Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a heat insulating sash used for expecting a heat insulating effect such as prevention of condensation, and is applied to a shoji or a fitting window.
[0002]
[Conventional example]
Upper and lower cross members (upper and lower) made of metal sash members (usually made of extruded aluminum) and heat insulating material (usually made of synthetic resin) interposed between the sash members A heat insulating sash constructed by engaging a glass panel with an engaging groove provided in the vertical direction relative to the cross member is known without specific examples. Since the heat insulating material has no heat resistance, the inner and outer sash members constituting the cross member are separated from each other, and the glass panel may easily fall off.
[0003]
For this reason, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-18536, a structure in which the inner and outer sash members are fastened using bolts has been proposed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional example described in the above publication functions as it is in terms of joining the inner and outer sash members, but not only does the bolt loosen and the assembly strength of the sash decreases, but the bolt head also rests on the sash surface. Since it is exposed, it may be removed by mischief.
[0005]
The present invention has been devised in order to provide a heat insulating sash having a novel structure which has not been heretofore focused on such drawbacks of the conventional example.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The upper and lower cross members are composed of a metal inner and outer sash members and a heat insulating material interposed between the sash members, and the glass panels are engaged with engagement grooves provided in the vertical direction relative to the cross members. In the heat insulating sash in which the vertical members are assembled to both ends of the material, the both ends of each lateral member are provided with receiving portions each constituted by the inner and outer sash members, and the receiving portion is provided with side portions at both ends of the central piece. In the joining frame constituted by arranging the pieces relative to each other, the elastic side portion pieces are inserted and pressed against the inner surface of the joining frame to join the inner and outer sash members.
[0007]
In the case of a shoji body, the horizontal member means the upper and lower ridges, and in the window frame body, it means the upper and lower frame. In the case of the shoji body, the vertical member means the vertical or summoning jar and the window frame body. Means a vertical frame.
[0008]

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line x2-x2 of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a front view of a sliding door shoji, FIG. 5 is a front view of the joining frame, and FIG. 6 is a plan view of the joining frame.
[0009]
In the embodiment, the present invention is applied to the sliding door shoji A, and the shoji A is constructed by assembling the upper iron 1, the lower iron 2, the summoning iron 3 and the vertical iron 3 'and the glass panel 14 to each other. Each of the flanges 1, 2, 3, 3 'is associated with the opposing surfaces of the inner sash members 1a, 2a, 3a, 3'a and the outer sash members 1b, 2b, 3b, 3'b made of extruded aluminum. The inner sash members 1a, 2a, 3a, 3'a and the outer sash member are provided with a heat insulating material 5 made of synthetic resin, which is provided with stop grooves 4, 4 'and is slidably fitted in the locking grooves 4, 4'. 1b, 2b, 3b, 3'b are assembled to each other, and the inner and outer sash members 1a, 2a. The side frames 7b and 7b of the joint frame 7 are inserted into the receiving parts 6A and 6B provided in 1b and 2b, respectively, and the joint frame 7 is assembled.
[0010]
Then, one end of the upper rod 1 is arranged on the upper end side of the vertical rod 3 ', and one end of the lower rod 2 is arranged on the lower end side, and the tapping screw 8 is passed through the through hole 11 provided in the heat insulating material 5 of the vertical rod 3'. Are screwed into tapping grooves 9 provided in the outer sash members 1b and 2b of the upper and lower rods 1 and 2 to assemble the upper and lower rods 1 and 2 and the vertical rod 3 '. The glass panel 4 is combined with each of the ridges 1, 2, 3 'by engaging the end portions thereof with the engaging grooves 10A, 10B, 10C' communicating with each other. Remaining one edge of the glass panel 14 (the other edge is engaged with the engaging grooves 10A, 10B, 10C 'of the upper and lower rods 1, 2 and the vertical rod 3') The bowl 3 is overlapped with the other end edges of the upper and lower bowls 1 and 2 and is tapped through the through holes 11 provided in the heat insulating material 5 of the summon bowl 3 in the same manner as described above. The sliding door shoji A can be obtained by screwing and tightening the tip of the screw 8 into the tapping groove 9 provided in the outer sash members 1b and 2b of the upper and lower rods 1 and 2.
[0011]
The joint frame 7 is constituted by a central piece 7a and side pieces 7b and 7b connected to both ends of the central piece 7a so as to face each other. When the side piece 7b is inserted into the receiving portions 6A and 6B, the piece 7b is easily elastically deformed and pressed against the inner surfaces of the receiving portions 6A and 6B. The inner and outer sash members 1a, 2a. The assembled state of 1b, 2b and the heat insulating material 5 is reliably maintained.
[0012]
The receiving portions 6A and 6B of the embodiment are formed of inner and outer sash members 1a, 2a. Although it is configured by through holes along the longitudinal direction of 1b and 2b, it is not necessary to limit to the shape.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, there is no risk of the glass panel dropping off in the event of a fire, and since the inner and outer sash members of the cross member are held by the joining frames at both ends thereof, the inner and outer sash members are strong. The assembly strength is not reduced by an external operation, and it is assembled using the body-joining method, which is the basic form of sash assembly, and the workability of the assembly is not reduced. A heat insulating sash that prevents the glass panel from falling off can be provided.
