Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, a strong wind often blows during the snowfall period, and the snowproof hood 6 that opens only on one side and has a large opening area is easily affected by the wind. Specifically, as indicated by arrows in FIG. 7A, a strong external force acts in the X direction and the Y direction, and the snow hood 6 swings in either direction.
[0008]
Naturally, since it is an external force caused by wind, there are a Y direction close to the X direction and an X direction close to the Y direction, and further, a complicated state is applied in which a force in the Z direction and a direction close thereto is also applied. In any case, since the external force is concentrated in the X direction and the Y direction and is different from the direction in which the fixing screw 7 is inserted, the snow hood 6 repeats shaking each time.
[0009]
The snow hood 6 has a relatively low mounting strength because the receiving side 6b simply rests on the upper surface of the outdoor unit body 1 and is fixed by the fixing screw 7.
[0010]
When the snow hood 6 is shaken by a strong wind, the fixing screw 7 is also shaken via the receiving side 6b, and the peripheral surface of the screw hole provided in the outdoor unit main body 1 causes metal fatigue due to the influence. Eventually, the peripheral surface of the screw hole may be crushed, the fixing screw 7 may be removed, and the snow hood 6 may fall off the outdoor unit body 1.
[0011]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-349579 discloses an inexpensive and durable outdoor unit snowproof hood and an outdoor unit with a snowproof hood that can be easily and easily assembled on site even by one person.
[0012]
In this technique, the outdoor unit main body is provided with a locking portion, the snow hood is provided with a locking claw, and the locking claw is fitted into the locking portion. Further, a hood mounting stay is mounted on the outdoor unit main body, and is screwed to a locking coupling mounting portion provided in the snow hood.
[0013]
Therefore, although it differs from the snow hood mounting structure described above, the change of the snow hood swaying due to repeated strong wind influences the mounting structure on the outdoor unit itself. Absent.
[0014]
That is, when the snow hood sways repeatedly under the influence of strong winds, both the locking claws and the fixing screws are shaken, and the locking claws and the screw hole peripheral surface cause metal fatigue. Eventually, the locking claw may break or the peripheral surface of the screw hole may be crushed and the fixing screw may come off.
[0015]
Furthermore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8, the outdoor heat exchanger 3 </ b> Z accommodated and disposed in the outdoor unit main body 1 has its upper end surface position regulated by the mounting position of the outlet 5 </ b> Z and the outdoor blower 8, The height dimension cannot be increased. Therefore, the outdoor heat exchanger 3Z is small in size, and the heat exchange capacity cannot be increased.
[0016]
Assuming that a common outdoor unit body 1 is used, that is, without changing the height of the outdoor unit body 1, the outlet position of the outlet 5Z is raised as shown by the two-dot chain line in the figure, By shifting the position of the blower 8 upward, the upper end position of the outdoor heat exchanger 3Z can be changed as shown by a two-dot chain line in the figure.
[0017]
That is, it is possible to increase the heat exchange capacity by increasing the height of the outdoor heat exchanger 3Z. On the other hand, since the position of the upper end surface to which the outlet body 5Z of the outdoor unit body 1 is attached does not change, the mounting screw 7 for mounting the outlet body 5Z to the outdoor unit body 1 is a screw having a very long total length. Is troublesome.
[0019]
The object of the present invention is to increase the position of the upper end surface of the outdoor heat exchanger without changing the height of the outdoor unit body, and to increase the heat exchange capacity of the outdoor heat exchanger. Is to provide a machine.
[0022]
[ Means for Solving the Problems ]
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the present invention is made to satisfy the above-mentioned purpose, and is provided with an outside air suction port on the side surface and an upper lid part having a blowout port body on the upper surface, and an outdoor heat exchange inside. The outdoor unit main body in which the outdoor unit is accommodated, and the outdoor unit body, which is disposed to face the outlet port body, is sucked into the outdoor unit body from the outside air inlet port and is conducted to the outdoor heat exchanger, and the outlet port body In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner having an outdoor blower that blows out from the mounting unit, a mounting recess that is recessed at the corner of the upper lid and at the base end of the outlet of the upper lid, and the mounting of the upper lid And an attachment for attaching and fixing the upper lid to the outdoor unit main body.
Further, the mounting recess provided in the upper lid portion also serves as a snow hood mounting portion that covers the air outlet and prevents the air outlet from being blocked by snow.
[0023]
By adopting a means for solving such a problem, in the configuration in which the blowout port provided in the upper lid portion is covered with a snow hood, the position of the upper end surface of the outdoor heat exchanger is changed without changing the height dimension of the outdoor unit body. Take higher, get an increased heat exchange capacity of the outdoor heat exchanger.
[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an outdoor unit in an air conditioner that is optimal for a cold region, for example, with a part thereof broken and omitted.
[0025]
The outdoor unit main body 1 has a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view and includes a rectangular parallelepiped housing having a predetermined height. A plurality of laterally long outside air inlets 2 are provided from the upper end to the middle portion of each side surface portion of the outdoor unit body 1.
[0026]
An outdoor heat exchanger 3 is accommodated in the outdoor unit main body 1 and is arranged and fixed by an appropriate means so as to face each outdoor air suction port 2. The outdoor heat exchanger 3 is composed of a pair (two sets) having a substantially key shape in plan view.
[0027]
Two compressors 10 and 10 are juxtaposed on the bottom of the outdoor unit main body 1. Each compressor 10 communicates with each outdoor heat exchanger 3, and piping (not shown) for that purpose is accommodated in the vicinity of the compressor 10. Therefore, this air conditioner is equipped with two sets of refrigeration cycle equipment, and has an air conditioning capacity of a medium type or higher.
[0028]
An electric component box 11 is disposed on the bottom of the outdoor unit main body 1 at a position separated from each compressor 10. The electrical component box 11 accommodates control electrical components for electrically controlling the compressor 10 and an outdoor blower described later.
[0029]
On the other hand, the outdoor unit main body 1 has an upper end opened, and a separate upper lid 1A is fitted and fixed to the upper end opening to close the upper end opening. The upper lid portion 1A is integrally provided with an outlet body 5 that protrudes upward at a predetermined height.
[0030]
In other words, the upper lid portion 1A is formed using a synthetic resin material, has a rectangular shape in plan view, and the outlet 5 has a circular shape that occupies almost the area of the upper lid portion 1A. Eggplant. The outdoor blower 8 is disposed in the outdoor unit main body 1 facing the blowout port body 5.
[0031]
The outdoor blower 8 includes a fan motor M and a fan F, and the axial direction is aligned with the vertical direction. The fan motor M is on the lower side, and is attached and fixed to the support frame 14 attached to the upper end opening of the outdoor unit body 1 by appropriate means.
[0032]
The fan F is a propeller fan that is attached to a rotating shaft that protrudes from the top of the fan motor M and that has four blades on the peripheral surface. The fan F has a diameter smaller than that of the outlet 5 and is inserted into the outlet 5.
[0033]
On the other hand, at the four corners of the upper lid 1A that forms the upper part of the outdoor unit main body 1, there are provided mounting recesses 15 for mounting a snow hood, which will be described later. The number of the mounting recesses 15 is not limited to that number, and may be at least one corner.
[0034]
FIG. 2A is a perspective view showing the appearance of an outdoor unit of a completed air conditioner, and FIG. 2B is an enlarged perspective view of a mounting recess 15 that is a part thereof.
The outlet 5 is covered with a fan guard 4 in which a plurality of wires are arranged side by side at a predetermined interval, and a foreign object intentionally or accidentally regardless of whether the outdoor blower 8 is stopped or blown. Prevent the danger of insertion.
[0035]
The mounting concave portion 15 is provided from the upper end of the upper lid portion 1A to the lower direction, and two surfaces 16, 17 parallel to the right-angled plane forming the corner portion of the upper lid portion 1A are recessed. At the lower end portions of these recessed surfaces 16 and 17, a horizontal step portion 18 which is a surface parallel to the upper surface of the upper lid portion 1A is formed, and a screw hole 19 is provided therein.
[0036]
The recessed surfaces 16 and 17 of the mounting recess 15 are two surfaces, a surface orthogonal to the front side surface in the drawing and a surface orthogonal to this surface and parallel to the front side surface. For convenience of explanation, a surface orthogonal to the front side surface in the figure is referred to as an X-concave surface 16, and a surface orthogonal to this surface and parallel to the front side surface is referred to as a Y-concave surface 17.
[0037]
3A is a perspective view showing an external appearance of the snow hood 20 attached to the outdoor unit of the completed air conditioner, and FIG. 3B is an enlarged perspective view showing a mounting portion of the snow hood 20. It is.
[0038]
The snow hood 20 has a lower surface and a front surface opened in the drawing, and both side surfaces, the back surface, and the upper surface are wall portions. The upper wall is formed so as to be appropriately inclined upward from the rear side to the front opening side in the figure based on the upper end shape dimensions of both side walls and the back wall.
[0039]
The receiving side portions 20a are horizontally bent from the lower end edges excluding the four corners at the lower end of the snow hood 20, and these receiving side portions 20a are placed on the upper surface of the upper lid portion 1A. Support legs 21 to be described later are attached to the four corners at the lower end of the snow hood 20.
[0040]
The support leg 21 shown as the first embodiment is bent in an L shape in a plan view and includes pieces 22 and 23 having a predetermined length in the vertical direction. Only the upper end portion of one piece 22 is attached and fixed to the lower portion of the side wall 20b of the snow hood 20 by means such as spot welding, for example, and integrated with the snow hood 20.
[0041]
The piece 22 of the support leg 21, which is partly fixed to the snow hood 20, is along a direction orthogonal to the surface of the opening 20 c of the snow hood 20. The other piece 23 projects in a direction parallel to the surface of the opening 20c and protrudes from the snow hood 20 to the side.
[0042]
For convenience of explanation, a piece part partially fixed to the side wall 20b of the snow hood 20 is called an X piece part 22, and a piece protruding from the snow hood 20 is called a Y piece part 23. In particular, a placing piece 24 that is bent in the horizontal direction is provided at the lower end edge of the X piece 22.
[0043]
That is, the upper end of the X piece portion 22 is fixed to the snow hood side wall 20 b and the other portion of the support leg 21 protrudes downward from the lower end edge of the snow hood 20. Accordingly, the placement piece 24 described above is provided at an end portion of the support leg 21 protruding from the snow hood 20.
[0044]
The placement piece 24 may be formed at the lower edge of the Y piece 23, or may extend over both the X and Y pieces 22, 23. In any case, the mounting piece portion 24 is provided with a mounting hole 25, and the horizontal step portion 18 is provided with the above-described screw hole 19 at a portion communicating with the mounting hole 25.
[0045]
In this manner, the snow-proof hood 20 provided with the support legs 21 is supported by the upper lid portion 1A of the outdoor unit main body 1. In other words, each support leg 21 integral with the snow hood 20 is inserted into the mounting recess 15 of the upper lid 1A, and the mounting piece 24 at the lower end of the support leg 20 is inserted into the horizontal step 18 of the mounting recess 15. Put it on top.
[0046]
Then, an attachment screw 26 is screwed into the screw hole 19 of the horizontal step portion 18 through the attachment hole 25 of the placement piece portion 24, and the placement piece portion 24 is attached and fixed to the horizontal step portion 18. That is, the support leg 21 is attached and fixed to the attachment recess 15.
[0047]
If all the supporting legs 21 are attached and fixed to the opposing mounting recesses 15, the snow-proof hood 20 is securely attached to the outdoor unit body 1. In this state, the X piece 22 of the support leg 21 is in close contact with the X concave surface 16 of the mounting recess 15, and the Y piece 23 of the support leg 21 is in close contact with the Y concave surface 17 of the mounting recess 15.
[0048]
When the refrigeration cycle operation of the air conditioner is started, the outdoor fan 8 is simultaneously driven. Outside air is sucked into the outdoor unit main body 1 from the outside air inlet 2 and flows through the outdoor heat exchanger 3 to exchange heat.
[0049]
The outdoor heat exchanger 3 performs the refrigerant condensing action during the cooling operation and the refrigerant evaporating action during the heating operation. The outside air heat-exchanged here is blown out from the outdoor blower 8 to the snow-proof hood 20 via the blow-out port body 5, and is further blown out and guided from the opening 20c of the snow-proof hood 20 to the outside.
[0050]
Even in the winter season, even if there is a large amount of snowfall, the outlet body 5 is covered with the snow hood 20 so that it is not blocked by the snow, and the refrigeration cycle operation is always performed without any trouble.
[0051]
In addition, strong winds may be blown regardless of snowfall. The snow hood 20 is struck by strong winds, and mainly the external force in the direction along the opening 20c surface of the snow hood 20 (hereinafter referred to as the X direction) and the direction orthogonal to the opening 20c surface (hereinafter referred to as the Y direction). To receive external force.
[0052]
Of course, the wind direction includes a Y direction close to the X direction, an X direction close to the Y direction, a Z direction close to the X direction, a Z direction close to the Y direction, or an X direction or Y direction close to the Z direction. It is complicated and external force acts in either direction. Eventually, however, all these external forces are concentrated in approximately the X and Y directions.
[0053]
When an external force in the X direction repeatedly acts on the snow hood 20, the X piece 22 of the support leg 21 attached to the snow hood 20 is repeatedly pressed against the X concave surface 16 of the mounting recess 15 provided in the outdoor unit body 1. It is done.
[0054]
In addition, when an external force in the Y direction is repeatedly applied to the snow hood 20, the Y piece 23 of the support leg 21 attached to the snow hood 20 is applied to the Y concave surface 17 of the mounting recess 15 provided in the outdoor unit body 1. Pressed repeatedly.
[0055]
In other words, even if the external force in any direction of XY acts repeatedly on the support leg 21 integrated with the snow hood 20, the XY concave surfaces 16, 17 are all formed via the XY pieces 22, 23. Receive external force. The XY concave surfaces 16 and 17 are fixed in any state and do not deform.
[0056]
Therefore, the external force is cut off and absorbed before acting on the placing piece 24 of the support leg 21, and the influence of the external force does not reach the placing piece 24 and the horizontal step portion 18. Naturally, no external force acts on the mounting screw 26 that attaches the mounting step 24 to the horizontal step 18.
[0057]
Eventually, even if the snow hood 20 is struck by a strong wind and receives a strong external force, the external screw does not act on the mounting screw 26 for mounting and fixing the snow hood 20 to the outdoor unit main body 1, and therefore the screw provided on the horizontal step portion 18. Metal fatigue does not occur in the holes 19. The snow-proof hood 20 is completely prevented from falling off, and the safety is maintained for a long time.
[0058]
FIG. 4A is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a snow hood attached to an outdoor unit of a completed air conditioner, and FIG. 4B is a perspective view showing an enlarged attachment portion of the snow hood. .
[0059]
Here, as the second embodiment, only the support leg 21A described later has a configuration different from that described above, and all other components are the same as those described above. Are given the same numbers, and new explanations are omitted.
[0060]
The configuration of the mounting recess 15 is exactly the same. In the support leg 21A, the X piece 22, the Y piece 23, and the placement piece 24 are integrally bent to form the placement piece 24. The mounting holes 25 are not changed.
[0061]
Therefore, in a state where the mounting piece 24 is placed on the horizontal step portion 18 of the mounting recess 15 and is attached by the mounting screw 26, the X piece 22 is in close contact with the X recessed surface 16, and the Y piece 23 is Close to the Y-concave surface 17.
[0062]
The reinforcing piece 27 is integrally bent along the side edge of the X piece 22 constituting the support leg 21A. The reinforcing piece portion 27 is provided from a substantially middle portion in the vertical direction of the X piece portion 22 to the lower end edge, and is in a direction perpendicular to the X piece portion 22 and parallel to the Y piece portion 23. .
[0063]
The reinforcing piece 27 protrudes further downward from the lower edge of the X piece 23 and extends to the vicinity of the lower edge of the upper lid 1A. In a state where the support leg 21A is attached to the attachment recess 15, the reinforcing piece 27 comes into close contact with the front side surface of the upper lid 1A.
[0064]
For the snow hood 20, the reinforcing piece 27 of the support leg 21A is provided below the surface of the opening 20c. A mounting screw 26 is screwed into a screw hole (not shown) provided in the upper lid portion 1A through an attachment hole 28 provided in the reinforcing piece 27, and each support leg 21A is attached to the outdoor unit main body 1 in two places. .
[0065]
As described above, since the reinforcing piece 27 is provided on the support leg 21A, in addition to preventing the influence of the external force in the X direction and the Y direction on the snow hood 20 as described above, strong winds open the snow hood 20. Even if the snow hood 20 is lifted by spraying on the portion 20c, the reinforcing piece 27 is reliably regulated.
[0066]
Therefore, although not particularly illustrated, in a snowproof hood having an opening surface along the Y piece, a reinforcing piece may be provided on the side edge of the Y piece. Further, regardless of the opening surface, if the reinforcing piece is integrally bent at both side edges of the X and Y pieces, a more reliable lifting prevention can be obtained.
[0067]
FIG. 5A is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a snow hood attached to an outdoor unit of a completed air conditioner, and FIG. 5B is a perspective view showing an enlarged attachment portion of the snow hood. .
[0068]
As the third embodiment, basically, the support leg 21A described above as the second embodiment is integrally attached to the snow hood 20. Then, the support leg 21A is attached and fixed to the mounting recess 15 provided in the upper lid portion 1A of the outdoor unit main body 1.
[0069]
Here, the reinforcing plate 30 is spanned across the reinforcing pieces 27 and 27 of the support legs 21A and 21A located on the left and right sides of the opening 20c of the snow hood 20.
[0070]
A mounting screw 26 is screwed into a mounting hole 31 provided on both sides of the reinforcing plate 30, a mounting hole 28 provided in the reinforcing piece 27, and a screw hole (not shown) provided in the upper lid portion 1A. The plate 30 and the reinforcing piece 27 are fastened to the outdoor unit main body 1 together.
[0071]
Further, the intermediate portion of the reinforcing plate 30 is directly attached and fixed to the upper lid portion 1 </ b> A of the outdoor unit body 1 by the attaching screw 26. Therefore, the left and right support legs 21 </ b> A and 21 </ b> A are attached and fixed to the outdoor unit body 1 very firmly via the reinforcing plate 30.
[0072]
As described above, since the support leg 21A includes the X piece portion 22, the Y piece portion 23, and the reinforcing piece portion 27, and the support legs 21A and 21A on both the left and right sides are connected and fixed by the reinforcing plate 30, the snow hood The external force which acts on 20 can be further disperse | distributed, and the falling-off of the snow-proof hood 20 is prevented more reliably.
[0073]
In any of the embodiments described above, as shown in FIG. 6, the height dimension that is the position of the upper end portion of the outdoor unit main body 1 does not change. Here, the upper lid 1A is provided with the mounting recess 15 at the corner as described above. In other words, the mounting recess 15 is provided at the base end of the outlet 5 in the upper lid 1A.
[0074]
That is, the attachment position of the upper lid portion 1 </ b> A with respect to the outdoor unit main body 1 does not change, and the position of the outlet 5 is shifted upward via the attachment recess 15. As a result, the position of the outdoor fan 8 is shifted upward in accordance with the outlet 5 and the position of the upper end surface of the outdoor heat exchanger 3 is shifted upward by the amount of the newly formed empty space.
[0075]
In this way, the height of the outdoor heat exchanger 3 is extended upward, so that the heat exchange capacity can be increased. In addition, the mounting recess 15 of the upper lid portion 1A is placed on the upper end surface of the outdoor unit main body 1, and the mounting of the upper lid portion 1A to the outdoor unit main body 1 with the mounting screw 26 can be easily performed without any trouble.
[0076]
Further, as described above, the mounting recess 15 provided in the upper lid portion 1A constituting the outdoor unit main body 1 also serves as the mounting of the snow hood 20 as described above. Since the upper lid portion 1A is formed from a synthetic resin material, it is easy to obtain the mounting portion 15.
[0077]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an increase in the heat exchange capacity of the outdoor heat exchanger by increasing the position of the upper end surface of the outdoor heat exchanger without changing the height of the outdoor unit body. Play.
