの開口縁部に鎖錠板3を係止容易にするガイド部13を備えている。このガイド部13は、その両側面においてその中央部分から上下方向に掛けて薄くなるように傾斜状に形成されると共に鎖錠板13の先端から基端部方向に掛けて厚みを増すように傾斜状に形成される。この結果、右開き扉用あるいは左開き扉用のいずれに取着したとしても、鎖錠板3の回転に併せて、鎖錠板3が箱体Bの開口縁部15に係合しやすくなっている。また、保護キャップ8の両側面中央には、箱体Bの開口縁部15に当接する断面略半円状の弾性部14を備えており、開口縁部15に点接触する形となって扉Aのがたつきを最小限に抑えることができるようになっている。

しかして、この扉鎖錠装置において、図1及び図2、図3、図4に示す如く、第1の回転角度規制ピン12aを回転角度規制溝11に挿入するように鎖錠板3を取着した場合には、当該回転角度規制溝11内で第1の回転角度規制ピン12aの移動が制限され、ハンドル2を回動操作することにより鎖錠板3が箱体Bの開口縁部15に係合又は非係合状態となって扉Aを施錠したり解錠したりすることができる。また、図5及び図6、図7に示す如く、鎖錠板3を表裏反転させて、第2の回転角度規制ピン12bを回転角度規制溝11に挿入するように鎖錠板3を取着した場合には、当該回転角度規制溝11内で第2の回転角度規制ピン12bの移動が制限され、ハンドル2を回動操作することにより鎖錠板3が箱体Bの裏面側に係合又は非係合状態となって扉Aを施錠したり解錠したりすることができる。このように、鎖錠板3を表裏反転させて鎖錠板3が本体ケース1から突出する向きを略180度反転させることによって、右開き用の扉と左開き用の扉とのどちらでも取着することができる。

また、保護キャップ8によって、図2(又は図5)に示すハンドル2が突出した状態から図3(又は図6)に示す位置にハンドル2を回動させると、保護キャップ8のガイド部13によって鎖錠板3がスムーズに開口縁部15に係合され、また、弾性部14が箱体Bの開口縁部15に当接して、扉Aのがたつきが防止される。

なお、回転角度規制ピン12は鎖錠板3に一体に形成されればよく、例えば鎖錠板3と一体に成形加工したり、溶接や接着によって鎖錠板3に取着してもよい。また、螺合手段等によって鎖錠板3に螺合させてもよい。

このように、当該扉鎖錠装置においては、回転角度規制ピン12を付け替えたりすることなく、右開き扉用の扉鎖錠装置として、あるいは左開き扉用の扉鎖錠装置とすることができる。また、一の回転角度規制溝11を設けるのみで、右開き用扉、左開き用扉のいずれにでも対応できる。

第1の回転角度規制溝11a及び第2の回転角度規制溝11bは、本体ケース1の裏面側で貫通孔4の回りに180度回転した位置に備えられる。この鎖錠板3の一方の面には、上記いずれか一方の回転角度規制溝(第1の回転角度規制溝11a)に挿入されて当該第1の回転角度規制溝11aとの間で鎖錠板3の回動角度を規制する第1の回転角度規制ピン12aが鎖錠板3と一体に設けられている。これら第1の回転角度規制ピン12a及び第1の回転角度規制溝11aは、例えば右開き扉用に備えられており、図10及び図11に示す如く、解錠状態と鎖錠状態との間で、鎖錠板3の回動角度が略90度に規制される。

しかして、この扉鎖錠装置において、図9及び図10、図11、図12に示す如く、第1の回転角度規制ピン12aを第1の回転角度規制溝11aに挿入するように鎖錠板3を取着した場合には、溝内で第1の回転角度規制ピン12aの移動が制限され、ハンドル2を回動操作することにより鎖錠板3が箱体Bの開口縁部15に係合又は非係合状態となって扉Aを施錠したり解錠したりすることができる。また、図13及び図14、図15に示す如く、鎖錠板3を表裏反転させて、第2の回転角度規制ピン12bを回転角度規制溝11に挿入するように鎖錠板3を取着した場合には、溝内で第2の回転角度規制ピン12bの移動が制限され、ハンドル2を回動操作することにより鎖錠板3が箱体Bの開口縁部15に係合又は非係合状態となって扉Aを施錠したり解錠したりすることができる。このように、鎖錠板3を表裏反転させて、鎖錠板3が本体ケース1から突出する向きを略180度反転させることによって、右開き用の扉と左開き用の扉とのどちらでも取着することができるようになっている。

この鎖錠板3には、上記回転角度規制ピン12が挿入されて当該回転角度規制ピン12との間で鎖錠板3の回動角度を規制する第1の回転角度規制溝11aと第2の回転角度規制溝11bが設けられている。第1の回転角度規制溝11aは、右開き扉用に備えられており、図17及び図18に示す如く、解錠状態と鎖錠状態との間で、鎖錠板3の回動角度が略90度に規制される。また、鎖錠板3には、上記回転角度規制ピン12が挿入されて当該回転角度規制ピン12との間で鎖錠板3の回動角度を規制する第2の回転角度規制溝11bが設けられている。第1の回転角度規制溝11aが右開き扉用であるのに対し、この第2の回転角度規制溝11bは、図20及び図21に示す如く、左開き扉用に備えられており、解錠状態と鎖錠状態との間で、鎖錠板3の回動角度が略90度に規制される。

しかして、この扉鎖錠装置において、図16及び図17、図18、図19に示す如く、回転角度規制ピン12を第1の回転角度規制溝11aに挿入するように鎖錠板3を取着した場合には、第1の回転角度規制溝11a内で回転角度規制ピン12の移動が制限され、ハンドル2を回動操作することにより鎖錠板3が箱体Bの開口縁部15に係合又は非係合状態となって扉Aを施錠したり解錠したりすることができる。また、図20及び図21、図22に示す如く、鎖錠板3を表裏反転させて回転角度規制ピン12を第2の回転角度規制溝11bに挿入するように鎖錠板3を取着した場合には、第2の回転角度規制溝11b内で回転角度規制ピン12の移動が制限され、ハンドル2を回動操作することにより鎖錠板3が箱体Bの開口縁部15に係合又は非係合状態となって扉Aを施錠したり解錠したりすることができる。このように、鎖錠板3を表裏反転させて、鎖錠板3が本体ケース1から突出する向きを略180度反転させることによって、右開き用の扉と左開き用の扉のどちらでも取着することができるようになっている。

【発明の効果】
本願発明に係る扉鎖錠装置のいずれにおいても、回転角度規制ピンが鎖錠板と一体に備えられ、鎖錠板を表裏反転させ鎖錠板が本体ケースから突出する向きを反転させるようにした場合に、鎖錠板若しくは本体ケースに備えられた回転角度規制ピンが、本体ケース若しくは鎖錠板に設けられた回転角度規制溝に挿入されるようになっている。この結果、鎖錠板を表裏反転させ鎖錠板の取着方向を変えることにより、回転角度規制ピンを付け替えることなく、右開き扉、左開き扉のいずれにでも対応することができる。
