Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag, and more particularly to a heat seal structure of a packaging bag.
[Prior art]
[0002]
A packaging bag formed by laminating a plastic film has a heat seal structure for laminating the plastic film. For example, in order to form one sealed packaging bag from two plastic films, the edge of the plastic film is heat-sealed over the entire periphery of the plastic film. Alternatively, in order to make the packaging bag self-supporting, a plastic film for the bottom of the packaging bag is provided with a W-shaped plastic film for the bottom, and two plastic films for forming the side surface and the plastic for the W-shaped bottom Heat sealing is performed by overlapping the film.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional packaging bag, since the plastic film is heat-sealed, the edge of the plastic film becomes hard like a plastic thin plate having a linear outer line. When the packaging bag is held, the edge formed into a thin plate by heat sealing hits the hand, so that the hand receives a hard and sharp feel from the edge.
[0004]
In normal use, it is designed not to cut the hand at the heat-sealed edge, but in order to give the packaging bag the handle as described above, it is formed by heat-sealing a plastic film. The person who uses the packaging bag is given a potential anxiety that the hand may be cut.
In addition, there is no denying the possibility of cutting the hand under abnormal usage conditions.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and prevents the user of the packaging bag from feeling uneasy about cutting his / her hand, thereby forming a package formed by heat sealing. The purpose is to increase the demand for bags.
In addition, since the possibility of cutting the hand under circumstances that are not normal usage cannot be denied, the object is to make the hand as difficult as possible in such a situation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
Packaging bag of the present invention in order to achieve the above object, a first means for solving problems, in the packaging bag is formed by heat sealing the edges of the plastic film, of the heat sealed edges packaging The heat-sealed areas at the ends and the areas not heat-sealed at the ends are alternately arranged in the portion that comes into contact with the hand when grasping the bag .
[0007]
The second problem solving means is the first solving means formed so that the regions which are not heat-sealed at the end portions adjacent to each other are stepped.
[0008]
The third problem-solving means is the first or second problem-solving means in which the outer line of the end portion that is not heat-sealed is a curved line that protrudes outward.
[0009]
Fourth problem solving means, in any one of the first to third means for solving problems, the inside line of the heat sealed edges by protruding into the bag interior side, forming a constricted portion, the constricted portion The outer line is a straight line.
[001 0 ]
The operational effects of the first problem solving means will be described. The area where the heat sealing is not performed at the end has a structure in which two or more plastic films are independent. However, since each plastic film itself is thin, the edges are soft, but there is no area where the heat is sealed at the end. Compared with the case where the sheet is divided into two, the plastic film becomes thicker in the heat-sealed region, and the hand is hard to slip and is easy to hold. This can relieve the anxiety of cutting hands.
Further, it is possible to make a structure in which dirt such as dust hardly accumulates compared to a case where the end portion is not heat-sealed at all. When the end portion is not heat sealed at all, if the width of the edge portion is the same, the sealed area is narrowed, the sealing strength is weakened, and the content is likely to leak. Further, since there is a region that is heat-sealed at the end portion, there is a possibility that the heat-sealed portion is intentionally peeled off by pulling a portion that is not heat-sealed.
[001 1 ]
According to the second problem-solving means, even if the hand with the packaging bag slips, the heat-seal is continuously applied to the same part of the hand, because the non-heat-sealed regions at the ends adjacent to each other are stepped. The psychological effect of relieving the anxiety of cutting the hand can be improved because it becomes difficult to cut the hand when the edge is not hit.
[001 2 ]
According to the third problem solving means, the region that is not heat-sealed at the end due to the outwardly convex curve is further easily deformed, and the anxiety of hand cutting can be relieved.
[001 3 ]
According to the fourth problem solving means, the constricted portion formed by projecting the inner line of the heat-sealed edge portion into the bag is pulled inward when the contents are put, and the heat-sealed edge Since the part falls down in either the front or back direction, the end of the heat-sealed edge part does not hit the hand when it is held by hand, and it is difficult to cut the hand and at the same time has the effect of making it easier to hold.
[001 4 ]
In particular, the outer edge of the heat-sealed edge portion has a linear shape at the constricted portion, so that the inclination when the heat-sealed edge portion falls down can be increased.
[001 5 ]
