【従来の技術】

そこで本発明においては、簡易な構造で塗布量の調節が容易に行え、さらに内容物の撹拌効果を併せ持ち、内容物を塗布具周辺に集積することにより、最後まで無駄なく使用できる液状化粧料用容器を提供することを目的とした。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するに当たり、従来のように、しごき部材の内径を物理的な圧力により可変することによるのではなく、内部容器の内径を拡張又は縮小し、塗布具周辺の内容物量を加減することにより塗布量の調節を図ることを検討した。

その結果、内部容器を柔軟性を有する素材により構成し、その外周上に等間隔にスリットを設け、当該内部容器の一端を外装容器に固着させ、他端を塗布量調整部材と嵌合させることにより、容易に塗布量の調節が行え、内容物の凝固や沈降等もなく、最後まで無駄なく使用できる液状化粧料用容器を得ることができ、本発明を完成するに至った。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係る液状化粧料用容器は、塗布具を固定一体化したキャップを有し、口部にしごき部材を設けた外装容器内に内部容器を設けて成る。内部容器は柔軟性を有する素材により構成され、一端はしごき部材とともに外装容器口部において固定され、他端は外装容器底部に設けられた塗布量調整部材と嵌合される。

内部容器を構成するのに用いる柔軟性を有する素材としては、ポリエチレン樹脂，ポリプロピレン樹脂等が挙げられる。そして、内部容器の外周上において等間隔にスリットを設ける。スリットは、外装容器に固定した際にしごき部材の下端に位置する部位から、内部容器の１／４から１／２程度の長さとするのが好ましく、８個〜１２個程度形成するのが適切である。また、内部容器の外周上に上端側から下端側にかけて直下する直線状に設けてもよいし、平行な斜線状に設けてもよい。スリット間隙は０．１〜０．５ｍｍ程度とするのが適切である。

表２より明らかなように、本発明に係る実施例１のマスカラ容器を用いた群では、すべての項目において高い評価が得られていた。これに対し、比較例１のマスカラ容器を用いた群では、マスカラ塗布量の調節のしやすさについての評価が実施例１使用群に比べて低くなっており、塗布具の引き出しやすさについては、ほとんどのパネラーがやや引き出しにくい又は引き出しにくいと回答しており、マスカラ残量が少なくなった場合、ほとんどのパネラーにおいて最後まで使い切れず、若干量〜相当量のマスカラが残ってしまうと評価していた。また内容物の状態については、本発明の実施例１では状態変化を全く認めなかったが、比較例１ではわずかに状態の変化を認めていた。
