従来、冷却塔にルーバーサポートを取付ける場合には、図6に展開斜視図で示すように、ルーバーサポート63の上端部を、散水槽架台66の水平板部661の裏面に固着した箱状の固定ピース67内に挿着したのち、受皿61の辺縁部611に、立上げ片621を有する取付けピース62をボルトとナットにより締着すると共に、この取付けピース62の立上げ片621を、ボルト64とナット65によりルーバーサポート63の下端部に締着することにより、受皿61の辺縁部611と散水槽架台66の水平板部661間にルーバーサポート63を取付けることが行なわれていた。

上記取付け方法では、受皿61の辺縁部611と取付けピース62、及びこの取付けピース62とルーバーサポート63の下端部との間を、何れもボルトとナットにより締着しなければならないので、その取付け作業に手間取ると共に、予め製作しておいた箱状の固定ピース67を、溶接等の手段により散水槽架台66の水平板部661に固着しておかなければならないので、製作コストが嵩む等の問題がある。

本発明は、上述の課題を解決すべく為されたものであって、冷却塔の受皿辺縁部と散水槽架台間に、切欠き部を設けただけの簡単な構造のルーバーサポートを、極めて容易に取付けられるように工夫が施された冷却塔のルーバーサポート取付け構成体を提供せんとするものである。

本発明は上記課題を解決するためのものであって、その要旨は、冷却塔の受皿辺縁部と散水槽架台間に立設してルーバーを支持するルーバーサポートの取付け構成体であって、ルーバーサポートの下端に、前記受皿辺縁部に設けた支持枠の立上げ片を挟着する切欠き部を設けると共に、前記散水槽架台の水平板部の二箇所を打抜いて折返し片を形成し、双方の折返し片間に、前記ルーバーサポートの上端を挟持するように為したことを特徴とする冷却塔のルーバーサポート取付け構成体である。

以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づき具体的に説明する。
