【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ドレン水蒸発装置の配置を工夫するとともに、構造を改良した冷凍機内蔵型ショーケースに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、凝縮器の熱交換が空冷式である冷凍機内蔵型のショーケースのドレン水蒸発装置として、特開平7−133977号公報及び特開平9−89448号公報が開示されている。
いずれの公報とも、ショーケース30の蒸発装置31の蒸発部材に、直接、ドレン水を上から当てる構造になっているが、このドレン水は低温であり蒸発するのに時間がかかるため、図8に示すように、ドレン水蒸発装置31を凝縮器32用の送風機33の流路に設け、この送風機33の通風を当てて蒸発効果を向上させている。なお、34は圧縮機、35は冷凍機(コンデンシングユニット)、36は蒸発部材、37はドレン孔、38はドレンホース、39は電送ボックス、40はケース用コントロールボックスである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしなから、現在市場で使われている冷凍機内蔵型ショーケースは、凝縮器用送風機の通風を、高温になる圧縮機本体に当てているため、ドレン水蒸発装置を圧縮機の後方に配置しなければならず、通風が圧縮機に当たって左右に散ってしまい、通風を直接、ドレン水蒸発装置の蒸発部材に当てることは不可能であり、従って蒸発効果もあまり期待できない。
また、低温(0〜5℃)のドレン水を、直接蒸発部材の上から垂らしているため蒸散がしにくい。
更に、圧縮機の後方にドレン水蒸発装置を配置すると、ショーケースの奥行が大きくなってしまい、奥行の小さいショーケースには、従来のドレン水蒸発装置は使用できないという問題点もあった。
このような背景から、特開平9−89448号公報では、ドレン水の量の多い多段ケース等には、ドレン水上昇装置ならびに警報装置等を設けているが、構造が複雑となり、コストアップの原因となってしまっている。

本発明は、上記の課題に鑑み創案されたもので、蒸発効果が期待でき、奥行の小さいショーケースにも適用できるとともに、コストダウンが図れ、かつ凝縮器の熱交換が水冷式であるショーケースにも適用できるドレン水の蒸発装置を備えた冷凍機内蔵型ショーケースを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するため、本発明においては、内蔵した冷凍機によってケース内に陳列した商品を保冷するショーケースであって、前記冷凍機の構成要素である圧縮機,凝縮器,凝縮器用送風機等と、ドレン水を集め、該ドレン水を蒸発させるドレン水蒸発装置等とが、前記ケースの下部架台内部に設置される冷凍機内蔵型ショーケースにおいて、前記凝縮器用送風機の流路と隔絶して、前記冷凍機の横に、ドレン水蒸発装置を設けるとともに、該ドレン水蒸発装置は、ドレン水を受ける受皿と、この受皿に設けられ、前記ドレン水を吸水して蒸発させる蒸発部材と、前記受皿の底面に吹き付けるように下向きに配置した専用の送風機とからなることを特徴としている。

そして、このドレン水蒸発装置は、単体でキット化されることが望ましい。

このような構成を採用することにより、奥行の小さいショーケースにおいても、ドレン水蒸発装置を冷凍機の横のスペースに設置することができる。また、ドレン水蒸発装置に専用の送風機を取り付けることにより、ドレン水の蒸発効果も向上させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明を適用した冷凍機内蔵型ショーケースの斜視図、図2は同じくショーケースの架台内部の平面図、図3は同じくショーケースの要部断面側面図である。また、図4はドレン水蒸発装置の分解斜視図、図5は蒸発部材と固定部材の分解斜視図、図6は平面図、図7は側面図である。

まず、図1乃至図3に示すように、この種の平型ショーケース1は、上部開放の箱形に形成された商品陳列部2と、この商品陳列部2を適度の高さに保つ架台部3とから構成され、架台部3内に冷凍機(コンデンシングユニット)4が内蔵されている。即ち、この冷凍機4の構成要素である凝縮器5が正面に設けられ、その後方に、エアを誘引させる凝縮器用送風機6が、更にその後方に、圧縮機7が配置されている。なお、8は電装ボックスである。そして、この冷凍機4内のエアフローは、正面吸い込み、背面吹き出しの構成となっている。

ところで、従来のドレン水蒸発装置はこのエアフローを利用して、圧縮機7の後方の流路に設けられていたが、本発明は、この凝縮器用送風機6の流路と隔絶して、冷凍機4の横に、ドレン水蒸発装置9を設けている。そして、図3に示すように、商品陳列部2の下端にドレン孔10を穿孔して、ドレンホース11にてドレン水蒸発装置9の受皿12にドレン水を落下させるように構成している。なお、13はケース用コントロールボックスである。

次に、本発明の要旨となるドレン水蒸発装置9について、図4乃至図7に基づいて説明する。
このドレン水蒸発装置9は、前記ドレンホース11より落下するドレン水を受けるドレン受皿12と、該ドレン受皿12に溜ったドレン水を毛細管現象で吸水して蒸発させる多数枚の蒸発部材16と、前記ドレン受皿12の底面に吹き付けるように、下向きに配置された専用の送風機17により概ね構成される。

前記ドレン受皿12は、下辺が開放された逆凸状の受皿スライドレール18に、前後方向に移動可能に載置されている。この受皿スライドレール18の後方には、コ字状のファンモータ取付金具19が設けられ、その上に専用の送風機17が取り付けられている。受皿スライドレール18の最前部にはストッパ20が、最後部にはめくら板が夫々設けられている。
前記ドレン受皿12の一側の略中央には、コ字状を呈した蒸発部材固定金具21が溶着されており、この開口部に蒸発部材16が取り付けられる。蒸発部材16の夫々の板は、その両サイドの縦方向に切欠き16a,16aを有し、その切欠き16aに固定部材22,22の櫛歯状の切欠き22a,22a…が嵌合されて一体化される(図5参照)。

この蒸発部材16の材質は、ポリエステル繊維等の不織布を基材とし、この基材に微粒子のフェノールを熱硬化させて固着剤とし、更に親水性を付与してアルコール系の溶剤に浸した後、乾燥させたものを使用するとよい。
なお、このドレン水蒸発装置9は、ショーケースの種類や大きさに関係なく適用でき、単体でキット化されるものである。

このように構成すると、奥行の小さいショーケースにおいても、ドレン水蒸発装置を冷凍機の横に設置できるとともに、専用の送風機を採用したので、ドレン水の蒸発効果が向上する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の冷凍機内蔵型ショーケースによれば、次のような効果を奏する。
(1)専用の送風機をドレン受皿の底面に向けて吹き出すことによって、ドレン水の水温が上昇し、蒸発部材に吸水されると蒸発しやすい状態になる。また、底面に吹き付けた風は、蒸発部材に直接当たるので、蒸発部材の蒸発効果は更に向上する。
(2)冷凍機の横に設置するので、奥行の小さいショーケースにも利用できる。
(3)凝縮器の熱交換を空冷で行うショーケース以外に、水冷で行うショーケースにも利用できる。
(4) 専用の送風機により、蒸発効果を高めたので、従来の特開平9−89448号公報のような蒸発部材の上昇装置ならびに警報装置は不要となり、コストダウンが図れる。そして、特に、本発明はドレン排水量の多い多段ショーケースにも使用できる。
