Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An example of a sash with a door pocket will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, but is not limited thereto.
The sash frame 1, the door pocket 2, the shoji 3 attached to the sash frame 1, and the shutter 4 constitute a sash with a door pocket.
The sash frame 1 is a rectangular frame made up of an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, and left and right vertical frames 12.
The upper frame 10 has a paper sliding door mounting portion, for example, an inner upper rail 10a, an outer upper rail 10b, and an upper rain door mounting portion, for example, an upper rain door guide recess 10c.
The lower frame 11 has a lower shoji mounting portion, for example, an inner lower rail 11a, an outer lower rail 11b, and a lower shutter mounting portion, for example, a lower shutter guide portion 11c.
The upper shutter guide recess 10c and the lower shutter guide portion 11c protrude beyond the pair of vertical frames 12 to the outdoor side.
The door pocket 2 is attached to the one vertical frame 12 side.
A shutter receiving member 13 is attached to the outdoor portion of the other vertical frame 12, and this shutter receiving member 13 is connected to the upper shutter guide recess 10c and the lower shutter guide portion 11c in the longitudinal direction thereof. Is blocked.
[0015]
The door pocket 2 includes a top plate 20, a door bottom end plate 21, a door end end plate 22, a base plate 23, and an end plate 24, and a shutter door 25 is formed between the door end end plate 22 and one vertical frame 12.
A door slide block 26 is attached to the upper and lower sides of the door bottom end plate 21 so as to face the shutter door 25, respectively. While buffering and reducing, the shutter 4 is moved to the end plate 24 side. A guide roller 27 that facilitates movement of the shutter 4 toward the end plate 24 side is attached to the door end wife plate 22.
[0016]
The top plate 20 has an abutment portion, for example, a hanging piece 20a, which abuts against the prospective end surface 26a of the upper door slide block 26.
The base plate 23 has an abutting portion, for example, a projecting piece 23a, which abuts against the prospective direction end surface 26a of the lower door sliding block 26.
Since it is like this, by positioning and attaching the upper and lower door-slip blocks 26 to the door butt wife plate 21 in the prospective direction, the drooping piece 20a of the top plate 20 and the base plate 23 of the door-sliding block 26 on the prospective direction end surface 26a are provided. By bringing the projecting pieces 23a into contact with each other, the Tojiri wife plate 21, the top plate 20, and the ground plate 23 can be positioned in the prospective direction.

The top plate 20, the Tojiri plate 21, and the base plate 23 are each provided with a frame attachment piece 28, and each frame attachment piece 28 is attached to the building frame 16 with a fixing tool 29.
[0018]
Next, the connection between the sash frame 1 and the door pocket 2 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper frame 10 of the sash frame 1 and the top plate 20 of the door pocket 2 are connected using an upper connecting member 30.
The upper connecting member 30 is fixed to the upper frame 10 and the top plate 20, for example, by screws 31, and the upper connecting member 30 and the upper frame 10 are temporarily fixed by the fitting connecting means 32.
The fitting connecting means 32 is configured to place the upper connecting member 30 on the upper surface of the upper frame 10 to fit each other and temporarily fix the upper connecting member 30 to the upper frame 10, for example, as shown in FIG. The upper connection member 30 is provided with a downward projection 33 and a fitting hole 34 formed in the upper frame 10, and the upper connection member 30 is attached to the upper frame 10 by fitting the projection 33 into the fitting hole 34. Temporarily fix.
The protrusion 33 and the fitting hole 34 are preferably fitted with no gap, but may be fitted with a slight gap.
The protrusion 33 may be integrated with the upper connecting member 30 or may be separate. Further, the protrusion 33 and the fitting hole 34 are preferably circular in cross section, but may be rectangular, polygonal cross section, or the like.
[0019]
Next, an example of the operation | work which connects the door pocket 2 to the sash frame 1 is demonstrated.
The top connecting member 30 is fixed to the top plate 20 with screws 31 so that the projection 33 protrudes in the direction of finding from the top plate 20, and the operator lifts the door pocket 2 so that the projection 33 is positioned above the upper surface of the upper frame 10. When the door 2 is lowered and the protrusion 33 is fitted into the fitting hole 34 of the upper frame 10, the door 2 is placed in the sash frame 1 so that the upper surface of the upper frame 10 and the upper surface of the top plate 20 are substantially the same height. Preferably, it is temporarily fixed by positioning at the same height. At this time, since the base plate 23 of the door pocket 2 abuts on the lower frame 11, it is held in a predetermined mounting posture.
In this state, the operator connects the upper frame 10 and the top plate 20 by screwing the screws 31 from the upper frame 10 to the upper connecting member 30.
Since it is like this, the door pocket 2 can be easily positioned to the sash frame 1, and the door pocket 2 can be easily connected to the sash frame 1 by one worker.
[0020]
In this embodiment, the top plate 20 and the upper connecting member 30 are connected by the same fitting connecting means 32 (the downward projection 33 provided on the upper connecting member 30 and the fitting hole 34 formed on the top plate 20). Has been.
Therefore, the upper connecting member 30 and the top plate 20, and the upper connecting member 30 and the upper frame 10 only need to be fixed with one screw 31, so that the screw tightening operation is simple. That is, since it is connected at the two positions of the fitting connecting means 32 and the screw 31, the upper connecting member 30 can be firmly connected to the upper frame 10 and the top plate 20 without swinging in the expected direction. On the other hand, in the conventional sash with a door pocket described above, the connecting member, the upper frame, and the top plate are each fixed with two screws, so that the screw fastening operation is troublesome.
[0021]
In addition, by connecting the upper connecting member 30 to the upper frame 10 and the top plate 20 with the fitting connecting means 32, the upper connecting member 30 is connected to both left and right ends of the top plate 20 (ends on the door end tread plate 22 side, The upper connecting member 30 can be selectively attached to either one of the left and right ends of the upper frame 20.
Therefore, the door pocket 2 can be selectively attached to either one of the left and right side portions of the sash frame 1.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the top connecting member 30 attached to the end of the top plate 20 on the side of the door end plate 22 is used as a door of the top plate 20 by using a projection 33 connected to the upper frame 10. By fitting and connecting to the end portion on the side of the bottom plate 21, the upper connecting member 30 is fitted and connected to the opposite side of the upper frame 10 using the projection 33 connected to the top plate 20. Can be temporarily fixed.
In addition, when attaching the door pocket 2 to the left and right sides of the sash frame 1 in FIG. 4, the door bottom end plate 21 and the door tip end plate 22 are attached to the left and right opposite sides of the top plate 20 and the base plate 23.
[0022]

Further, since the fitting hole 34 and the screw insertion hole 46 are formed in advance at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 10 and the top plate 20 at a factory or the like, the door pocket 2 is attached to either the left or right side of the sash frame 1 at the construction site. It is easy to selectively attach to.
The fitting hole 34 and the screw insertion hole 46 may be formed at the construction site.
[0026]
The lower frame 11 of the sash frame 1 and the base plate 23 of the door pocket 2 are connected using a lower connecting member 50 as shown in FIGS.
A portion of the lower connecting member 50 near one end in the finding direction is fixed to the lower surface 11d of the lower frame 11 with a pair of screws 51, and a portion near the other end in the finding direction is fixed to the lower surface 23b of the base plate 23 with a pair of screws 52. It is.
These screws 51 and 52 are screwed into the screw holes of the lower connecting member 50 from the holes of the lower frame 11 and the base plate 23.
[0027]
The other end of the lower connection member 50 is fixed to the base plate 23 of the door pocket 2 and one end of the search direction protrudes more in the direction of detection than the base plate 23.
When the door pocket 2 is temporarily attached as described above, one end portion of the lower connecting member 50 in the finding direction is in contact with the lower surface 11 d of the lower frame 11.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, the frame attachment piece 43 of the upper connecting member 30 is in contact with the frame attachment piece 14 of the upper frame 10 and the frame attachment piece 28 of the top plate 20, and is attached to the building enclosure by the fixing tool 47. It is fixed.
In FIG. 7, the end plate 24 of the door pocket 2 is not shown.
