Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure receiving device having a speaker, such as a liquid crystal television set or a portable radio receiver installed on a wall surface in a bathroom, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In receivers such as liquid crystal televisions and radio receivers that are fixedly installed on the wall surface of the bathroom or used outdoors or have a waterproof structure, the back side of the speaker Is sealed in a case, and only the front side of the speaker is exposed to the outside to emit sound.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the main body case sealed with the waterproof structure, the space volume on the back side of the speaker is fixed. For this reason, an operating resistance is generated in the vibration of the speaker cone, which is a factor of reducing the sound output characteristics of the speaker.
[0004]
In order to improve the output sound pressure of the speaker to a required level, it is conceivable to increase the surface area of the speaker by increasing the size of the speaker. However, this increases both the volume and weight of the entire receiving apparatus.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a receiving apparatus capable of obtaining a sufficient output sound pressure with a smaller speaker while having a waterproof structure. It is in.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the speaker unit attached to the apparatus main body case and the opening of the apparatus main body case that are flush with the opening of the speaker unit and are spatially continuous with the rear surface of the speaker unit. And a vibration thin film made of polyester having a thickness of 180 μm or less . The vibration thin film resonates with the vibration of the speaker unit to output sound to the outside, and the speaker unit and the vibration thin film is a receiving apparatus, characterized in that provided in the waterproof structure with respect to the apparatus main body case.
[0007]
With such a configuration, since the spatial volume on the back side of the speaker can be changed by the vibration thin film, it is possible to reduce the operating resistance caused by the vibration of the speaker cone and to reduce the factors that lower the sound output characteristics of the speaker. Because the vibration from the back side of the speaker resonates inside the device body case and is transmitted to the outside through the vibration thin film as a result, a small speaker with sufficient output can be obtained as a result. Sound pressure can be obtained.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment in the case where the present invention is applied to a liquid crystal television set on a wall surface of a bathroom or the like will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an external configuration in the installed state. As shown in the figure, the liquid crystal television of the present invention is mainly composed of a power supply unit 1 and a display unit 2. The power supply unit 1 has a trapezoidal housing 1a that also serves as a plug to be attached to the outlet 3. A coaxial cable 4 from an antenna (not shown) is connected to one side of the power unit 1 and the display on the other side opposite to the coaxial cable 4 is connected. A coaxial cable 5 for superimposing and supplying a power supply voltage and an RF signal to the unit 2 is connected.
[0009]
The coaxial cable 5 extends through, for example, the wall surface W to the fixedly installed display unit 2, and a display unit 6 using a liquid crystal display panel and a number of slits are provided on the front surface of the display unit 2. And a sound emitting part 7 formed with the above.
[0010]
However, in the power supply unit 1, the AC commercial voltage is rectified and stepped down to a predetermined DC voltage, and the RF signal obtained from the antenna is superimposed and led out to the coaxial cable 5.
[0011]
On the display unit 2 side, the component of the RF signal is separated and extracted from the DC voltage, the desired frequency is selected from the RF signal using the DC voltage as a power source, and the receiving operation of the TV broadcast program is executed.
[0012]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a partial external configuration of the display unit 2. As shown in the drawing, the front portion of the display unit 2 is attached to the TV body case 11 by fitting a resin-made external cosmetic case 12 by its elasticity. It has become.
[0013]
The TV main body case 11 is waterproofed so as to be screwed to a main body base 13 (to be described later) so as to keep the inside airtight. The liquid crystal display panel 14 constituting the display unit 6 is provided at the front center and substantially the entire left side. In addition, the speaker 15 is disposed on the lower right side, and the vibration thin film portion 16 is disposed on the upper portion thereof so as to be exposed to the outside. The vibration thin film portion 16 is formed by adhering a waterproof vibration thin film, for example, polyester having a thickness of about 180 [μm] or less so as to cover the entire opening provided in the TV main body case 11. The opening is spatially continuous with the back side of the speaker 15.
[0014]
The exterior cosmetic case 12 is made of resin and has a structure in which a portion corresponding to the liquid crystal display panel 4 of the TV main body case 11 is opened widely and portions corresponding to the speaker 5 and the vibration thin film portion 6 are formed with a number of slits. It can be easily removed from the TV main body case 1 for cleaning or the like.
[0015]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the TV main body case 11 and the exterior cosmetic case 12 are assembled to a main body base 13 for directly fixed installation on a wall surface of a bathroom. As described above, the back side of the speaker 15 and the vibration thin film portion 16 are spatially continuous.
[0016]
In the above configuration, when a television broadcast is received and broadcast sound is output from the speaker 15, the back side of the speaker 15 and the vibration thin film portion 16 are spatially close to each other as shown in FIG. When the speaker cone of the speaker 15 vibrates, the vibration thin film portion 16 vibrates accordingly, so that the space volume in the television main body case 11 and the main body base 13 changes. For this reason, when the space volume is fixed, the operating resistance generated in the vibration of the speaker cone can be sufficiently reduced, and the factor of deteriorating the sound output characteristics of the speaker 15 can be reduced and the performance can be sufficiently exhibited. be able to.
[0017]
Further, the vibration from the back side of the speaker 15 resonates inside the case constituted by the TV main body case 11 and the main body base 13, and is transmitted through the vibration thin film portion 16 as indicated by arrows III and III in FIG. Will be output to the outside as sound. Therefore, the output sound pressure of the speaker 15 is further improved. As a result, it is possible to obtain a sufficient output sound pressure with the small speaker 15 while having a waterproof structure as a whole.
[0018]
Note that the above embodiment describes the case where the present invention is applied to a liquid crystal television fixedly installed on a wall surface of a bathroom, but the present invention is not limited to this, and has a waterproof structure, and more than a speaker. It goes without saying that any receiver that emits sound can be applied regardless of whether it is fixedly installed outside the house, such as a radio receiver or an external device attached to the front door of the intercom, or portable. .
In addition, the present invention can be variously modified and implemented without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the spatial volume on the back side of the speaker is changed by the vibration thin film, the operating resistance caused by the vibration of the speaker cone is reduced, and the factors that deteriorate the sound output characteristics of the speaker can be reduced. In addition, vibration from the back side of the speaker resonates inside the device body case and is output as sound to the outside through the vibration thin film. As a result, a small speaker is sufficient even with a waterproof structure. It is possible to obtain a high output sound pressure.
