Description

The present invention relates to a bearded ring member used by being sandwiched between a mold member and a positioning member inserted into a shaft portion when the mold frame is peeled off.

A concrete wall is made by pouring concrete between the inside and outside formwork (also called siding board) of the building, and there are the following three steps as the previous stage.
1. Install formwork inside the building.
2. Assemble the rebar of the wall.
3. Install formwork outside the building.

Of these, Then, the following work is performed.
As shown in FIG. 13, a separator (shaft portion) 14 is inserted through holes provided in the inner mold 15 at predetermined intervals. A positioning member 13 is inserted through the separator (shaft portion) 14 in advance on both sides thereof. The positioning member 13 has a bowl shape, and the edge of the bowl in contact with the mold is larger than the inner diameter of the hole provided in the mold 15. The male screw (separator) exposed from the end of the positioning member 13 is inserted into a hole provided in one surface of the mold 15 and exposed to the other surface of the mold 15.

Further, the edge of the female screw 17 that fastens the end (male screw) of the separator 15 exposed from the other surface of the mold 15 is also larger than the inner diameter of the hole provided in the mold 15. For this reason, the separator 14 is fixed to the position of the hole of the mold 15 by tightening the exposed male screw from the other surface of the mold 15 using the female screw 17.

FIG. 14 is a view showing a state where the reinforcing bar 19 is assembled after the installation of the inner mold 15 is completed.
FIG. 15 is a view showing a state in which the outer mold 21 is installed after the rebar 19 is assembled. The outer mold 21 can be installed in the same manner as the inner mold 15. Here, description of the installation method of the outer mold 21 is omitted.

FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which concrete 22 is poured and hardened between the inner and outer molds after the installation of the outer mold 21 is completed.
As a post-process in which the concrete 22 is poured and hardened, there is a peeling process of each mold.

For example, in Patent Document 1, an end thick member is assembled in advance to a mold, a locking member is hooked on the end thick member, and the mold is inserted through the end thick member in accordance with the tightening operation of the pressing bolt. There is shown an edge cutting tool for formwork disassembly that peels (disassembles) the formwork by pressing the frame in the separating direction.

However, it is troublesome to assemble the thick end member in advance in the formwork. Further, the edge cutting tool is also constituted by a locking member, a pressing bolt, and the like, and is difficult to realize at low cost.

The subject of this invention is providing the annular member with a beard which had a simple structure and made it possible to peel a formwork.

The bearded ring member according to the first aspect of the present invention is used by being sandwiched between a positioning member inserted through the shaft portion and a mold frame with which the positioning member abuts, and has a shape obtained by crushing the donut shape The donut shape is used so that the member and the male screw exposed from the end of the positioning member are inserted into a hole provided in one surface of the mold and exposed to the other surface of the mold with the male screw. A whisker part constituted by a wire wound around the annular member through two groove parts provided at opposite or substantially opposite positions on the outer periphery of the crushed shape, and a central part of the donut-shaped hollow part It is a ring member with a beard characterized by avoiding the passage of the wire.

Here, since the beard part (wire) is wound around the annular member so as to avoid the center part of the donut-shaped hollow part of the annular member, the male screw exposed from the end of the positioning member is By inserting through the hollow portion, the beard portion is inserted into the hole provided on one surface of the mold frame together with the male screw exposed from the end portion of the positioning member, and the beard portion together with the male screw is inserted into the other surface of the mold frame. It can be exposed. In addition, since the beard part exposed on the other surface of the mold is wound around the annular member through the groove part of the annular member, the wire connecting the tips of the beard parts is pulled. When used and pulled, the knot of the wire is tied more strongly, and the formwork is pulled through an annular member wound around the beard portion. Therefore, the mold can be peeled off.

The bearded annular member of the second aspect of the present invention is used by being sandwiched between a positioning member inserted through the shaft portion and a formwork with which the positioning member abuts, and has a shape obtained by crushing the donut shape The donut shape is used so that the member and the male screw exposed from the end of the positioning member are inserted into a hole provided in one surface of the mold and exposed to the other surface of the mold with the male screw. A beard portion constituted by a wire inserted into the annular member through two holes provided at the same or substantially the same distance from the center portion of the crushed shape at the opposite or substantially opposite positions And a bearded ring member characterized in that the wire is prevented from passing through the center of the doughnut-shaped hollow portion.

According to the present invention, a formwork can be peeled off using a bearded annular member having a simple configuration.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a bearded ring member according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, a bearded annular member 10 includes an annular member 11 having a shape obtained by crushing a donut shape, and two groove portions provided at opposite or substantially opposite positions on the outer periphery of the shape obtained by crushing the donut shape. The wire (beard part) 12 wound around the annular member 11 is provided.

In FIG. 1, a part of the wound wire 12 (A portion of the knot of the front surface wire 12 and B portion of the back surface) is soldered to each surface of the annular member 11, so that the annular member 11. The wire 12 is prevented from passing through the center of the hollow portion of the donut shape.

As will be described later, the ends of the beard portions (wires) 12 exposed from the formwork are connected to each other, and the connected wire 12 is pulled by a pulling member, thereby forming the formwork via the annular member 11. When the wire is pulled, the wire and the ring member can be made of a material having such a strength that the mold can be peeled off.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an end portion (male screw) of the separator (shaft portion) 14 inserted through the positioning member 13 and exposed from the end portion of the bowl shape. 3 is a perspective view showing a bearded ring member placed on the end of the bowl-shaped shape of the positioning member by being inserted into the end of the separator 14 of FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, by inserting the end portion of the separator into the hollow portion of the annular member 11, the bearded annular member is placed on the bowl-shaped end portion of the positioning member.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a procedure for installing a formwork inside a building in the present embodiment.

In FIG. 4, at the end of the bowl-shaped shape of the positioning member 13, the beveled ring member 10 is placed as shown in FIG. 3. And when inserting the edge part (male screw) of the separator (shaft part) 14 exposed from the edge part of the bowl-shaped shape of the positioning member 13 in the hole part provided in the inner formwork 15 at predetermined intervals. The beard portion (wire) 12 of the bearded ring member 10 is also inserted into the hole portion together with the male screw. In this way, the end portion of the separator and the whiskers 12 inserted into the hole from one surface of the mold 15 are exposed from the other surface of the mold 15 through the hole.

Note that the bowl-shaped edge of the positioning member 13 is larger than the inner diameter of the hole provided in the mold 15. Further, the edge of the female screw 17 that fastens the separator end (male screw) exposed from the other surface of the mold 15 is also larger than the inner diameter of the hole provided in the mold 15. For this reason, the separator 14 is fixed to the position of the hole of the mold 15 by tightening the exposed male screw from the other surface of the mold 15 using the female screw 17.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the surface of the mold frame in which the separator end (male screw) is exposed together with the beard portion 12.
In FIG. 5, the groove portion formed in the mold indicated by reference numeral 23 is formed by pressing the beard portion 12 against the mold and a female screw (not shown in FIG. 5) during previous use.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which the end of the separator (male screw) exposed from the surface of the mold frame is tightened with the female screw 17.
The beard part (wire) 12 in FIG. 6 is pressed into the surface of the mold and the female screw 17 so as to be difficult to fit in the plane of the mold. A groove 23 is newly formed in the plane of the mold by such penetration.

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the reinforcing bar 19 is assembled after the installation of the inner formwork is completed.
FIG. 8 is a view showing a state in which the outer mold 21 is installed after the rebar 19 is assembled. The outer mold 21 can be installed in the same manner as the inner mold. Here, description of the installation method of the outer mold 21 is omitted.

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the concrete 22 is poured and hardened between the inner and outer molds after the installation of the outer mold 21 is completed.
As a post-process in which the concrete 22 is poured and hardened, there is a peeling process of each mold.

FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 are diagrams for explaining a mold peeling process in the present embodiment.
FIG. 10 is a view of the formwork as seen from the front, and FIG. 11 is a view of the formwork as seen in cross section.
First, as shown in FIG. 10, the tips of the beard portions (wires) protruding from the edge of the female screw on the surface of the mold are connected. Then, as shown in FIG. 11, by applying the lever principle or the like by a pulling member (not shown) and pulling the tied wire 12, the formwork is pulled through the annular member 11. The formwork is peeled off.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the beard portions (wires) 12 are protruded from all of the plurality of holes provided in the mold, or from a predetermined number or more, and the tip portions of the beard portions (wires) 12. Connect each other. Then, the formwork is peeled off via the annular member 11 by pulling the tied wire 12. As the number of the beard portions (wires) 12 protruding from the top of the mold frame increases, that is, as the number of tied wires 12 hooked on the pulling member increases, the mold can be peeled stably.

In the above description, part of the beard portion 12 is fixed to the annular member 11 by soldering, so that the beard portion (wire) 12 does not pass through the hollow portion of the annular member 11. It was.

Rather than winding the wire 12 around the annular member 11, the wire 12 is provided with a play that allows the wire 12 to avoid passing through the center of the hollow portion. May be wound around the annular member 11.

In order to prevent the beard (wire) 12 used when the outer mold 21 is peeled off from interfering with the operator when the rebar is assembled after the inner mold 15 is installed, FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the protection cylinder 18 can be placed on the beard portion 12. In order to more easily insert the end portion of the separator 14 and the beard portion 12 through the hole provided in the outer mold 21, it is desirable to protect the beard portion 12 with the protective cylinder 18.

In the above description, the beard portion (wire) 12 is configured to be wound through the groove portion provided at the opposed position or substantially opposed position on the outer periphery of the annular member 11, but as shown in FIG. The wire 12 is connected to the circle through two holes 32 and 33 provided at the same distance or substantially the same distance from the center of the donut shape of the annular member 31 that are opposed or substantially opposed. The ring-shaped member 30 with a beard can be configured by being inserted into the ring member 31.

Also in this case, the center of the doughnut-shaped hollow portion can be obtained by soldering the wire portion passing through one side and the other side of the hollow portion of the annular member 31 to each surface of the annular member. The wire 12 may be prevented from passing through the portion, or play that allows the wire 12 to be prevented from passing through the center of the hollow portion of the annular member 31. The wire 12 may be inserted into the holes 32 and 33 of the annular member 31.
